The day that I made the contract the customer service was quite nice but the day I went to drop my stuff off was a disaster. I even lost my temper. The woman at the reception started to shout at us because we arrived at 14.30 and they were closing at 16. She did understand us at first then she looked like she did not us to store our boxes saying that we have to do everything fast because she was about to close... Stressful moment for us. We at the end made 15 mins to store our boxes upstairs and this could take even less if she was more professional. I do not recommend it when she is on service. I don’t understand why she has been giving the job. My experience would have been amazing without her presence. I usually don’t write down reviews but this has to be told. Clean storage not too expensive with deals on.

Very poor experience with the staff and management. I did state specifically what I needed and for how long I would need. One of their employees made a mistake and basically, they made me pay for 2 extra weeks for a mistake they made. So they were able to cash out this fake 2 weeks notice while still renting it since I had to take my stuff out. I tried to be nice expecting a refund that was due, but of course, 70 pounds was more important than the customer satisfaction. So I do not recommend safe store at all, especially not that one and will of course never use them again. Find an honest place not managed by thieves.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Enquiry for space was straight forward, easy and simple. Staff went over and beyond and gave mum a bigger space for her entire flat. The service received was outstanding, with removal companies to hand John’s removals and Ozzie’s removals both friendly and helpful removal staff. Thank you all for your help with mum’s move from and to her new home. Thank you. I would recommend anyone to use Safe store Wood Green.

I used the Wood Green Branch in Mayes Road, I hired unit there for 2 months and from start to finish I had a pleasant experience every time face to face and over the phone, the guys are polite, very knowledgeable especially Bash (actually knows the job) and really helpful. Great storage facility. Bash and the rest of the team made sure I had the space I needed. All the payment procedures were explained clearly: good price, easy to pay, check in and out. The storage space itself is easy to use and access anytime. Shout out to Ossie, the mover that was suggested by Bash. They did a great job too!

It was a pleasure dealing with the Safestore Staff. Bash, Sirkhan and Evie. They were all very helpful and friendly and did their best to assist us with all our queries. It was our first' storage experience" , and it was very nice and easy with the help of Safestore friendly staff. It was also clean and well kept!

The staff were consistently SUPER helpful, both when I arrived with my house worth's of stuff a year ago, and again a few days ago when it all needed to be loaded up and taken to my new home! They made everything easy and I can't think of anything they could improve - even the price for the storage was great.

I recently rented a unit from this safestore. I just wanted to thank Evi & the manager Bash who were super helpful in making sure I picked the right size unit and they made whole process really easy from start to finish. This was my first time using self storage and I would highly recommend this store!

From my call to book a storage room until the day I removed my items from Safestore Woodgreen, the staff have been nothing but polite, personable and provided excellent customer services. Over the years have had to use storage on multiple occasions and this has been the best experience bar none.

Shocked by the customer care. I was given a deal which had been confirmed by email but they refused to honour it on the day. Spent an hour arguing to no effect. Also tried to insist on us paying more insurance than we had been told on the phone. Couldn't believe that they would lie like this.

Staff are really nice and helpful. The pricing however is a bit much. I downgraded storage size by half from 50 sq ft to 25 sq ft and it only reduced my monthly bill by £20!!!! It costed me £247 a month for a lockup the size of a small garden shed. Bit of a rip off for what you get!

The guys at SafeStore Wood Green were an absolute delight to work with. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently and even found and recommend a great removals guy call Ossie! Couldn't speak more highly of them and would definitely use their services again! Top Team #winning!

It was a very first time I ever used self storage. Serkan has kindly answered my questions and recommended the right storage for my needs - he has been a super star. The flexible cancelation policy has allowed me to shorten the lease. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent customer service and good price range with the discounts! I remove 1 star for the opening hours - we don't have access after the office is closing (4:00-6:00 PM) which is not very convenient. Bash and his colleague are very good help! I definitely recommend.

The staff were helpful, polite and quick to respond. On the day of moving out my property, the van man I booked had cancelled. Thankfully, the kind member of staff gave me some cards and I found a new driver (Wise Moves, who I'd definitely recommend for removals).

In the end, I had to leave my possessions in storage for nearly eight months I was able to come and go to the unit without any problems to take out or return stuff. The place was always clean and the staff helpful and friendly. I can't fault the service.
