Just returned from Turkey and Dubai and purchased my tickets thorough Sam's Travel which was a smooth process. I also had an issue while I was in Istanbul Airport, I messaged Sam on Whatsapp and it was Midnight in Sydney at the time, however he was able to get back to me asap and provide assistance.
