I would give a zero rating to this if there was an option. The middle aged lady hair dresser is so rude that she made me wonder wther it is Canada. While cutting my hair she was on her phone texting somebody time and again and after 3rd time I tried to draw her attention saying that "Dear, I am a little in rush, could you focus?" In return she was so yelled "You don't have to tell me that I am with my customer". Me: I am your customer and why you are behaving like this. Ac her, I was a walk in customer and I was not supposed to say I am in rush. I found her utter nonsense in her customer service and my hair cut was in the middle, I stayed quiet not to escalate the situation. After the hair cut, I thought that I would give a feed back. I appreciated for the hair cut she gave in hair cut and I came there from recommendation and in return she hardly gave me her business card saying that give a call for next time. She was so rude and arrogant in her attitude and manner. I told her that it might be her way of speaking but I found it rude in return she snatched the business card from my hand asked me to leave and don't need go there. I was shocked! I don't even have words to give review about her customer service. I myself wouldn't believe if someone told that it happend to them in Canada. Such people are the virus of our society of multiculturalism and peace.

It depends on their mood...they didn't listen to my requests even though i repeated 4-5 times...explained everything with hand gestures and how I want the cut.... Especially beard...i would say avoid having a beard cut...It took me 6 months to get my beard and moustache looking what I want..and they ruined my moustache in a single shot...I clearly said 5 times not to trim moustache....

Naldz is so friendly and cares about his customers. He often suggests what style i should go for that fits my age and occasion sometimes. He also works fast and ensures that it doesn’t sacrifice the quality of his hairstyle.
