This company never came to my home or did any electrical work for me so why am I giving it a five star review? I had an electrical problem with certain light fixtures in my home when I tried to change a light bulb in one of my hall light fixtures. The bulb broke off and part of it stayed in the socket. I tried to remove this part using long nose pliers but I stupidly did not turn off the power first. There was a flash and three of my lights went out. However the circuit breaker did not go off and other outlets and lights on the circuit remained on. With my somewhat limited electrical knowledge I did not know how to fix this problem. After searching the internet for electricians in my area I called Salter Electric. After I explained my problem, the technician advised me what he thought caused the problem and said that it was something that I could probably fix myself although he offered his company's help if needed. I took his advice, bought the part I needed and installed it myself(took 15mins). It was a simple fix (I turned the power off first). Everything works fine now. Apart from the part I needed to replace the cost to me was $0. Therefore this company showed me that they possessed two important qualities - Knowledge and Integrity and I think that merits a five star review. James Davies

I hired them to troubleshoot and fix some DIY electrical work. Their diagnostic was quick and efficient, pricing transparent and even took time to explain some easier things to me so I could continue the job. I’d definitely hire them again for other work.

We had a wonderful experience! We had them hook up some Jenn air appliances and they did a fabulous job at a great price. Highly recommend!
