We had an amazing day at the world famous San Diego Zoo. We want to say something first and disabled parking. It's wonderful, and plentiful, and up close. We want to thank them for that. Second, I rented an electric EV Scooter. If it wasn't for it, I wouldn't be able to see the SD Zoo. It's $60 for the day, or $53 for Wildlife Protector Premium Members. We went everywhere, but started on the Bus Tour. It was fantastic, absolutely fantastic. We saw all of the animals, and saw where we would go later. FREE with entrance. The highlights of the day were the bus tour, the bird aviary, the polar bears, the lions, the orangutans, and the elephants. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Skyfari!!! RT!!! FREE with entrance. Finally, we want to especially thank the SD Zoo worker near the Bus Tour named Corey, who informed us that the electric EV Scooter could be driven all the way to the front of the line. This is the epitome of what a zoo should be. Such an amazing world-famous magical place. The landscaping and ever-changing pathways keep you intrigued and in awe. You feel like you are in a completely different world. There are hundreds of unique animal enclosures and experiences. It really feels like you are teleporting throughout the world to see these amazing creatures. Many friendly staff dotted around feel like an entertaining and helping hand rather than an annoying nuisance. Lots of convenient food and shopping options. They go above and beyond by having dozens of super fun and interactive areas and scheduled events throughout the day. The San Diego Zoo is more than worth a visit for any age and any group size, you will spend all day here and want to come back I promise!

So this is a review of the food services only. We waited 25mins at a food vendor on the Africa Rocks section. They had four workers chatting and standing about while a dozen people waited in line at one open register - even though the lead had unlocked the second register about 10mins into my waiting. Oh and it was 90° out. When I finally got to order, they didn't have either of the two cold treats listed. Myself and three customers behind me ended up extremely annoyed because they literally wasted almost 30mins of out visit time for nothing. Word to the wise, bring an ice coolto store your own cold treats. And if you do have to purchase anything be aware that you'll be paying premium prices for Walmart, reheated food and customer service (or the lack thereof).

Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para pasar el dia. Les recomendaria evitar comprar el boleto para el bus guiado, creo que no le agrega mucho considerando que el recorrido es muy breve y al final es algo que podran observar al recorrer el parque caminando. Compren su bebida con refill eso ayuda mucho.

We had a great day at the zoo! My husbands first time and he loved it. The animals are very well cared for. The facility is very clean and it’s a good place for walking. Wear comfy shoes! We would visit again next time we’re in town.

만 네살 전에는 비추!!! 이유는 ㅋㅋ 애가 동물을 한시간이상 안봄 연회원권있음 좋겠지만 먼 지역에사니… 물 많이 얼려 가시고 투어버스탈따는 이층 오른쪽 중간쯤 제일 잘 볼 수 있는 자리임 주말에도 사람이 엄청 많다고 하지 않음 날이 좀 쌀쌀해서 인지 곰들이 잘 안보였음 유모차는 접히는거 가져가야 그 케이블카같은거 탈 수 있음 생각보다 작은데 엄청 걸어야함 무조간 운동화 추천 먹는건 집에서 다 준비해가서 뭘 먹어보지 읺았음 음식물 반입이됨 김빕싸가면 좋도 먹을만한 벤츠도 많음 낙타옆애서만 안 먹음 됨 그쪽이 동물 똥 냄새가 좀 심했음 사진 스팟 많음 난 아프리카쪽에 사자랑 호랑이같은거 사진찍기 좋았음

Brilliant brilliant brilliant zoo. Enclosures are great and the zoo clearly cares about conservation. Fabulous variety of animals and volunteers are super helpful. Awful WiFi!!

Very disappointed! They wanted me to pay $179 per person because we were out of San Diego. Membership are very expensive. They make it almost impossible for a family of 6 to afford a membership, I left very disappointed.

The best zoo ever. The animals were very active. The bus tour is helpful and then use the hop on hop off bus to make the day easier.
