I do not usually write reviews. A consistent history of bad customer service provided to my family members at this pharmacy inspired this. The most recent example happened over the past several days. A physician called in a order on Tuesday. The med was one that results in negative reactions when doses are missed. We find out on Friday when called them that it was not going to be untill Monday. If this place was concerned about providing good customer service and the well-being of the patient they would have called on Tuesday or Wednesday when they knew the med was not going to be available when the order was received. Instead we had to call them days later. It should be noted that our call was met by apathy and a pronounced lack of ownership. It was clear that the person on the phone had zero interest in providing a good customer experience. The Rx was filled by a competitor Saturday. I am voting with my feet. My households groceries and pharmacy will purchased elsewhere.

There is one pharmacist there that is amazing and I feel awful writing this review b/c it is absolutely NOT reflective of her. However, the rest of the staff have zero regard for customer service, will lie, and basically do nothing to help. They have messed up refilling prescriptions for me and my family several times. This most recent incident that prompted this review has resulted in me choosing to take my business elsewhere, both my pharmacy and grocery business. It is absolutely ridiculous that their story has change and they have demonstrably lied to me. They have taken zero ownership of errors on their end and have demonstrated a complete lack of willingness to be helpful or solve the problem, never-mind empathizing with me or my frustration. They have simply been dismissive and two people on the phones have been quite rude. I would travel across the valley in rush hour traffic if I only had a choice between this pharmacy and 1 other - simply awful customer service!

Pharmacist is rude. We went to get a prescription filled because it was cheaper there being a CASH pay customer and she said she couldn't fill it because we weren't members* mind you this isn't a Costco. I asked her what we had to do to be a member and she said you just have to get prescriptions filled here and I told her well for that to happen you have to start off somewhere. Then she told me that I don't need this prescription because I'm too young, okay I did not know you were a DR. I already fell uncomfterable going to the pharmacy for something and now I'm being judged.

The staff has always been super nice, friendly and efficient. The cost has always kept me from going anywhere else as I have compared them with others on GoodRx as well as my health plan mail service. I wonder if some of the less than stellar comments has to do with the attitude you bring to them! Therefore, since most of the pharmacies are very close in price, it comes down to customer service and for me, they have excelled.

The Pharmacy staff went above and beyond for me to ensure I got my medications corrected (Drs mistake) and filled before I went to work for the day as it was super important I received them as soon as possible. I greatly appreciate the urgency given to me if I need a specific time frame and that means a lot to me. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this pharmacy and their staff.

Very very rude!! They told me 25 min.wait on refill, told them I wasn't feeling well and they said go sit down and they would call me when it's ready. Then made the comment about people coming in and expecting their meds right away. It's been 40 minutes and only one person has been there to pick up and they still haven't called me. Will be changing back to frys pharmacy

Have called 3 different times during the day. 2 times phone was never answered, 3rd time sounded like they picked up and put me on hold without saying a word. This is not good customer service. Not to mention my prescription was sent in 2 days ago and they were supposed to call me to let me know if it was ready or not and so far I’ve heard nothing

These guys at 83rd avenue and Camelback are incredible. Small staff but, never have a line of more than two people. Every other Safeway I've been to from Seattle down to Arizona has always been skeleton crew and long waits. These guys will help you I only write honest reviews and if you agree with this, please hit the like button!

Horrible Staff from pharmacist to rest of staff. They are rude no customer service etiquette what so everrr not in person or over the phone.Stood at counter over 5 min never once acknowledged and both pharmacist and other person there both saw me standing there.If they don't like to attend to customers why are they there???

Horrible service. The staff beginning with the pharmacist ALWAYS make you feel like they are doing a favor for you when you have to be there picking meds. Don’t even try !!!

Rude asked for my sons prescription and was told it couldn't be found. The Guy said it might be at the other location and he refused to contact them to ask if they had it.

Customer service is great, they always do what they can to help. Never any issues with this pharmacy.
