Need to get a certified copy of a marriage certificate. Arrived at 9AM on a Thursday. There was no line and I was helped and out the door within 5 minutes. It was so fast that I had time to wander around city hall, which is an incredible building
They don't answer their phone and don't return calls and don't respond to emails sent. They say they electronically record but give no further info. I thought Alameda County was bad!
Terrible website with outrageous fees. I paid $50 to download a PDF and then got an error saying "image not available to download".
