Excellent experience at the store. I bought my phone from Samsung online and struggled with moving my large app stack over to my new phone. I walked in, and the team was very helpful. Especially, the young man with braids ( shame l did not get his name). He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Great experience at the Samsung store in Canary Wharf, a special thanks to Sean, who was extremely knowledgeable, understood my requirements and priorities. He was excellent. Looking forward to using my new tablet in its white cover. (I would recommend more colorful covers ).
