I was absolutely blown away by how helpful Niall and his team were whilst we were using the unit. The units were clean and accessible and nothing was too much trouble. They were conscientious so that I felt my belongings were safe and they kept me informed and advised every step of the way. I really can’t praise them enough.

Fort Box is an outstanding company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are superb: professional, helpful and friendly and do their upmost to give you the best deal; the facilities very clean and wonderfully organised, and the prices very competitive. Superb company with fantastic and very fair service.

Tanya was really friendly and helpful. She very clearly explained the locker options, the fees and payment methods available. The site is secure and fully covered by CCTV. Its underground location means the parking area is covered and dry. Other staff members I've met have been a pleasure to deal with.

Superb service, staff so helpful, i would only use this place for storage.The prices are also reasonable, as save travel time and cost of travel. very accessible by public transport and also by foot. I would high;y recommend them for short term or i my case long term storage solution.

Big thank you to Kam and her team who's help was invaluable finding the right unit to storage some awkward shaped things! The slope down to the underground was a bit of a challenge but with their guidance all went well. Incredible value for central London, highly recommend :)

The manager here, Kam, was so helpful and knowledgeable!! Deffo the best storage hire I’ve had, and Safestore are usually a safe bet anyway! Very simple to access the units as it’s all on one floor (a basement) Reasonable prices too!

Extremely quick and efficient service from the manager, Nigel. We set up an account in 15 minutes and SafeStore were able to take the overflow contents of our house move and have it unpacked and stored within 30 minutes. Incredible!

The unit was conveniently located and the staff were always helpful. Good for short to medium term rentals -- I ultimately had to move out because the price of my unit more than doubled in just over 3 years.

I must say we was at the store for six yrs and the team was first class! Kam, Tanya are the best people I’ve delt with every time we ask for help or assistance they would assist with no hesitation.
