Everything went as I expected it to go, I’m really happy with the service I’m getting but if I could mention something is that there should be public toilets available because moving stuff in storage is a stressful time in people’s lives and being told that I have to use the toilet in the pub across the street wasn’t great

Quite expensive and I also got overcharged. Had to follow up a few times before getting refunded. In addition, the storage spaces lack of any lighting and mine was quite dirty. Not a bad experience overall, but definitely improvements are needed.
