Terrible place to get prescriptions. Some staff extremely rude. Didn’t have prescriptions ready when I got there. Had phoned them the day before. And explained it was important that she needed meds cause she is in so much pain. They had plenty of notice. I don’t drive. trying to find someone to go get them for me but no luck. So i guess they will have to wait. Or they can just keep them. My daughter had surgery and needed her antibiotics as she got an infection a week after surgery for her tonsels out. What do they do all day. This is not the first time they were really rude. They made my friend wait 2 hours and they still had not filled them. She left and went back to get them 3 hours later and they still not done. Watch out if someone working there doesn’t like the way you look or you say something they don’t like they will make things really difficult for you. Will never go back again. My friends won’t go there now either. I am a very patient person. But this pharmacy has been a nightmare to deal with on several occasions.

After several bad experiences with the nearby Shoppers I moved to this pharmacy and Sheena FREAKING BLEW MY MIND!! She gave clear answers to my questions and offered solutions to my issues with an attitude that just SCREAMED I care and I want to help. Sure the hours are not as good but that is soooo minor compared to the professional competence they display. If you are trying to decide on a pharmacy I strongly recommend you go in and talk to them.

I’m very disappointed with this Pharmacy. I have had few issues with getting prescriptions filled here. I had a prescription filled and when I came in I was told the medication was going to expire in a month. This is the second they tried to give me medication that was just about to expire. I wasted my time and had to get it transferred to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy was supposed to open at 10 am but both the employees sauntered in after 10 and slowly opened. I had to wait 25 minutes to get an over the counter drug because they clearly didn't care to be professional and timely and respectful towards their customers who are waiting.

Super friendly pharmacists. Had my little guy with me there and they were having some troubles finding some stuff. Between the staff and shoppers that day my little guy was playing keepy uppy with a balloon and had a blast with everyone that got involved! Thank you everyone!

My family has been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Called with a question. They said they would call back...2 days later nothing. Might as well use a pharmacy with cheaper rates, zero customer service here.
