Taxi service is unreliable and disorganized. Missed our flight. This about taxi, not limousine, but that option is not given on this review page. San Antonio Taxi also goes by name of National Cab. They are the one and the same, which is misleading. They said they didn't have record of our request, even though we got a text yesterday from them confirming our arranged pick-up time. Ruined most of our day. I can't believe these guys have so many stars. Maybe they get their friends to pad the reviews.

Worse customer service ever, I needed a cab and an indian guy asked me extremely rude for the address, after telling him that i needed to look for it he wait like five seconds and asked me extremely rude again, i asked him to wait and he just told me "I need the address", i hung up after telling him "you dont need to be rude, have a good day"

Worst service I have ever received. Their system did not email a receipt so I could get reimbursed from an airport delivery given date and time of pickup and drop off. When called for a receipt the owner claims he has no record of any of his drivers and has no way of looking up this information. So customer service ZERO.

They are convenient for a last resource, but just try not o order past after-hours because they will take forever to show up ... Keep withing morning - evening night before 11am lol ... Also if your just going within less then 10 min I suggest walking unless you want to pay a full fair for a few minutes walk ... Lol

Called for a cab, driver said he’d pick me up in 15-20 mins. Almost an hour later, I call the office again multiple times and it goes to voicemail, then I get a hold of someone and I’m told, “sorry about that”, with no offer to get another driver or any kind of ETA. Unprofessional and extremely inconvenient.

Called the day before to reserve a cab to take me to airport Got text message that confirmed it. Next morning cab didn't show up. Got several calls from cab drivers saying that they would pick me up but no one came. Had to get another way to airport . Almost missed my flight. I will never call them again

San Antonio Taxi Driver runs a stop sign on San Pedro nearly hits me and he shoots me the finger. Mind you I did not have a stop sign. If this is the type of drivers you have I want no part of this business. Unsafe and rude. Happened July 14th approx 315 to330 pm

I called to schedule an appointment and asked about the cost. I gave him some information. He then said to call back in the evening and then disconnected the call! He had a foreign accent. Rude.

The driver was early and very friendly. He drove extremely safe. His car was clean and new. I recommend his services for a reliable airport ride.
