Yesterday, I had an acute COPD attack which caused my blood pressure to skyrocket. I couldn't even tell 911 my story without stopping to take breaths between every few words. Within 5 minutes, they were at my home. They were amazing in every way...kind, caring, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They helped gather my things and secure my house when the ambulance service wheeled me out. In spite of my scary situation, they calmed me, and I was even able to make them laugh. I won't tell the story, but I bet they'll remember it. My utmost, heartfelt thanks to all who came to my aid yesterday and to all who came to my dad's aid 14 years ago from this same house. God bless you all. You are truly heroes.

Yesterday at my home I thought I had an attic fire. I called the Fire Department and they were on site immediately. Luckily, there was no fire but the fire team made me feel better for calling even though it was a false alarm. Thank you to the Wednesday night crew who came out. Glad to know you are there for us.Be safe and stay healthy.
