This is a fair warning to Everyone Do not purchase any product from this second hand store , had the worst experience dealing with any retail store in UAE plus the price are expensive given that this is a second store . A basic t-shirt cost 25 dhs . I purchase a few shoe from this store and one was a fila sneakers - tried it on and I inform the sale staff that it seems it was two different shoeE, The sales person insisted that it wasnt so I went ahead with the purchased . I tried it on and while I was walking , I realized that I was correct, they have sold me a two difference shoe. One had a thin foam inside , that's how I figure it out . Their policy is: no refund no exchnage , I clearly understand this , I throw my receipt given that I know the policy and I have trusted this store . but the fact that they sold a two different shoe and I have no use of it and then refusing to exhange it is just FRAUD . The solution provided was that, they wont exchange the item but will give me a discount. What can I say , best joke of the year . NO BUSINESS ETHICS
