The Flynn dental group is amazing, HOWEVER it is no longer Flynn dental Westside it is now Dr. Trantham‘s office Dr. Trantham is an extremely financially motivated man which I admire so am I however when his assistant gave me a $270 consultation to come in I was extremely excited I have a tooth aches and I was ready to pay I got there and I went from 2 cavities to 11 cavities which is OK things happen I cannot blame them because I don’t floss. BUT I told them at the time I only have one tooth the eggs me and I would like to pay the 270 to get it done well it went from 270 to 470 when I told him that I didn’t wanna pay that today they got so upset with me they told me that he would not be my Dennis anymore and I need to find a new office that was more affordable not only is his staff upfront very unprofessional she got in my personal space and I felt threatened so I immediately left I will no longer return he has not only lost my business to my mothers as well we will never go back to this office we are definitely going to stick with Flynn dental group this is not a Flynn dental group location anymore it is now creating beautiful smiles but you cannot create beautiful smiles with that beautiful employees. They went from being open to five days a week to two days a week because they have not been getting consistent business I understand that and I sympathize however that is not my problem. Bullying me to pay more than we initially agreed upon is unprofessional unethical I apologize that you’re not making as much money as you assumed you would and you have to work at other locations I mean that’s what your front desk told me anyways however this is not a way to get in better customers buddy. Wish you guys a Lotta luck you’re gonna need it.

I went into this place with a lot of work to be done, mrs.Ginger and Brandi in the front were so sweet and accommodating. Then I met the dentist and he is soft spoken, very comforting and articulate. He explained everything that needed to be done in depth and very thoroughly. I have anxiety and he has calmed my nerves and helped me get the work done I’ve needed for so long. I had twelve fillings and four full extractions needed and I got first seen in February I have since gotten all done except two more extractions to go. All very affordable, clean place and practice, great staff and awesome place I’ll never go anywhere else. I’ll refer everyone here. My wife has started her treatment plan as well. You won’t be disappointed coming here!! Best in Jax!! The staff are the best I can’t stress that enough!

What a GREAT dental practice! They were all so kind and very patient with my eccentricities. The assistants were all so knowledgeable and super friendly. The front office was on their game too, answering all my questions and offering different options for appointments. THEY EVEN HAVE A DENTAL PLAN ..ya know for us who don’t have dental insurance, which saved me alot of money. (They do except insurance as well) And Dr.Tranthum, what a true gentleman! He was so very very patient with me. I have seen Doctors dismiss patients struggling to fight anxiety but not this one ☝ I was in the dental field for 20 years so I humbly have to say ... I know a good office when I see it! I usually dont take time to leave reviews but I just had to share what a great place this is.

First let me say WOW Dr. Prendi is awesome!!! Gentle touch and very caring about my comfort level. Made sure I understood everything he was doing and very helpful with the follow up. The assistants Tori and Lisa are fun to be around and made me feel so comfortable, I was so relaxed for my crown and filling. I could not have asked for better care from them. On my follow up appointment Alisha did a cleaning for me and walked me through each step, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I have been to several dentist around Jax but I have finally found a great dentist and a great staff all in one place. I will not go anywhere else, but San Juan Dentistry.

If I could give more stars I would. I had the best experience at San Juan dentistry. The staff is amazing. Alisha did a cleaning for me, explaining every step and making sure I was feeling relaxed. Lisa made sure I was feeling comfortable all the time. Dr Prendi did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable, calm, professional, made sure I was not feeling any pain and aware of the entire process. He had a great treatment plan for me. I would definitely go back and recommend to everyone. This is a place that cares for the well-being of the patients.

My husband and I chose San Juan dentistry at the beginning of this year to start treating some long overdue dental needs. Dr. Prendi is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and calming. I have anxiety and fear surrounding dental work, and Dr. Prendi always makes a point to ask if I’m doing okay consistently throughout each appointment. The whole staff is sweet and accommodating. They take emergency visits too, which was a huge help to me! I have definitely found my new dentist’s office and I would highly recommend them to others.

I have usually been intimidated by dentists as they want to scold me for not going on time, etc. which makes me postpone the visits more. But this office made me feel at ease the minute I went through the door. The ladies at the front desk was so pleasant and the dental assistant was gentle, patient and very professional explaining all the process thoroughly. The dentist was also pleasant, explaining what I needed very clearly. Appointment was made to complete the work. I have recommended to several friends.

the worst experience I ever had in this office I had 2 fillings to complete with Dr. Prendi not only was he 45 min late to my appointment, he was going back and forth room to room to busy to talk , when I ask question the estimated time it will take to complete my work he storm off to the next room. so I left ,I will never refer anyone to experience what I went to. the she/he dental assistant was extra rough when doing my cleaning as well. just horrible experience NEVER WILL RETURN HERE NEVER !!!

Dr. Gjergji and his staff were phenomenal from beggining to end. the ladies at the front desk made sure everything was disclosed to me billing wise and insurance wise. They went above and beyond. The Dr is fantastic, very personable and professional. It’s nice to have someone who actually cares about their patients and not just profits. Highly recommended.

Chelsea did my teeth cleaning for this year and it was amazing as she always does an incredible job! It’s been a long 10 months without getting my teeth cleaned due to Covid. I'd give them more stars if I could! I've had a bad tooth that I've dealt with for the last 5 years but the pain finally outweighed my fears. It was a nice place, but apparently it was purchased by another company wo thought it was a good idea to go through the books and try to collect on missed appointments. Just wow. I moved out of town and then all of a sudden I get a bill for 50.00 for a no show from a year and a half ago.

I highly recommend this place. My previous dentist just ghosted me and I was past due for my 6month cleaning. San Juan was able to get me on their schedule in a timely manner and took care of me! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming! Dr. Prendi is very thorough and knowledgable.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Lauren, my hygienist, was very gentle yet thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Poblenz was also great and answered any questions I had. The whole office is very laid back and comforting. I definitely recommend this office.
