Sangeeth Theatre is a very old cinema place in Bangalore ... The hall and the screen is large which is nice and there ends everything nice about this cinema hall... Parking is ample but not well lit or maintained .... No AC only the big old fan which also in limited quantity .... If u r watching a movie in summer get your own fan ..... Pathetic seat maintenance and the restrooms are there for namesake cannot be used... It's definitely not a place to take your family along but if u want to catch a movie which for some reason was not available in any other screens in Bangalore then come alone preferably morning show ..... Do carry change because for balcony tickets they charge 115 but will take 120 without returning the remaining amount ...

I regret giving even one star to this stupid theatre(you cant even call it one).The people who run this dumb yard are literally criminals and have indecent behaviour towards ladies. The people who run it uses abusive language and treats people with disrespect. They will not let you take any water or other things inside and they won't provide any quality products in thier food court. The seating facilities dates back to the age of 1800s. No aeration facilities, and you ll have to watch the entire movie enduring suffocation. Rats are the frequent companions rather than humans. I strongly recommend everyone to please avoid this place if you are planning to watch a movie peacefully.

This is a theatre where most of the malayalam movies play. The rates are cheaper 100-120 rs. But a movie will feel good only if it is watched comfortably. The theatre is a mess and not maintained at all. Everything about this theatre ;picture quality , sound system, cleanliness, seating comfort ,toilets everything should be renovated. It's an insult to malayalam film industry to showcase the movies in such low quality theatres. It's also sad that most of the malayalis in central bangalore are forced to depend on this theatre to watch malayalam movies as all movies donot play anywhere else.

Some of the reasons I disliked this theatre are: 1. General uncleanliness. The whole place should be cleaned thoroughly, especially the washrooms. 2. Step height ratio is wrong. It is difficult to enjoy a movie when someone who is sitting in front of you block half the screen. 3. The sound system is terrible. I could barely make out the dialogues. 4. People freely come in and go while the show is going on. Employees come in with a torch to assist those who come late to get them to their assigned seats, even when the movie has started. This is a great disturbance for me.

Probably the worst theatre i have ever seen in my life ‍♂️. The building looks like, it is still under construction x Tickets were really cheap compared to other theatres. The sound system was terrible, literally couldn't understand a single dialogue in the movie. This theatre mostly plays Malayalam movies. The theatre looks kind of like a construction site. It's so old that it looks like the building would collapse anytime, but movies are being screened here. It's not air conditioned, but they have huge noisy fans which sometimes makes the audio not very clear. So, basically if you are looking for a full theatre experience, this is not the place. On the other hand, if you are a malayali, short on budget, and so badly want to watch that one movie, go right ahead. Because I go here sometimes.

Most indecent behaviour especially with women. If you are going with group especially female friends. Beware . U all can be mistreated by the theatre staff members with abusive language. Worst theatre i have ever seen in my life. I went to this dirty theatre just because they were running plenty of shows for movie which i want to watch. The projector was not clear and with the stupid sound system, i lost the fun in watching movie. I am sure that a person will get headache after getting out from this stupid theatre. Very old theatre with poor basic amenities. There are no AC or High end audio systems. The screen as well as the seats are of poor quality. The washrooms are in very bad condition. The only plus point here is that they run malayalam movies, so consider this as your last option if no other theatres are available. Overall as a movie theatre in a city like Bangalore, not at all recommended. Definitely need some good renovations to at least justify the ticket price.

Sangeeth Theatre Space is large enough sit for lot of people, but very unclean and paints are not updated in interior, seats are just manageable only. But sound quality is good. Only 1 fan in balcony, that is high speed fan which is present at the corner left front. The screen has also dusts, i would recommend them to clean the dust of the screen atleast once in a month. IF they renovate the theatre it will be the best theatre.

The worst theatre that i have ever seen , please don’t go there if you wish to watch a movie . It really looks like a haunted place with 0% clean . No proper seating, small screen , no air conditioning or proper fan systems,audio cracks in between,turning on the lights in between the movie play ,foul smells inside (urinal). The worst theatre I've ever been. Seats are almost broken. You feel like as though you are in a haunted house.Pathetic is what i would say. Being a malayali i was forced to opt fr this theatr cz nowhere els that particular movie was screened so I ended up going here. We watched "Ishq" here, it's one of the worst theatre in the entire south India to watch films. Theatre is very big but the seating arrangements and standard is very poor. It's a a typical Thara theatre. They will charge 20 for bike parking, no ac, no fan. Hmmm, when the screening started everything went haywire. It's showing"Change projecter light" message and the entire display got blurred. Please improve or shut down..

The owners of this theatre must take some steps to renovate it. Its an old theatre where you can see table fans here and there. Interestingly, most of them are not even working. The seats are really bad and can't even hear most of the dialogues due to the "best dts sound" facility. The only positive points about the theatre is its show timings and rates. Also, if you are very lucky, you can even spot rats running below.

People choose Sangeeth for watching Malayalam movies, centrally located and economical compared to Multiplexes. However theater owners should take efforts to keep the premises bit more under hygiene. The restrooms leaks, stinks. No maintenance inside or outside. Any old Bangalore Malayalees, Sangeeth is a nostalgic place. If they take care this place with better maintenance, people would love to go back to this theater.

An average theater located very near to cubbon park, 10 minutes walk,. You can expect any luxury here. You might have paid somewhere around 100 for a ticket and that's the quality you'll see here. Most of the Malayalam movies are released here and you will have company here. Also this theater is not easy locate from the road , don't worry when you follow the Google location it's correct, you just have to look closely

A very worst movie theatre I have seen across my country.....and, at Bangalore like city... I just cannot imagine how these vibrant people come and stay indoors locked for almost three hours. My first and of course the last experience of watching a historical movie in a horrible scenario... Not at all recommended..at least for those who take a regular bath and keep a good personal hygiene.

Don't waste your time. Book my show shows that show is house full but we found only 15 members in there. Shows starts late, power off problem, poor sound quality, broken chairs. It's totally waste. It's my personal experience. Two times we found the same problems.Last i seen the movie kannur squad . I again watched the movie from our nearby theatre to hear the dialogues .

Worst Theatre I have been to. Poorly managed and never choose balcony if you don't want bug bites or telescope view of the screen. Seats are of 90`s..and with holes. Only good thing is the parking, spacious and can accommodate 20+cars and 40+bikes. If you really like the movie and it's not available anywhere else.. Only then go for this and be sure you don't select balcony.

This theatre don't have a/c and they put some fans over there with sound of helicopter's fan and no use. The seats are so bad and broken. Out of these they are charging like multi plexes. The sound quality and picture quality are very poor and the total building is very old and that may fall down anytime. No cleaned restrooms. Totally very bad.

Strictly Not recommended for family . Very very dangerous as the seats are crumbling with bad lighting and damaged seats. You are free to take anything (snacks, water) from outside. The in-house counters are not so neat. Biggest issue: The management needs to take serious action to revive the old (but huge) theatre.

One of the worst theaters in bangalore... But our Bangalorian mallus have no other choice as this is one among the few theaters running malayalam movies in bangalore.

It is in the building of sangeeth theatre in shivaji nagar...building is too bad...seat is not good...no AC...sound effect os bad...screen is bad...rate is low....

During 90s & 2000s most of Mithun Chakraborty, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol films used to release here regularly Hindi, recently only Malayalam films are releasing......

Old theatre. Ticket rate is affordable for common people. Pay and Parking available. Wheel chair not accessible. Wash rooms are not clean. Beware , Rats available.

Theatre is very old but good for malayalam movies. The building might fall down any time but they provide a decent ticket rate when compared to others

Still no progress or change in that theatre,its still the same when I first visited Sangeetha in 2004..poor seating,speakers, average services.

You can watch almost all Malayalam movies here at low budget. Very old building. Seats are not good enough. No A/C. Sound quality is average.
