This place was so bad I had to call OTTAWA PUBLIC HEALTH (call 311 if anyone is wondering how) The meats was old and oxidized. It’s unbelievable that they said that this is NORMAL?! THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!! Just look at the pictures - The basil was wilted and had dark spots which indicates it’s going bad, same things with the beans sprout, old and soggy. The hoisin sauce tasted like there was alcohol. The peanut sauce literally tasted like peanut butter and water - oh and we got charged 1$ to have sriracha on the side. My mistake was to alert the owner that I was calling OPH, the inspector went to visit the next day and said that it was clean. But honestly, look at the picture for yourself - is this what you call fresh? And want to eat? Shame on this place for ruining simple ingredients and serving old and rotted food!

It's a nice new clean restaurant in Orleans . They have bamboo decor and paper lanterns around the restaurant to make it a more friendly and open environment . The two items I ordered where the No 1 rice paper wrap rolls with shrimp . This was a bad choice as it came with barley any shrimp in it and was just all vermicelli. The roasted peanut garlic dip hardly had any peanut taste at all . It's quite pathetic . The main soup I had order was Ramen Tonkotsu which is a pork belly with egg and mushrooms. The soup came out warm with two tiny pieces of pork belly slices and little to no mushrooms. I was disappointed by the salty taste of the broth. I hope they can improve on the quality of there food for my next visit. Also there lunch special was a little $$$ for the what was listed on the menu . Total cost for was just over $20.
I have been going there for a couple of years, and I must say it's one of the best tasting Pho soups that I have had in 25 years. The staff is friendly, the place is clean. Today I was disappointed with the amount of food that I received compared to the price I paid. $19 for a bowl that contains MAYBE $1.00 worth of beef, $0.50 of noodles, and another $0.50 worth of broth. I understand we are living in tough times right now, and small businesses are suffering, but ALL of us are suffering. I know the beef is more expensive, but noodles are not and what I got made me angry. I hope the owners will see this review and take a little of consideration when customers come to eat there.

I was looking forward to fresh rice wrapper lettuce rolls but was so disappointed with the peanut sauce. It should be peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, a bit of sirracha but it was like gravy with a weird texture like it had been frozen and had no flavor. Rolls could use a fresh basil leaf or 2. I only tried the food as Uber eats gives $20 off orders over $40 until March 6. Vegetarian spring rolls were nice. At least I can say I tried it. Ordered another dish and pad thai. Enough food for another couple of meals.

I ordered the tofu pad thai, lots of tofu not spicy at all. Alot different than Pad Thai express . Overall ok
Their Ramen is actually TO DIE FOR... like it's the most unexpected gem.. I've tried their tonkotsu ramen as well as the spicy tan tan ramen and both are top notch!!! Like as good as or even better than the more specialized ramen houses like sansotei.. their wonton soup is also off the wall good.. their chicken pho is a little disappointing but there are tons of other reasons to visit this place.. their spring rolls are a tad pricey at 5.25 for 2 but they are delicious and then again, they're huge.. the service is impeccable and I'm truly a big fan of their place now..
Ordered #1 (fresh rice wrap with shrimp) #24 (Pho with beef) and #34 (seafood pho) and coconut bubble sherbet with tapioca pearls. The coconut sherbet was the highlight. Not too sugary, perfect balance of coconut flavour and ice. It’s my new favourite drink now. The broth for noodle dishes was FANTASTIC, probably the best one in Orleans so far. Also, no extra cost for choosing shrimp for rice wraps. Other than ordering some extra meat for #24, we were very happy with the meal!

I have to be honest, I love the food here. My family and I order from here regularly. My complaint is with the portions. Obviously having ordered here for awhile I notice the portions are considerably smaller than they used to be. I get that we are in a costly environment and inflation is high but if you are going to shrink your portions considerably and charge the same prices (or higher) perhaps it's time to introduce different sizes on your portions so the consumer can choose small or large.

We had a wonderful experience at Saigon Pho, upon entry, we were greeted politely and seated promptly. Within seconds, we received a pitcher of water and glasses to drink with, we ordered two number 1s, one chicken and one shrimp, they were alright. We also ordered two number 32s, rare beef and chicken pho, it was absolutely delicious, the right spices, perfect portions. We would recommend this location to everyone and will absolutely be back.

THE DISAPPOINTMENT We ordered take out food. The pho: Extremely dry chicken floating in a thin extra watery broth. Ramen: Undercooked pasta, sticky, flourish taste like 2 min instant soup.the beef was so dried and seemed so old (black on he borders) that it was totally inedible. The fried rice, wasn't fried really, it was more a mushy over steamed rice with a drop of soy sauce and no one piece of veggies on it, just a few pieces of boiled chicken. All of these wonders for only ~50 dlls Won't come back even if it is for free.
I got the #24 PHO TÁI served with bean sprouts and basil. Very good, exceed my expectations. 10/10 would eat again. My boyfriend got the TONKOTSO BLACK ramen. It was very well plated and the taste was superior imo. Would love to try all the ramen flavors this establishment has to offer. Very reasonably priced for the quality and level of service.

I've been coming here for a number of years and am never disappointed. The steamed dumplings are always delicious! The pho has a nice complex flavour that's gentle on the palette. The pad thai is always delicious, and the general tao chicken always manages to have a little bit of crunch to it. If you eat a lot though, you may have to order a little extra!

Such a disappointing meal. Tried this place for the first time after reading the reviews. First of all Siagon Pho is on the expensive side for pho places. When it came to the ingredients- basil was wilted and browning. Lime was almost rotten. Bean sprouts on their way out as well browning and smelly. Salad rolls didn't have mint in them. Just rice noodles lettuce and meat. Super bland. Mint is a crucial part to salad rolls. I will say their broth is good. But that's about it..
Soggy spring rolls and mediocre pad tai. Super disappointing meal from here, ordered from this location via Uber Eats 04/23. The 'special spring rolls' ($12.45/3 pack) were all stuck together into one mega-spring roll and were soggy as can be. The pad tai ($19.45) was lackluster at best. The fried dumplings ($12.45) were at least crispy, but otherwise just OK. I wouldn't recommend placing an order here, but can't speak to the in-store experience.
Cute little place in Orleans by the Movati gym. We went on a Saturday night as we wanted to go somewhere casual after a day of running errands. Ordered the #119 which was quite tasty. Be warned for those who may have a low tolerance for spice - this was extremely spicy (in my opinion) to the point I couldn’t finish it. The people at the next table ordered the pad Thai which looked wonderful so for sure I will have to go back and try it.
I placed an order through Uber. My complaint didn’t go through for whatever reason. So I’m saying it here so maybe they’ll get this message! I ordered the beef noodle soup and I received pieces of pure of fat! Looked half rotten too!! I will never order from here again. Total rip off. If you won’t serve it to your family. Don’t serve it to your customers.

I didn't check this place's Google review before placing an order on UberEats, I was still hungry! I have ordered so many rice dishes from other viet resturant and never complained the portion but this time I got really upset. Food tastes good, hope you read customers' review and improve.

New and clean. The #1. rice wrap was mediocre. The #2 spring rolls is acceptable (good). #149 and #150 (hot and cold vietnamese coffee) is uninspirational. The Pho (#40) - exceptional broth, great fresh rice noodle, and beefy chunks. Rice #84 is okay. Conclusion: Get their Pho. Excellent pho.

We ordered the Bun Bo Hue (noodle soup), a Vermicelli dish with pork, and a rice dish with chicken and beef. When we arrived to pick up our meal, they missed one item on the order but were able to prepare it quickly. Service was also friendly. The food was good - not the best in the city but still satisfied the craving for Vietnamese food. Thank you!
What an unbelievable rip off!!!!!!!! Take out. 20 dollars for the smallest bowl of Pho I have ever seen by a mile. two shrimp and a couple of small pieces of pork. Didn't not even provide the usual trimmings. Nor was there hot sauce or hoisin. Tasted completed bland. I feel like I have been robbed of twenty dollars. Totally insulting.
I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Ok, so I just order 2 dishes from them and payed for extra sides. This is what I got for 4 sides of vermicelli noodles.. total order $50+ And at the end I was told I shouldn't complain. No ginger, sweet crappie taste and burnt pieces of meat and veggies. The worst so far...
WOW I will never order there again. I spent $45 for a soup that had three thin slices of beef and soggy noodles that were stuck together like when left in the fridge, and 2 wraps that were so blend, and the peanut sauce doesn't taste like peanut butter.

Should have check the reviews before ordering on Uber. I don’t normally write a bad review, but at $17.95, you would think they have a little bit more than this. First time and the last time….

We ordered through Skip the dish. Was the worst Pho I've ever had. More noodles than broth. Meat was lacking. The rice wrap fell apart after 1st bite. Never again

Very disappointed with the size of serving we received and my bfs meal was disappointing and overcooked. Considering we paid over 40$ it would have been nice to have received proper servings. Will no eat here again
We ordered take out and it was terrible. The chicken in my vermicelli and peanut sauce for our spring rolls tasted old and bad. Very disappointed since this was the first time ordering from them.
Fantastical pho! The broth (beef pho) is some of the best I've ever had. Prices are normal, serving sizes are spot on. They're also very quick so good to grab a quick meal before the movies.
Never have I been to a restaurant with slower service. We ended up walking out after they served three other tables before they served us.
