A very clean and well kept storage facility with easy access during operating hours. If you don't need 24/7 access, this place is amongst the most keenly priced in the area when I looked - obviously prices will fluctuate depending on availability of units on a site. It hasn't been that busy whenever I've been down there to access the unit and there are 2 loading bays which make it easier for loading/unloading. Staff are generally helpful and Anjum in particular is very approachable and helpful. He goes out of his way to help and is very empathetic. His dedication to customer service does the team at the branch a huge credit.

Amazing Experience with Safe Storage. The staff was amazing, special shout out for Amit and Sean. Both were amazing and explained the process very well. They have lot of options with units and great offer for 8 weeks for new customers. It is a very secured facility, and it gives you sense of security that your stuff is safe. Also, I got a refund for unused days when I checked our earlier than 8 weeks. I will definitely use Safe Store again in future and would recommend it to friends and family as well.

What an absolute delight to have been met by Tinisha. She was well informed and kept a light; down to earth attitude through the whole process of getting my partner and I set up on their systems. She made us feel very comfortable and was simply a joy to be around with her wonderful smile and positive attitude. Her attention to detail was catered to us as individuals and that made the experience with Tinisha feel very tailored which we both appreciated. All in all, we were very pleased with our visit!

If you are just shopping for quotes don't get one from these guys. Since doing the online quote for some storage I have had non stop calls from them, text messages and email from them.....I am talking daily messages. They quote they gave me was cheaper than Big Yellow Storage but after all these calls, emails and text I decided to go with Big Yellow anyway simple because they didn't hound me. Constantly hounding potential clients is not good customer service guys.

The staff in the Carshalton have been amazing! I had an absolute nightmare with my removal but Anjum went above and beyond to assist me! I cannot thank him enough for helping me out for what I can say was the most stressful day ever for me. He even delayed his father's day dinner to assist! I would highly recommend safestore. I had a last moment move into my new property and Antim was amazing really professional and super Informative. The site is clean, well secure with fob access to site and if you require boxes, tape and shelving there is ample supply. The site is well ventilated and does not smell. This site is a gem , would go back if needed again. 10/10.

What a fantastic service. Signed up on the Tuesday, quick, easy & efficient and a good price. Got a 100 sq ft room and moved my whole house in there on Friday. The place is spotless, very secure and plenty of trollies to help unload. I cannot fault it. Would definitely recommend and use again myself. Thanks for all your help Sean.

Overall we received great customer service. Amit could not have been more helpful in organising storage quickly and then closing the space when it was time for us to collect our belongings. The store is easy to use, the trolleys helped us move items with minimum physical efforts. The space provided was clean and secure.

Great customer service, but in my experience unfriendly opening times. If you work 9-5 and won't get to carshalton by 18 you will see your stuff only on weekends. Even then the time is even more limited. Otherwise all good, if the times are working for you then I can definitely recommend this place.
