They will make you beg for your clothes.... Once gone, they will forget... That they have to return clothes.... Now this is around 7 March 2020... The delivery guy picked up the laundry and called me next day for returning the laundry. I told him I am at hospital and you can deliver it tomorrow anytime during the day. The guy calls me 5 days later, 9.50pm..which is in the night and tells me I am coming with your laundry. I had a heated argument with him, and he would threaten me back again, called and asked for owner, nobody transferred the call to the owner and they kept my clothes.. 6+ kgs of clothes, still with the shameless people.. It's 5th of March 2021 today and the owner is not even aware of that... They refused to return the clothes!!!

I am really disappointed with service. I gave window blinds for dryclean. They just torn it and it seems they don't have any experience in drycleaning blinds. It is very expensive but now it is of no use for me. Even they charged very high price of 700 rps. It seems i paid 700 rps for ruining it. I will never advice anyone go for this shop for expensive items. They should have informed before hand if they do not know how to clean blinds. I gave a try to this shop after reading good reviews on Google. But now i can't trust on reviews.

They offer best in class daily purpose laundry services and the process is exactly what it appears in the pictures. They have many high end washing machines stacked upon one another and the cleaning process is fully automated as front loading mashing are used. Staff is very cooperative, they charge Rs.100 for doorstep pick up and delivery. Further the service is very affordable, they only charge Rs.260 for 4 kg of clothes with steam ironing included. Overall a very pleasant experiences for me, just don't go with the negative reviews.

these guys doesn't care about anyone's clothes.. i got my laundry done from here multiple times, I received someone else's clothes multiple times.. the last time i found my clothes missing and received someone else's clothes.. i called them and they were least bothered about the incident.. i didn't hear from them for couple of weeks..later i gave up and asked them to pick those extra clothes which i received in my package, they still had no responsibility abt my clothes..will not take there services going forward

I think the biggest mistake of mine in 2022 is to trust Safewash laundry. Received unwashed clothes back with no softness and there were some marks on couple of shirts and when I asked their answer was pathetic. Even if your try them, please do not give them expensive clothes to wash or white clothes. Most of the review are fake because they would ask you to leave a good review. I would not recommend SAFEWASH anymore and will share the word amongst my friends as well. #SAYNOTOSAFEWASH

Good Laundry service & cost effective service. Staff must be guided of house address by the individual or owner to be able to provide home services by the laundry. Also services can be obtain if family members are been introduced well in advance at the start of facility. From the November 2018 the laundry is shifted to new location i.e. at Rampal Chowk, Dwarka Sector 7 market with the fact of operating at fourth floor of the building.

Very unprofessional people ,they just make you fool by charging extra money in the name of sanitization and try to force customers to review them on google with 5 star rating and offer a discount which is just a scam after getting reviews no such discount is given and also they dont was the clothes properly and the guys are very unprofessional.never ever use this laundry service .Pathetic!!

This service is ridiculous They have been delaying our delivery since past 2 days and we are still unable to get our laundry back. An absolute troublesome laundry system. We haven't seen such an irritating system before.

This solves the issue for working bachelors, next day delivery and amazing packing the my do this at a very affordable price too. No more hassle with washing machines and drying. Must try before you judge.
