I cannot describe how disappointed I am,I started dealing with them a year and a half ago and I used to deal with Andy, whose dealings were very financial and as she did not care about the customer's happiness and put me under pressure of time that cost more. Within half a year they called me and told me that I would start deal with the second branch of this salon with Mel. I went there and Mel was more than wonderful. She cared too much about the customer and their requests made me feel that she cared about my service and she was very quick expert. How much I loved her she was really wonderful and what a big lost that she left the salon. They called me and told me that Mel left the salon and I have to deal with a new person. I went yesterday and the service was only to re tape my extensions again, in which there is no application of any materials. They took a long time for a simple thing and Andy was wasting time and when we finished they would charge me twice as much as I used to pay i Crow nest salon. Sage talked to me and she said only this time will charge the same next time it will be per hour and more. What a bad salon as you spend more time with them and they will charge you more.I was very diligent because the service was not good and they wasted a lot of time and it is the same thing every time I do why do I want to pay more because Mel had left. I donot recommend this salon to anyone specially Andy who really doesnot care. So sad for you that you had lost such an expert caring staff like Mel.

It was my first time at Sage and I felt at home immediately! Loved every bit of my visit. From the welcome massage with a calming breathing exercise with a 'centering' oil to the offer to go out and grab lunch for me. Mel - my stylist - sat with with me and discussed my hair and what problems I was having and what she could do to help. Mel was sweet, considerate and honest - and more importantly completely on my wave length. She understood my requests and the aims for my hair and delivered way above expectations. She offered great advice for curly hair and also told me about their two week 'adjustment period' where I could give them a buzz and come in to have the cut adjusted if I found it wasn't sitting quite right. Also loved the idea of their 'Swingers Club' - where if I was so inclined, I could have my hair cut by someone else guilt free! They also organised a glass of bubbly and a handful of toasted Almonds! I forgot to mention the chair at the wash basin was so comfortable and it vibrated for a gentle massage. Oh and the cut is perfect! I'm booking in for the next couple of years!

Just an absolutely wonderful salon; a relaxing fun vibe, where you indulge in smart banter and a have a laugh; the atmosphere is welcoming, homely, fun and inclusive; There is no better place to hang out to get your hair needs tended to, with highly skilled hair dressers at a moderate price; Sasha, my go to, when I want a dramatic hair cut, any change she will advise, and you can have full confidence (make sure to book ahead to get Sasha for the dramatic change), Andy on my colour, with my fast growing hair, every 3 weeks, flawless results; I have been going to this salon for approx 6 years, prior to that, I initially struggled to find a good hair dresser locally, that could cut curly hair and dye roots; Prior to meeting Sasha I was a serial hair dresser breaker upper! Not since! A great team, cannot recommend more highly. A great gang of women

Called to make a booking as was recommended by a friend - told one lady what I wanted over the phone, then someone in the background started talking to her and she started a conversation with them (didn't ask me to hold or warn me). When she finally returned to our phone convo she couldn't seem to understand or want to listen to what I was asking for. I was put on to someone else and I explained all over again. To be put on hold for another few minutes because she wasn't sure what price to quote me. 15 minute phone call, not sure if I am even going to get what I requested and quoted a price range of $40 difference. Couldn't give me an exact price or closer range.

I could spend heaps on makeup and new clothes to look better. Or I can just get a fabulous haircut by Giovanna and get the effect much faster. Having curly hair (3A/B), I’m wary about who can touch my hair and what they do with it due to mixed experiences. I came in with a vision for a new haircut, which Giovanna perfected and then enhanced heaps due to her incredible skill. Meticulous, she drew out my best facial features and created balance with my body shape. I look young, modern, and elegant. By the second haircut, I was comfortable just giving her free reins, a rarety. And I haven’t looked back. Try Giovanna for a curly cut, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic salon. The care that the whole team shows is amazing. Sascha and Antonia head up a very professional yet very friendly team and go above and beyond client's needs. Becky who has been looking after my teen daughter's hair for the last few years is super attentive, kind, fun and understanding. Divorce your other hairdresser people and go to Sage Willoughby - you will not be disappointed!!!

I live an hour away and could find a million hairdressers closer to home but I come to Sage because they are the best. Gorgeous staff and the best haircuts and colour I've had. I've finely found someone who can style curly hair! It's also just a really lovely experience. They really make you feel pampered.

Best salon experience for me. Ladies are lovely. I felt like I was at a spa, not just getting a colour and cut. Started with an essential oil welcome. Very relaxing experience. Ali is great with curly hair. Loved the experience. Very, very fair pricing too. Beauty services upstairs as well.

Love everything about this salon. From the welcome head massage to the champagne. But best of all is my hairdresser Becky, who does a curly cut. I literally have not had a bad hair day since she's been cutting my hair. Highly recommend both the salon and Becky.

I have been going to sage for almost 10 years. Sascha is a kind, caring and creative hairdresser. Knowing that I go to her so she can decide what will work for my hair I am always delighted to leave with hair that is fun and playful.

Sascha was fantastic! And they have a great loyalty program. But I had some ‘issues’ with 2 of the other hairdressers there, so sadly have stopped going there as it soured the place for me
