Wide variety of items that tend to sell very quickly because the prices are so low- especially for clothing and furniture, such as dining sets, bookshelves, desks, wall units, lounges - you name it. If it’s not there one day it’s sure to there the next. Great for people just setting up a new residence because there are plenty of kitchen, dining essentials, even pillows and curtains. The best part of the shop, though is the staff. It is obvious how hard they work there but are unfailingly bright and very helpful. Also, there is plenty of room to move around between areas and between racks of clothes- very suitable for anyone with mobility i challenges.

What I dont understand is you get things donated but someone struggling has to jump over hoops just to get help. I am a single mum and wanted help with double mattresses for my kids. I had to ring another salvos who told me they have no funding??!! I dont get it. You constantly get funding, freebies, donations etc. but you cant help someone without having to go through hell. This is my first time asking fo anything but i constantly give give give! When it comes to needing help noone wants to help. No wonder i never asked before. You think its easy for people to ask for something? Its not!

Brought a couch and a desk and paid for next day delivery. Upon delivery they were going to deliver the wrong desk when i told them that it wasnt the one i ordered. They informed me they had dropped my desk off to someone else. They brought the right couch in that i brought. Told me they would go and pick up the desk that i had paid for and would deliver it. They didnt come back that day nor notify me by phone, however they did return the following morning and dropped off my desk.

I went in to have a look at some clothes last Tuesday. While the prices were nice I had a man who worked at the store come up to me, misgender me and speak to me quite rudely. Although I understand they wanted me to try the jacket on in the change room, the man showed no sympathy, a lack of understanding and a general rudeness. The store needs to work on their customer service and training on how to speak with their customers.

Worth a visit: Hummmm, if your in the area. Price: Mostly on the higher end, not extortion but certainly not cheap. Books however were all $2 each and there was plenty of good stuff. Range: Mostly clothing. Good selection of books. Small amount of glassware and crockery, very small amount of furniture and appliances. Store: Medium to Large but very sparse, not a lot in there. Pretty clean and tidy. Lovely staff.

Customer service was average, Our lounge was is a good condition had a tiny faded mark underneath cushion of lounge, It seemed the worker didn’t want to carry the lounge down the stairs of our apartment... The Salvation Army only want to sell your donation not give it to those in need disappointed by service

Very very rude . The person who answered the phone, didn't listen, when asked about a delivery, and she said " that has nothing to do with me" and then hang up on me. And didn't pick up the phone when I called again.

I was looking for a cheap bag to use to transport souvenirs back home. Found a suitable backpack marked $6. The nice lady working the register knocked it down to $3 since it was “a little bit dirty.” I’ll take it!

Tha Salvation Army is not a bad store and the prices are what you expect from a second hand store. Some clothing is a bit over priced but the rest is quite reasonable. I found quite a few bargains here.

A charity that doesn’t even help the local community in need. Business not a charity, all about profit whichmost goes to admin. If you want to donate dont go here

Quite a sprawling store for a high street op shop. Loads of homewares, clothes and bedding. This store also offers furniture and new mattresses.

They have ckeaned up their act. It smells good, easy to find items and some good quality items for a very good price. The staff are lovely.

Was clean and staff friendly. But I ended up going to kmart. Got new tracksuit pants for the price they where charging for second hand.

There are lots of clothing and homewares to be had at extremely reasonable prices. It's a large store, well spaced shopping.

when i went there the chik behind the counter ripped off a massive fart and it really stank!! i was quite impressed!

Very nice people that will help in anyway they can and make the vist enjoyable as possible.
