Had a great experience using Safestore Holloway throughout the time I stored with them. Initial sign up was very straightforward, friendly and they made sure I understood the various details of my contract. Upon exit I got a call from a member of staff making sure I had everything I needed and finalised the ending of my contract. Can’t knock the big 50% discount either. Only pain point I encountered were other patrons not being very thoughtful when using the lift. Few too many people would take the lift to their floor, leave the gates open, load/unload their items and then get back in the lift. Can be quite frustrating when you’re in a bit of a hurry. Not the fault of the team, however, maybe there are some ways to combat this problem? Overall though, really pleased with the service I received.

I went there expecting a typical London customer service. It was my first time visiting the Holloway branch. Cypress( apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) the young lady at the reception was absolutely fabulous and had every information I needed handy. She was very personal and guided us the step by step process on how to use the facility. She was happy and cheerful to help and made us instantly comfortable on a very stressful day. Promote her when you have the chance The storage facility is clean and organized. The prices of cardboard boxes are on the steep side and maybe is same all over. But definitely would recommend and thanks again for a brilliant experience.

I had the nicest experience with this place. It's not the cheapest, not the most accessible and the opening hours are not the easiest to match a busy schedule around but I would still prefer to store stuff here purely and simply because of the staff. What an amazing bunch who will all go to the constraints of policy and beyond in so far as it is possible. I always looked forward to going here and be met by this fantastic bunch. Where can vote for increases in salary? :) People: Don't go budget, go happy!

I visited safestore the other day as I was looking for storage. I was greeted by an amazing young lady called Syprus. She was friendly, approachable, and very very knowledgeable giving me all the different options available to myself. It’s rare now days to get this sort of customer service. I was asking a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all. I felt very comfortable and was amazed at her professionalism. This young lady needs to be promoted to manager. First of all I very rarely write review but here I feel I had too as I was really pleased. I like to give credit when credit is due. I had a delivery to my storage. The delivery was a huge bookshelves in parts and boxes and I was on my own. Fermin helped me up with the whole delivery where he is not supposed to. He is very helpful and kind. The storage is really clean and well organised And Fermin is the best man looking after the place. I highly recommend this place on Holloway Road.

Very happy with these guys. Competitive pricing (they offered to price match another quote I had received). Efficient telephone customer service. Staff members Fermin and Askia are particularly friendly and helpful. Two drawbacks. They have only one tiny lift, so it takes a while longer to load/unload if your unit is upstairs. And you can't access your unit outside regular office hours, which is inconvenient if you work regular office hours.

Great service, simple and easy to use. Quick to sign up and sort, also managed to get money back as I didn't need to use the space for the full time I booked. Only issue was other customers parking like idiots, but luckily the staff had a system for dealing with, and this was quickly rectified. Fella working there also allowed me to sit and wait for my removals guy to get here, and even did me a cup of tea whilst I waited!

Contract and goods storage was reasonably straight forward. I only needed the unit for a month and so didn't go beyond the initial special offer period, which didn't present any issues. This location is pretty clean and well maintained. The lift is ancient but the units are standard sizes, clean and access is excellent for an urban location. Both the staff members who I dealt with were professional and nice.

Started off well but went downhill. Would give no stars if I could. Overcharged me and took double the amount out of my account and then when I gave notice charged me for giving them too much notice. Very poor service and would not recommend. Manager very unhelpful and just kept citing company policy. Really shabby and money grabbing way to treat customers. Very glad I’m moved elsewhere. Avoid

We had a great experience at Safestore Holloway. When we needed to move a lot of stuff, they recommended the movers Ossie Man & Van. The 3 men who helped us move our stuff were fantastic. They took great care of our things and stuck with it until the job was done (which was two long days of moving!). I would definitely use Safestore and Ossie in the future for any other storing/moving needs.

This is an excellent facility. I popped in just to have a better idea of the space they are selling... Kind gent showed me around.... The place is safe, secure, clean... One thing tho... I absolutely do not agree with "give me all your details" and I tell you how much it will cost you ... the online guide is somewhat helpful, but it was much better in real life.

I arrived 15min before the store closed. But they did everything done in a quick way and helped me a lot. Cause I have too many boxes and stuff, I can’t handle them by myself. The staff helped me move all my stuff and luggages inside the room. They are really kind and helpful. The service is pretty nice. I do get lots of help. Strongly recommend!

We had a storage unit here for a year and found it a very professional service. There were a variety of room sizes available and we had a unit that was perfect for our needs. The staff are very helpful and friendly and were throughout our time there on every occasion. Clean, comfortable, and easy access on Holloway Road. Very satisfied customer.

From the outset, Syprus at Safestore Holloway Road could not have been more helpful and made sure my storage needs were met. Then when the initial removal van broke down (!) she went out of her way to accommodate the delay. Everybody has been very friendly and helpful especially with our complicated and last minute flat issues. Special kudos to Hector who has helped us above and beyond! Prices are good, the units are clean and spacious, there is someone to clean around, even the toilets are really clean. Highly recommended!

Great place to store all our belongings whilst we were between flats. Had our own lock and key so felt safe storming our items. Friendly staff who explained the pricing and system very well. Will definitely store with them again in the future should I need to.
