3 yrs with Ready Steady Heathrow now Safestore the only pleasant interaction was with a Cool guy called "Doug' and bubbly Zam who exhibited professionalism and a willingness to address client concerns even with the distaste that is Safestore/Ready Steady rigidity. Initiall when we got the space, it was excellent, until we run into headwinds with a Manager by the name Angela Cooper, a very incompetent canterkerous type, who would only express the rigidity and bile of the quoted policy,....she behaved like she comes from the royalty .... woe unto you if direct debit fall on a weekend and have variable income dates.. and it fails which unlike other entities that attempt 3 times theirs is once , and you have an instant penalty and threats of your goods to be sold to eBay.... and of course you pay for 13 months in a year, by a rotational 28 day pay plan of course that's business....anyway such are paths of wisdom.

AVOID!!! ABSOLUTE CONS!!! I was unable to get a contract for a month and 1 day, so they told me I need to take out the 8 week new customer special and should I no longer require the additional 4 weeks, they'll just bill me for the individual days. Little, did I know that I needed to give a two week notice for this (nobody bothered to mention this). Upon notifying them that I cleaned out my locker and no longer needed it, and because I was unaware of the 2 week notice, they billed 45quid for the additional day or two, when I originally paid around 78quid for 4 weeks - ABSOLUE JOKE!!! A few days later after paying the 45quid, they billed me a further 15quid for a dishonoured payment??? ABSOLUE SCAMMERS!!! AVOID at all costs.

I cannot rate this place any higher. I had my belongings in storage for over 7 months and I can happily say I would definitely use them again. We had fantastic communication and they were very accommodating throughout the whole process. A special thanks to Tom who helped me close my account in a polite and efficient manner, he even lent me some tools to take apart some furniture and refunded my deposit rapidly. Thank you very much Ready Steady Store Heathrow.

Am impressed with this Safestore location, especially with Naz who is very proactive. Naz rang me to say that the roller blind door to my storage unit had been dented by someone and I should come and check if all my items were ok. When I got there Naz had organised for an engineer to repair it. So within 1 Hour, I left with the security on my storage unit back to normal. I should also add the the storage areas are spotless and paint work looks like new.

Recently moved house and this is the ideal solution to the nightmare of trying to move 20 plus years of accumulation in half a day. 24 hr access is a bonus and I was fortunate to get a great offer on the storage rate. Staff extremely helpful and all packaging requirements available at reasonable cost even discounted if you take 24hr access. Swear I won't be moving again in my lifetime but for anyone else highly recommended.

Exceptional service, wonderful employees. We were so impressed by how the charges were clearly set out and accurate. The actual storage unit was clean and our luggage was undisturbed for the 5 weeks we kept our luggage there while we traveled Europe. I even forgot to enlongate our stay by one day, and the staff contacted me to remind me. Really hope to use Ready Steady Store Heathrow again.

I used a storage unit at this location with the help of Naz. The whole stressful experience of moving home was eased with the amount of time, care and consideration that Naz gave me. She helped me with certain items that I was unable to carry and also looked out for me whilst I was carrying heavy furniture. I am grateful for Naz, she is an asset to the Safestore Self Storage unit.

Really good service from Naz and Harry at Safestore Cranford. Nothing was too much trouble. They took a lot of time to explain the contract and showed me the different size units as well as helped answer questions on the phone. The registration was also really quick. I also liked the fact that everywhere seemed very clean and that you could also hire shelving if you needed to.

Harry and Richard were very helpful and thorough , explained everything very clearly and gave us the best options for our requirements. It would be good if the trolleys were slightly bigger so we could fit more of our things and doors just need to be oiled as sometimes quite hard to open . Apart from that we cannot fault the service we were given.

Very bad store no trolley available all are using only one person manager Angela very rude only supporting one person who got more than 10 units not only manager ready steady store head office is not doing anything not helping to the other customers. Area manager also support only one person. Playing politic Very Very Bad Management.

Ideally located 24hrs access available if required at additional cost. Clean and large premises, with all facilities, i.e cctv, lifts, ample parking and trolleys on hand. Storage boxes, tape etc available to buy. Oh and the guys running the place, Gareth and Tom, very friendly, helpful, professional and highly knowledgeable.

I would like to thank one of your staff members who helped me out this morning as I haven't been to my unit in a long time and only to discover this morning the the key pads have changed to a fob system without any fuss it was rectified within a few minutes by Naz who was first class in the way she helped.

Stored with Safestore for years. When there were issues including financial ones, they were taken care very quickly and I’m not easily pleased. Worst experience here. I had my items stolen! It has one of the worst locking system for units and they don't even have cameras in the corridors! You pay extra for insurance and they will try to find a way to NOT PAY if your items are gone! By far the worst self storage location! Avoid by any cost!

Great value storage. Excellent customer service and support. Naz Begum at Safestore Heathrow was brilliant. I enquired on a Sunday and by Monday afternoon I had my key to my storage. I booked a 100sqft room for 8 weeks. The room was half price for 8 weeks. Brilliant deal. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service! Garett and Tom are always very helpful and reliable. We have been using Ready Steady Sore over an year and I can say that is excellent facility with 24 hours CCTV on board! Very good service and professionalism from the front desk team! I would recommend this storage!

Working with Naz at Heathrow Safestore is a pleasure. Safestore have excellent rates for storage which is why we chose to use them and Naz has been excellent in managing the change overs between units, contracts management etc. I highly recommend Naz and Safestore Heathrow.

Overpriced. Prices keep in raising above the rate of inflation every 6-12months. For some reason they also raise the cost of insurance e although the risk doesn't increase. Staff will never tell you the best prices or deals. They won't honour price match deals.

From beginning to end the team at Safestorage were super communicative, helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions and followed up with instructions/where necessary. Dropping my stuff off was also a breeze and took less than ten minutes. Highly recommend!

Not open on Sunday, the business owners were unwilling to verify documentation over email or provide and alternative despite having already accepted the booking and payment. Not recommended for travellers or students. Do consider other options.

General- ok . One of the lifts stuck couple times, but I think it’s been fixed. Shame that you have move every 3 months to keep the cost down , but all storage companies the same .

Big storage units. Accessible by our self. Teams are not very aware of what is going on inside of their units. Some people bringing in suspected counterfeit masks and hand gel.
