I submitted an abandoned vehicle report to see if I could get some action so that I could park my motorhome in front of my house where the abandoned vehicle is parked. So far I have heard nothing. I have a TORV permit which I paid for that is doing me no good since I can't park in front of my house to prepare for a trip. I have tried several times to contact the police this AM and have not been able to contact a human being. I even drove to the Aero drive division station and, guess what, they are only open 3 days a week. I tried dispatch earlier and they weren't available, but a couple of hours later I did get to talk to someone, but they couldn't help although the woman I talked was very nice and understanding.

My girlfriend’s car was stolen from an apartment complex in the area not too far from this station and they’re DRAGGING their feet to help out. Protect and serve my butt.. they literally gave both of us the runaround and it’s been all day and she’s heard nothing from the officer supposedly assigned to her case (btw the number “assigned” to her doesn’t even work because apparently only the officer assigned to the case can call her but she can’t call them...trash. It’s been ALL DAY. Someone stole a car and you don’t care. The lady that answers the calls there sucks at her job too and needs to be fired. GREAT LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Today I went to the Police Department traffic division on Aero, and the officer who helped me, Brian Jackson, was very professional, and more important, extremely friendly and courteous. I felt he had the citizen's welfare upmost, and provided helpful information as well as reviewing the hit and run report with me. It is reassuring to have our force represented by such excellent people. WHB

Great bunch of folks. I was walking down the street with a bad hip, and someone called in to check on me cause they were worried I would walk into traffic. And they did! We give these guys too much flack. They're honestly great people.

Good luck trying to get them to do anything unless its an emergency. Their response to theft -"we don't investigate crimes unless its over 5000$" waste of taxpayers money

I have gone into this Police Station on a few occasions with questions either for the desk sergeant or for the officers at Traffic E.vision

The officer was very helpful, she helped me with very hard situation, I would come again just to say thanks!
