I wouldn’t normally review a petrol station, but my visit was spoilt by a rude old woman who worked there. Just to start with, I’m fully aware that you cannot use your phone to call at a petrol station. I got my phone out to look at the time (and obviously didn’t have it to my ear making a call) and had her call over the speaker telling me not too; which was incredibly rude. If you are going to utilise your minuscule amount of power, at least understand what people are and aren’t allowed to do. A phone being checked for the time is no more dangerous than a phone in someone pocket. Enforce the rules when they’re being broken, don’t be rude to customers.
I like using this Sainsbury's petrol station because it's open until gone 10pm most nights, the air for tyre pressures is free and the shop attached to it sells a good selection of Sainbury's products at the same price as in the main store. I go there for milk, newspapers, wine, sandwiches, sweets, tobacco etc. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They also have a vacuum for cleaning car interiors and a car wash facility which is rarely over-subscribed or not working - which is brilliant. There are at least ten pumps selling cut-price fuel, which is another bonus, along with the addition of Nectar points. I totally recommend this place.
They are one of the cheaper fuel stations in the area. It can be busy at peak times, usually quick. The air and water are charged for using a credit/debit card. There is a little shop here, and the larger store and facilities are onsite. Access could be better; watch the road layout and drivers not paying attention if you are going directly to for fuel.
Although recently a van was stuck in the car wash for over a week the car wash, air and water are regularly out of order. Secondly, I appreciate it can be busy as part of the supermarket but when queues are long there is often only the one
Sorry but extremely poor response to an incident at the Petrol Station. The incident was nobody's fault, just a possible result of air pressure and the hot weather which caused a blowback from the petrol tank after taking the nozzle out
One member of staff has serious attitude problem. Completely ignorant, very impolite, she needs re training or better still find another job not involving dealing with members of the public.
21st june , petrol prices were very good , the cashier said they always try to be cheaper than most in the area , forecourt was tidy and fairly well designed
Great staff. Ideally located with easy access to main roads to Bath and Bristol. Car wash, tyre inflator and water facilities there too as well as the shop.
Good petrol price. Handy if you're driving towards Brislington/Bath on the Spine road, unless it's rush hour. Can get busy at peak shopping times too.
They selling petrol what more can you say, be aware it gets very busy early morning as its were the council waste lorries appear to fuel up there.
Slowest in Bristol, customers seem second place to staff, queues at check out ignored and never any apology for wait.
Please hand out the coupons that gets printed out. You didn't give me mine and I can see the stacking up. Why?
Good price fuel and still the only petrol station offering free compressed air, good for you Sainsbury's
Could be a good idea to implement - pay at pump system. Waiting in a queue to pay is not nice at all
Now the only garage that still have free air all other supermarkets charge for it
Went to the garage for a car wash at my car wash and still an egg in my car. .
Easy to use but staff are not very friend they just don't seem interested.
Shocked at how rude the staff are in there. Severe attitude problem.
As it says a petrol station well set out good service and clean
Your average petrol station, pretty standard but a tad pricey.
Just a normal run of the mill Sainsbury's filling station
Staff How Miserable, they'd get 10 ought of 10 for that.
Absolutely love this petrol station, best in the world!
Convenient when I shop every thing on one doorstep
Good prices. Car wash never seems to be working.
Bad costumer service I was costumer for years
Well situated with a wide range of products
It's a petrol station not a night club.
Shelves empty staff unhelpful very poor
Always friendly staff happy to help
