"We use it because it is local but it is poorly maintained, service is not the best, the lifts are often not working to the car park and that itself is poorly designed"
"Dirty , dreadful till experience ; nobody is ever on them , on the self checkout there is a member of staff who holds the bags hostage plus a queue whilst other staff members meander ; god forbid we should try and have a staffed checkout! "
"Yesterday the New Barnet store was freezing cold"
"This sainsbury's rarely has good stock across the store, and since they installed the gates by the entrance and exit of the store the employees seem to think it's okay to treat everyone that comes to do their food shop as criminals"
"This is the worst Sainsbury’s in the known universe"
We use it because it is local but it is poorly maintained, service is not the best, the lifts are often not working to the car park and that itself is poorly designed. For a bigger shop and much higher standard of Sainsbury's, we drive to their Conley Fields store.

Yesterday the New Barnet store was freezing cold. What was worse they only had one person on checkout out. I was told it was because it was lunchtime. Where was the manager. Clearly they want to use the self checkout. Plenty of is older

This is the worst Sainsbury’s in the known universe. In fact it might be one of the worst *supermarkets* I’ve ever had to endure. It’s scruffy, badly stocked, and no one who works here appears to care. The checkout process here is
I genuinely like the range variety they have... When they have it. Plenty of empty shelves and a lot of time queueing ! Like, a lot ! This is 2023, I don't understand how can't you still not manage the shop fow at this Branch.
Very nice shopping experience, I have visited many times and it's always a stress free place to shop. Never seems overcrowded. Sadly there is no pharmacy any more but there are Chemist shops nearby.
Currently this store is undergoing a major renovation with apartments being built around it, however the store inside is unchanged, good value for money, an excellent world food department
Well, I did my weekly shop today and realised I had misplaced my Nectar card. I paid anyway, but found the Nectar card within 3 minutes, without even having left the store.
As a pupil, I go here SO often. It is really good for buying things you need: such as: tin opener, good drink, bath mat, ruby red lipstick. Would recommend. Have a good day
Car park is on the second floor. Take the stairs and go down two floors. The shop appeared pretty unkempt compared to some of the other Sainsbury's we've visited.
A range of different products. You can find different qualities and brands. Its not the cheapest supermarket, but with the nectar card it's worth.
Free parking at the rear of the building. Good choice of products arranged with the customer in mind. Easy to shop here and the parking is free.
I think it's a great place to be; the staff are always very helpful and the food over there is really great. Cannot complain about that!
If you want to experience queuing for long periods of time and feel like you are trapped in the 1970s, this is the store for you.
Went to buy some new lightbulbs, got home with the pack, turned out someone had opened them and put their duff one back in.
This branch consistently delivers a wonderful shopping experience as I've been a loyal customer for years, and here's why:
Refuse to open more checkouts. Have to wait an eternity or go to self check out with a trolly full of shopping.
Lots of food and drinks, as well as everyday items. As expected. Had a great time looking around.
I warn everybody to stay away from this store Rude staff hardly anyone serving the customers
