"I had the displeasure of shopping here today"
As I am a frequent shopper of this organization, I have never experienced this type of treatment and quite frankly am not sure I will be returning after this. Here is an overview of what took place that evening in your store: I came inside and was never greeted by a member of your team except by Nikki and Jasha towards the end of my visit. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes looking for the Purple Brand section in the Men's department. It was after some frustration of not being able to locate it, I finally walked up to two associates who I later discovered were Petrit and Sam. I asked both of them if they could help me locate a specific item and I showed them the picture and item number on your company website. Both of them seemed to be bothered by me asking a simple question, but eventually Petrit went to get the Purple Brand jeans I was looking for. When Petrit came back with both pairs of jeans, he was holding both of them over his arms, dragging one on the floor. Now, this is where I started to get upset. Granted these jeans are $200 and to be dragging them on the floor was both unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked him if I could see both sizes because I was unsure of which one to buy for my fiancé for our anniversary. Petrit held them up but did so with an attitude. I finally decided on which one I wanted, and he put his hand up and told me to give him a minute and made a phone call. This is when he kind of walked away and Nikki walked up asking me if I was okay and if I was finding everything okay. I briefly explained how I was feeling, and she directed me back to Sam. Sam came and grabbed the jeans from Petrit and walked me to the register in the fitting room to ring me because I was in a hurry. I explained to her what happened with Petrit, and she of course made an excuse for him stating, "I apologize, he had to call Loss Prevention about someone trying to steal." My response to that was "that has nothing to do with me and the purchase that I am trying to make. I am a paying customer." I asked if I could speak to another manager, Sam said yes and made it sound like she called someone but then came back and said the other manager was on her meal break. I completed my purchase and was about to walk out of the door when the alarm went off. I had to complete a walk of shame back to the Men's department where Sam, Nikki and I discovered that Sam left a sensor on my jeans. Now I am really upset, not only was I treated in my opinion like a thief or someone who had no money, but I was embarrassed. I then walked to the shoe department and asked to speak to another manager, Jasha was called and immediately came to my assistance. I spoke with her briefly and she apologized for the behavior of her peers. If this is the type of treatment your customers have to endure, it does not give a good impression of the brand. I would rather order online and have my items shipped to my home.
I had the worst shopping experience today at this store. First I walked into the men s section and spent over 20 min looking at items without a single sales person approaching me. I finally picked out a couple of items and made my way to the fitting room. One of the sales associates named Heaven, watched me stand waiting for her permission to get a room for a couple of minutes before I finally decided to ask her for a room, she rudely replied u need to go get a sales associate to get a room. I looked at her in shock and turned around and got someone to get me a room. The items were not the right fit so I walked out and on my way out Heaven decides to block my way and orders me to go back to the fitting room and re rack the items I didn’t want. I waited for her to make room for me to walk away as I didn’t understand why I should be doing her job, she chases me as I asked another person for a manager. Victor the manager asks me what happened so as I was explaining to him what happened Heaven decides to rudely interrupt our conversation and attack me verbally. Victor had no intention of hearing me out as he seemed uninterested. I finally walk all the way across the store and seek out the operations manager who kindly listened but not once apologized for his employees behavior, Victor decides to find me all the way across the store walks up to me and his manager and rudely interrupts our conversation displaying the same behavior his sales associate showed 5 minutes prior, he says what he has to say and walks away as I attempted to talk lol . I run a very successful business, one that doesn’t require not even half the customer service we expect from sacks but I chose to treat my customers with respect. It seems like it’s a cultural problem for sacks at this point and companies with flawed cultures always fade away. Anything less than firing heaven and writing up Victor will send the wrong message to their team but who am I to tell them how to run their business. I’m just a customer who spends $12000 to 20,000 a year on clothing at their stores but no longer will.
Love the store and like the fact that there is a lot of brands. I used to go to Nordstrom a lot but have been noticing it getting harder to find certain stuff so I decided to stick with Saks fifth. Well went today to look at shoes and purses (gf Christmas gift without her knowing). I've always assumed that the employees get some ki d of commission. So when I know I want to buy something I usually don't dress up or dress up in cowboy boots and regular shirt and pants. To see if people will help. Well me and gf went to Saint Laurent purse area and started looking for purses we were looking and the guy told us what we looking for and then noticed a group of people that had fancy purses and he went and started helping them out and left us hanging. I walked off she stayed because she really wanted the purse. But when I got back I noticed that the guy was helping her and actually focused on her. So idkk if she told him hey can you help me or ot slowed down a bit where he could help her out. Regardless, she got the purse a nice little black leather Saint Laurent purse. Got home and I gave her the money and said merry Christmas so she bought her gift and I gave her the money at home. Hey I'm not good at picking purses so that was a way for a surprise. Now she said she wants to get me shoes. So I plan in coming back about 2nd or 3rd week of January and probably do the same thing. I know what I want and I will probably dress down and see if an employee pays attention to me. I don't know why but I always find it that when I'm dressed down and actually get helped (takes a while sometimes) I tend to have a little better experience and get a little knowledge about products. Compared if I was to be semi dressed. Long story apologize just sharing the experience. But any comments I have for the store. Just continue to teach that employees should help everyone regardless of how they dressed. Keep smiling and stay positive. I do notice customers can be harsh
I have been working a couple days to try and provide the best Input for my review of Saks Fifth Ave For a couple years I have been coming to this store to see my one brand I hold dear to me. My wife and I would travel all the way from Austin to come and see this one store and to see the brand Penhaligons. Main reason for this is due to the exclusivity of the brand. There are may be only three to four stores where you can get a chance to experience this brand and the Houston location was the closest to me. However being almost 3 hours away we make it an experience every time we come to the mall. Now saying this for the most part, everytime my wife and I would show up, it was shown that Penhaligons was let down, tossed to the side to be overlooked by other brand’s within the store. I would show up to the boutique and see the bottle heads misaligned, scattered, and or forgotten to be looked at. Everytime I saw the brand I felt like they were not getting the love and care it deserved but still I pressed everytime because it was a brand I loved seeing. I loved seeing it so much that we were finally able to make the move to Houston to specifically be closer to the store( yes that is correct, we moved cities just for a fragrance brand). Well last week when we were coming by to do our usual look through, it was different. We stopped by and met with Kia. She was beyond grateful and welcoming with the brand. She knew her stuff and was able to help bring life back to the brand. I have fond Hope that with her there and the experience seen, it will bring back both old and new customers to the brand and hopefully bring back their sister company L’Artisan. I have since expanded on my collection and look forward to sharing more moments with the staff that tend to the Penhaligons boutique. It is a brand I will hold dear for my lifetime.
I had the displeasure of shopping here today. I was in the menswear for more than an hour trying to decide what to purchase. After some time, I rustled a sales associate, since they were all busy on their phones sitting down and having conversations amongst themselves. After making my purchase I walked out of the store feeling displeased. My shirt was just placed in a bag and the receipt thrown on top. So I decided to go to the brand store and was met with such enthusiasm. I was greeted upon entering the store and was given such great service. My purchase was wrapped, placed in a box and a lovely carrying case(and my purchase was more than what I spent at your store). I immediately went back to the store and returned my purchase which was embarrassing to say the least. The gentleman didn’t speak so I engaged him with a “Hello.” Apparently he didn’t know how to do the return so he walked out of the room with my receipt and I heard him loudly call out to the manager I presume, “ This is a debit transaction,” while holding up the receipt in the middle of the store. I was astonished to say the least. It’s really sad how things have changed especially when it comes to customer service. Your sales associates have on over a thousand dollars worth of clothes with a $2 mindset and work ethic. I definitely won’t shop at this location again.
Beware! Avoid the Galleria shopping area. It is extremely unsafe! We were there in the middle of the day on a Monday with our vehicle parked close to a door and we were robbed. The window was broken out and all of our recently purchased items including other personal items were stolen. I feel like I may have been followed from the stores we had been at- lululemon, Nordstrom, Saks and Dillard’s. When I contacted the security guard after another shopper said she saw the people that did it- he shrugged his shoulders and said “it happens all the time”. He told me where the thieves park and just how they do it. And that they are sometimes more violent. When I asked security if they could look at their camera, they did confirm it was on camera but wouldn’t give us any details. I did also contact Saks to inform them my item had been stolen from my vehicle within an hour of purchase asking for additional information regarding the item for my police report, without any response. I can’t believe a shopping area of that size doesn’t have adequate security. My little hometown mall has a security vehicle driving around continuously. I am writing this review to warn others to avoid that shopping center area! If I had known it was the norm I would’ve avoided it at all costs.
On the oft occasion when it's time for a special vacation fit, a birthday or anniversary, it's time to make the rounds at your favorite luxury boutique. However, Saks (and other luxury department stores) are good substitutes if you want a little better deal because of the OCCASIONAL sale. The store is in the old Macy's footprint and luckily the men's section is on the first floor and accessible through the connected parking garage. An employee who I encountered looked thoroughly disinterested in being there so, I simply asked him where my item was and went about my business. I went into this Saks yesterday looking for undergarments and no dice. They are available online, but they only had one high-end brand (Versace), one upper-mid level (Emporio Armani) and the others I would describe as Walmart/Macy's specials (CK and HOM). Needless to say, I didn't buy anything - I was looking for Dolce and Gabbana or Tom Ford. I looked around a bit at the sales rack, saw a nearby bar in the middle of the store and I made my way out of the store. I'll try to complete the transaction online.
Have purchased several items online with no issue until my recent order. Ordered a blazer that did not not get delivered and promptly notified customer service. Was informed that they would open an “investigation” and that it would take 14 days to resolve before I could get a refund for the order but was encouraged to reorder the item in the interim. I did reorder the blazer and received. After 3 weeks I still did not have a refund for the original purchase so I contacted customer service again only to be informed that an “investigation” was never opened and they would initiate again. I asked for a Supervisor to call me and was told it would be a 20 minute hold so I asked to have them call me back. I never received a call and it had been 4 weeks since the 2nd call to customer service and still no refund. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Online buyers beware!!! I hope I don’t have to dye them to get my refund back for merchandise never received.
I ordered online for Houston in store pick up as online it stated it was limited stock and available. Within 30 minutes if ordering, my order was cancelled. I attempted to call this location and reach a department and no one answered the phone during store hours! Drive 30 minutes to the store later to return a purchase and there was the bag I wanted, sitting in display. Too bad I had already ordered the bag again online for shipping to my house directly. Now I’m experiencing shipping issues with Saks charging my credit card and getting an email saying order was shipped but according to FEDEX only a shipping label has been created. My order has not moved from this status for 2 days and I also did two day shipping.. Don’t order online - recommend going into the store and just seeing what’s in stock. Don’t bother calling, no one will answer. Also to note, the YSL sales rep inside Saks at the Houston location was extremely rude and not helpful.
The selection is beautiful and the store is mostly pristine and well organized. I was wandering around however for ten minutes before seeing a single sales associate. When we finally did get acknowledged by an employee, it was not a warm or helpful welcome. She saw my husband, who was standing next to me as I attempted to navigate a wildly unorganized sales rack, and aggressively asked him “Are you OK?” before realizing I was standing next to him (I am short and she couldn’t see me over the rack) and then she started loudly and repeatedly going on and on about “Oh it’s a little person! It’s like a little person over there!” It was incredibly dehumanizing to be spoken about that way. We took our business to Neiman Marcus.
If l could give zero stars l would. Terrible customer service at the Saks in the Galleria, Houston. We went to purchase a suit for my son. There were 3 men working in that section and they did not care to help. We even went to one of them to ask for assistance. He said he would be back in a few minutes and disappeared to the back of the store. After waiting for a while , we found him chatting with his colleagues and he avoided us. We went to Nordstrom and bought the suits we needed. We received excellent customer service there including alterations and shipping. I am never going back to this particular store. I’ve shopped at the Saks in Manhattan and received great customer service.
Absolutely love this location. They give you all their attention, they treat you like a princess and they will offer you special services like hemming if something doesn’t fit correctly. I brought in the waist of my dress I bought from them and it fits like a dream now. Plus you can skip the horrid lines at the designer shops and get your Gucci or Chanel within 5 minutes. Lines are boring and we don’t need them. My only problem is their designer brands always are missing smaller sizes, so you can’t buy a lot of clothes in luxury designer because you have no clue how it will fit. Please re-stock more often for luxury brands. Besides that A+ for service ✨
I ordered boots online but the fit is tight...was debating if it is worth to travel to Galleria for an exchange. Then an opportunity came so I decided to have it exchange. Unfortunately, the size I wanted is not available so I got no choice but to return. Thought I can't get full refund due to 30 days return policy and that I can only get store credit. But to my relief, full refund was issued; isnt that great? Perhaps they are not that strict this time when almost all purchases are done online. AND yes I haven't worn the boots except when I tried it on. Of note: can't return saks5th online purchases to saksoff store and vice versa.
Very disappointed with my time at Saks. I placed an online order and was missing an item. I called customer service 5 times in order to be refunded for the missing item (a 400 dollar dress). Each time they said they did not make any mistakes and will not refund me the money. I went to the store to see if I could speak with a manager. Once again she said that Saks did not make a mistake and I am the one that’s wrong. Everyone from customer service to the managers were extremely rude. Do not waste your money here. Nordstrom customer service is 1000x better. Or just go to the designer store directly. Will not be shopping here again.
While shopping for my first designer bag, I ran into the sweetest Saks member by the name of Mary. I expressed how I wanted a designer bag as a reward for my hard work. Mary was very knowledgeable about products, quality, price, and you name it, she knew it. After walking around a few times exploring different handbags, she never left my side. We arrive at the Gucci store, where I was greeted by a kind lady Macy. Both of these women are amazing at their job. I’d visit again to purchase with these ladies again also let friends and family know as well. Thank you for making my first designer buy with Saks, nothing short of amazing.
Alana and Nancy were wonderful and helped me find the perfect scent of perfume that I wanted. They both had Great Customer Service Skills to good for your store I say that because I didn't like that the valet guy was harassing me about paying $12 dollars for parking and followed me to my car and took a picture of my license plate and as I told him he was not out there when I made it there at 10:50 and I had my keys so why should I pay for valet when I parked my car myself. That was a Big turn off to me that you go inside and spend over a lot of money in the store and then get harassed for parking smh. I will not be BACK.
I had a series of great misfortunes going through a simple process. Your establishment offered a gift card for those purchasing beauty products worth 250 or more on November 25th “Black Friday”. I attempted to place the code for my online purchase to receive the gift card, and the attempt wasn’t allowed. Neither were the several attempts of calling your customer service number to retrieve my gift card. Simply put, your system did not allow me to honor your black Friday sale of a gift card, and I want the card that was offered to me. If I could purchase the item in the store, I wouldn’t have experienced this.
I bought a hair dryer at this store and my order never arrived. When I contacted the customer service they just told me they were unable to offer approval. I was at home the day they said the order was delivered and it never happened. I also review the footage of the front door camera and there is not record of a delivery on that date. I'm still dealing with the customer service and nobody give me an answer how I can recover my hair dryer or at least get my money back. I don't recommend this store to anybody, customer service does not take care of the customers as they should do.
On Saturday afternoon in Saks Gucci boutique we had such a pleasant experience. My wife, daughter and myself were shopping for a particular item for our daughter. We walked in and met Mary who was so wonderful. She was so helpful and such a nice person. Mary was so informative about the garment that we purchased. She had so much Gucci knowledge as I would call it. I would definitely recommend this boutique to all and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Mary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sale associates are really not helpful at all. I only buy from their LV store. Otherwise, all sale associates are very dry and unfriendly especially if u need to return something. I yet need to find someone there who is good. I have been dealing with this store for the last 20 years and I just got a bad experience after the other. I was even given wrong phone numbers for associates many times I don’t understand how they function especially that I am a diamond member.
I went today in my denim shorts and not made up at all to purchase a watch for my husbands birthday but no one even asked if I needed any help. No eye contact and the guy by the shoes department just looked across at me. These sales people dress up and act like they’re better than you when they should just be in uniform and focus on customer service instead. I purchased the watch somewhere else and not going back until those salespeople are in uniform.
Bought Valentino white flip flops last summer, wore them not more than 5 times. They broke in half first time I put them on this summer. I wasn’t even walking, was sitting down at a restaurant! 100$ per wear! will never shop there again, management won’t even settle for a store credit! The way they broke and a lack of “wear and tear” on the bottom of a shoe clearly tells you it’s a manufacture’s fault! Nordstroms would never treat customers like this…
Came to shop with my Daughter in a stroller and all the elevators inside were locked out. Very annoying. I kept asking how can I get upstairs and they kept taking me all over the store. Each time I would find the elevator it would be closed. I don’t care if you guys are closing in 40 mins. Stop locking access to the elevators it’s ridiculous and you don’t care about mothers. I literally was done and left.
Whatever you do avoid the blonde woman in women’s clothing, Afie! She kept asking if I needed a fittign room and attempted to take the clothes off my hands even AFTER I’ve told her that someone is already helping me. I wasn’t done shopping but I didn’t appreciate constantly being harassed by her so I paid and left. Does the store manager allow this kind of unprofessional and distasteful behavior?
Visited the shoe section looking for a pair of shoes for my birthday, walked around for about 30 minutes and found 3 pairs of shoes that I liked. No one asked me for help. I locked eyes with at least 3 salesman and they looked away. This was disappointing and discouraging. I went back to the stores that welcomed me a treated me well (Gucci and Nordstrom) and bought 2 pairs of shoes and a purse.
I am fairly upset. I purchased the most expensive, cheapest shoes from Ryan J Bishop in the Louboutin department a week ago. It is unfortunate that there is NO customer service, even if you go back into the store (which I did). You cannot reach anyone via phone or email. I don't even want the shoes anymore and will go back only to throw them at the manager on duty (I doubt they are even there).
I had a good experience here. I was looking for "Off White" brand clothing and they had the best selection that I was able to find anywhere. The young gentleman that helped me was friendly, willing to help and answered all of my questions. He checked the back stock for various selections and he did it with a smile. I like how they check you out in private and give unmarked bags. A+ all around.
We walked ALL over this store, and because I can only assume since not a single person interacted with us the ENTIRE time, is that if you're not wearing the right labels or have a "look" we just weren't worth any of their time. All I have to say is this... Julia Roberts didn't look like she belonged on Rodeo drive either. Hopefully they work off commission and know they passed up a good deal.
I went in looking for a suit jacket for my son's graduation. I was helped by this guy named Byron, who solicited me to his business after asking for help. Needless to say, my son never got the jacket after I paid Byron my money. I lost time and respect for this company. Employees doing side business in direct competition with the company. I'll never be back. Please, do better.
Recently bought a beautiful bag. The service I received at Gucci was equivalent to that of a 5 star hotel. I appreciate the attention and care given to customers. Everyone should receive that level of care from every industry. After all, consumers drive the market. Covid taught us that. Thank you for making me feel that my investment in this very nice item was well worth it.
This time I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service they are normally generally rude and stereotypical. They pick and choose who they wish to help but this time I was helped right away I didn't stand around for several minutes collecting shoes while staff acts as if I'm invisible. Because of that I purchased 4 Pairs of shoes and 2 bottles of perfume.
This is a little odd for me to evaluate a department store as a restaurant bar. But this store has 2 nice restaurant bars in it one on the 1st floor in the 2nd on the 2nd floor. Drinks are good. Great place to sit well the wife is shopping. The store is beautiful. The store is clean. And best of all the isles are not stacked with sale items
My review is strictly for the perfume counter, for Veyan specifically. She provides the best shopping experience every time I’m in, making sure I get exactly what I’m looking for and making my experience the best from beginning to end. I keep coming back strictly to saks for all my perfume needs just because of her attentive nature.
They have stole $900 from me. The manager Karen Mathis issued me the wrong refund and after months of trying to resolve it and multiple calls and emails with this local store and online “customer support “ they have denied my refund. Will not come back to Saks. Beware if you purchase something and try to exchange and or return.
Never thought I would recommend Saks for facial treatment. Julie at the Guerlain counter is wonderfully gentle and kind, one of the few aestheticians I trust to touch my face in the city. I also enjoy visiting with Michael when looking for shoes. He is pleasant, learns your style and provides tasteful recommendations.
Be aware that this retailer will not give you a refund if you do not get your packages. I ordered some items and one of them was not delivered. I have spent over a month and a half attempting to resolve this issue with Saks. Poor customer service and their complaint hotline does not work. What a joke of a retailer.
Disappointed in customer service, not the saks standard. If your closing hours say 6 pm, then close the doors at 6, not 5:50pm. No harm done if you update your hours. We drove through galleria traffic to get to the store when we could’ve come another time and arrived well before 6 pm and were denied entry.
I love to make shopping from Saks. I start to feel special when i give my car to valet parking. They are polite and respectful. My shopper there is Slavs Polak. I really enjoy shopping with her. She take care very good even she remind me new season or discounts of new items which i can like. Thank you guys
Omg!!!!!! The online return is sooooo long and with one person working it meanwhile nobody else can help! Why? Everyone else attacks you while in-store shopping to be the first to get you in a dressing room to claim commission. Literal commission vultures! It’s getting one star for service. Do better.
Great store, to bad we don’t have it in DFW area anymore. Today I Purchased some fragrance with a sales person named Rebecca. (woman’s fragrance department) She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Very nice, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. If you need a fragrance, definitely go with her. A+ service.
Good store with a wide range and styles, but absolutely not helpful customer service. I have two cases with them - never been answered of any of them! Filed case - no response, wrote an email - no response, an online chat agent responded to make a call or asked to wait and then disappeared.
Whenever I go, I ALWAYS get EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I did a return that was hassle-free & was asking for different sizes in The Prada section. Both Reps were very friendly & polite. Von was my Salesman. No fuss with self-parking! Went before closing, I was in and out within 30 mins.
As a travelling assistant it constantly surprises me with the welcome I receive from Mgt here, with SAKS/Houston! Living within walking distance to the store is another plus of working with SAKS at this location! Thanks to you all, my every visit is like visiting a home away from home!
Had the most incredible fragrance experience here with Kish (LaQuesha). She knows her stuff, very sweet and easygoing. I’ve never been treated so well as with her. Thank you!!! Got to test out lots of fragrances and able to find one that I fell in love with. Superb customer service!!!
The Saks OFF 5th always has a great selection of upscale clothing, shoes, accessories and more. It is a great place to do some one stop shopping and pickup some great quality clothes. High quality and low prices are always a win! The clearance racks usually have some great bargains.
I’ve been going to this store for a few years. When I used to go, I’d have numerous saleswoman ask if I needed help. Now, if I want to try anything on, I have to track down a woman. The women there totally ignore me now. It’s a shame because they have a great selection of clothes.
Most sales associates at Saks are quite helpful with warm personalities. I normally shop with Nicole(@ Clive Christian Perfumes). She's always made my shopping experiences pleasant! Also, Liza( Beauty& Cosmetics section) is another pleasant personality and very funny lady.
I love coming here and looking at all the grand designers in one spot. I shall try to go in the morning around 10. I know, I know, old people vibe. But dears, there is no where as many people. However…. If you love to people watch….. where you at? Let’s be friends.
Went in to purchase Bond no 9 cologne. The customer service is atrocious!! Raul lacks integrity, after purchasing product, he promised to send samples which never arrived. Alma and the other associates had bad attitudes as if they were being bothered. Never again!
Went to the restaurant for a real estate event. It was a very nice place, I didn’t realize it even exist! The waitstaff was friendly and the small bites were all tasty! If you’re looking for shoes visit Rickie! He will give you great conversation and service!
Truly they roll out the red carpet for their customers. Super Kind, helpful, and courteous. Not what you’d expect nowadays. It is obvious their 5-star quality of service never wavers and that MAJOR! The young brunette in women’s shoes is BEYOND amazing!!!
The high-end and luxury part of the Galleria mall, open spaces, well-dressed staff (and a lot of them). Fancy fitting rooms, the whole package. Good way to feel out of place going here in casual clothing looking like a tourist instead of a big spender.
Just wanted to share a lady from Jo Malone London was so kind and helpful and gracious and wonderful. Then a lady from the Dior booth was rude and snobby and not even that smart about her field, really unpleasant to talk with. Go for Jo Malone London!
Customer service doesn’t exist here .Ask a suited middle age man if i can get my size in a gucci shoe ?he said oh u have been helped already so ask that lady again...I said i have not been helped yet so he went half heartedly and brought
Used to shop at saks regularly but swore today was my last time. The salespeople here make shopping so cumbersome and are apathetic at best...their first response is to send you somewhere else so they don't have to do the job. On top of
I’m a longtime, card carrying customer. The salespeople in most departments are quite professional and helpful; however, the help in fine jewelry is not. I went in to inquire about a necklace that I saw online, and there were two people
Bad customer service , I was returning an item not only did that not inform me they couldn’t take certain cards but they couldn’t give me refund in cash . I had go back twice just because the information wasn’t relayed the first time .
One of the worst Saks out there. Rude staff and zero customer service. Also tried calling them with a question many times and no one ever answers the phone. Why even have a store when you won’t answer the phone for customers.
Other than the nasty parking lot that you can never find parking in, this is the best Saks in Texas, its is 100x better than the one in San Antonio, that one is so dreadful when it comes to selection and the atmosphere.
Amber is such a pleasure to work with. I’ve been coming here for years she is so happy, loves what she does, and makes it such a joy to work with her. Love her positive attitude and she always goes above and beyond.
I don't know my next steps other than calling my credit card to dispute the charge. I have been chasing my tail with this and spent (between calls and going to the Galleria) over 6 hours trying to resolve this.
Went in looking for some sneakers. Rebecca, was SUPER helpful and patient while I tried on shoes. She helped me find a perfect pair of Gucci sneakers! Excited for my buy and can’t wait to get more from her!
Called to ask for appointment with stylist. Associate took my number, and promised that someone would call me back. No one call back, so far. Hard to stay in business if you don't want to. Disappointed!
I love this store! I came a while ago to buy my Gucci slides the customer service was amazing. The guy who helped was very attentive and very helpful. I love how they don’t discriminate like Neiman’s
Great location next to all the hotels and very easy to find parking, even though it's walking distance. Very Helpful staff. Really good selection of shoes and clothes. I would definitely recommend.
The staff is always so pretentious. I turned around and went to buy what I wanted from the actually Dior store. Employees always give me attitude You would think it’s not a commission based job
Excellent customer service, I enjoy spending time there, especially at the Sisley counter. Exceptional people, Tammy, Michelle, Lisa just to name a few. Go visit them in Galleria, Houston.
I tried to make a return at 5:53 pm and all the doors were locked and the lady said everything already closed. If your closing time is 5:50 you better update it on google….worst service
Bought a $4000.00 Armani suit… no Armani suit bag! Was told I’d be sent one…5 months later still nothing. When purchasing a top tier suit everything should be perfect. Not here.
Went there TWICE today to buy a Hugo Boss mens suit with shirt and tie. Absolutely no employees to help. Not one single person. Ended up buying a suit at Nordstroms.
One of the most beautiful designed department stores in the U.S. I love their mini boutiques. Wynn from Louboutin always helps me find what I need.
This rating is for the bar only - tried the Tuscan Rosemary Pear Martini, LOVED IT! It was my kind of drink; sweet Without a trace of alcohol!
Omg!!!! The Saks in the Houston Galleria was an amazing experience if your looking for any fragrances just ask for Christina or Kamaria
Luxury designer goods. Attention to detail. The environment was orderly, well illuminated, and the fragrances were enveloping.
Shopping at Saks is a wonderful experience. I stop every time I'm in town. I love the selection and customer service.
Really nice and bright store. Huge with a very large selection. Multiple brands and styles right at your fingertips.
I married a couple here at the 51Fifteen Cuisine and Cocktails restaurant. It was gorgeous! I highly recommend.
Racist place in the city, she says it’s expensive when I asked price. Racism still exists in America
A little pricey but it's the only place that has the good perfume that my wife loves so is worth it
Literally nothing to choose from or no sizes. None of Margiela Replica sneakers were in my size.
Amazing food! Our waiter was a bit snooty, but he warmed up to us after a while.
Big location with a fantastic selection. Found some gorgeous leather jeans!
Sacks In the galleria mall is the best shopping experience u can have
Great customer service, very high class and attentive sales people.
Love this store. I love the fashion, fragrance, style of this store
Shop & Dine. Saks Fifth Avenue. Experience with the one you Love
Mind blowing branded sandles options Love ❤️ to buy them all
Customer service is good just too overpriced for my taste.
