Terrible service I booked an appointment which was forgotten. Instead of apologizing and seeing me, i now had to fill out a million different forms, while the physio was standing there referring to me in the 3rd person through the receptionist. I was then offered a shortened time (which i was okay with as im seriously sore) , once accepted I was told actually its unfair on both myself and the physio to do so - SO why offer and get my hopes up even further? I left quite irritated after being told to go see someone down the rd. I understand you have procedure and process, but you guys stuffed up. Treat the patient....(who is offering to pay upfront in cash to be seen), and pretend youre sorry....errors happen, but at least take it on the chin and sort it out, for a person who had to apply to leave the office to get to you. I was spoken to in third person also,

Brilliant Physio. Have been to Francesca for many different injuries, from hip, to thumb to wrist and most recently my neck and back. She is friendly and professional and explains everything thoroughly. She’s helped me every time, with a unique approach that is tailored to my injury. She is very thorough in her approaches, would highly recommend her.

Visiting is a pleasure. From the facility and reception to the actual appointment. Francesca is professional, friendly and super helpful. She helped relieve my tension headaches and advised on sorting out my work area to be more ergonomic which will assit me in improving my posture and linked tension issues.

Centrally located on Fredman Drive, this Physio practice is located within a multidisciplinary medical team. The Physios are no doubt the best in town! The practice is clean, effective and offers medical aid rates. I have had a great experience here and would highly recommend it.
