It's Friday night and I had the washers loaded. But then... the attendant tells me i can't wash and points to her wrist, its 9:30pm. I tried to tell her ive been there for 20 minutes knocking on the front door because it was locked. She didnt understand me. She wants me to leave- pointing at the door, putting her hands at the washer door acting like shes pulling stuff out. So i have to unload the washers and leave. Nice.... Oh, and there was someone else who just started his washer! If he did not go to the side door i wouldn't have known to do the same. If that door was open, washers loaded by last wash time, then i ought be able to use it! Not stopped, told to unload and leave. Remove your stuff, come back another time isn't convenient for ananyone who finally makes it there due to time constraint. Looks like the attendant wants all washers done by 9:30. Time to fix my dryer... In response: I was there at 9:15 trying to get in at the front door. I was knocking on it but no one came. Then a guy walks along the side of the building and i see him inside from the front door. I take my stuff to the side door. I load the machines but i was trying to get this plastic stringy piece off that was where the paper tag was taken off from so i hadn't started the washer. The guy that went in just before me had just started his but the attendant only addressed me. Biased? I parked in front at 9:11, long before the other guy.

I don't like it thier service is little shady to black people what I mean by that if something not working for a black person they won't fixes the issues but let a Spanish person come to them they break thier neck to fixes it i tired have to go to washed where thier only treat for Spanish and no black it not right

We HAVE to wash here, half the dryers are taken up by workers or are not working,NO one understands English when there is a problem , machine took $10 and the attendant refused to fix the problem and the owner has been unavailable.

Best laundromat I've been to. It's open earlier and later than most near me. They have plenty of machines for everyone. Just make sure you go before it gets busy because it fills up fast.
