Salam Supermarket is a great place to shop. They have really good customer service. The meat they sell is top quality, and the people working at the meat counter are super friendly. What's really amazing is the guy at the checkout. He can speak more than seven languages fluently! He's always doing his best to make sure the customers are happy. This supermarket isn't just about buying stuff; it's like a friendly spot, and although it's quite far from where we live, I drive there. The guy at the checkout makes shopping there even better because he can talk to so many different people in their own language. It's really cool and makes shopping there feel special. In short, Salam Supermarket is not just a store; it's a nice place to be, with great stuff to buy and really nice people working there. If you need to do some shopping, it's definitely worth a visit.

I recently visited this shop and had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to prioritize serving their own friends and family over other customers. I was left waiting for an extended period of time while they chatted with others. It's unfortunate that my experience was tarnished by this one individual. I hope that management will address these issues with their staff and work to improve customer service in the future.

Their behaviour and friendliness is unparalleled. Good for Asian grocery and halal meat. I didn’t notice that my 120 dollars bill was declined and nor did they. Later I called them and they replied, “not a problem at all, next time when you come, you can pay then”. This is called professionalism and they are champion in it.

I always come here to buy chicken mince and meat but today excatly at 3:26 one guy from butcher section which i donot know his name he threw me my chicken mince i wanted to complain but if you donot like serving customer please let me know we wont come again.

Car parking here is not just inconvenient its dangerous. Turning onto Milbank Ave from North East Rd is a bottle neck at times with Salam parking customers blocking the road. Its an accident waiting to happen.

After coming to Australia, first time I have the quality meat. I was missing the meat quality of India. When first time I visited them, I was really happy to have such a good quality meat.
