Here are few things I noticed- 1. The images don’t match the actual environment and maintenance conditions 2. The massage rooms are darker 3. There is no much difference between different massages 4. It’s too loud which makes relaxing a bit difficult Things that can be improved here - 1. Cleanliness can be improved 2. Create good ambiance by using fresh flowers, aromatic candles and some quality herbs 3. Change the appearance by arranging and structuring things 4. Play soothing music within massage rooms to avoid outside noise 5. Allocate masseuses systematically than randomly calling out names infront of customers 6. Please greet customers with a smile rather than just shouting out answers Good things - 1. The masseuse was really good and respectfully honored my recommendation. 2. Proactively asked me if I wanted water to drink

Nice spa with trained therapist. Literally love their service and highly recommended to you guys. Call them once and look their offers. I assured you their services is best in the market . 5 stars rating… ❤️❤️❤️

Booked an appointment in advance but still the steam room was alloted to someone else. Had to wait for 30mins. Steam room was smelly. No coordination between the owner and staff. Massage was just average.

Deepika is good in pressing specific aucu points, and relaxing body and mind both.. 5 star for massage and Deepika Oil is aurvedic.. But Ambiance need to improve
