Went in to buy an air cooler - only the second store in Mombasa to have one which is great. Didn't end up buying one but the customer service was exceptional. I was informed of the operating conditions and that made my decision easier. I appreciate the staff and I'll be looking here for my next electronic purchase. Very decent prices too but they won me over with the customer service!

Very good, they have almost everything of electronics and electrical and home appliances, their showroom is full of stuffs. Good job they have done. Nice people want to listen to cutomers and provide them with there needs. I may be back for another shopping!
