This place is located inside Gallop food plaza, A place where pretty much every kathiyawadi stops by. Me being south Indian food fan sankalp was my first choice. I can see some reviews hear mentioning about the less quantity and quality. That's not the case the mix veg idli that order was great in taste and quality. If you eat lots of street South Indian food like me than you might find it little expensive but for this kind of quality price seems alright to me. Some people also mentioned chutney and that's not bad either all three chutney taste absolutely amazing. Place is huge and clean service is nice too, might take while to bring your order but that's because you are getting fresh food. South Indian food lovers, just go for it.

We visit this place on the raputation of Sankalp. But they are misusing the name of Sankalp. We ordered military dhosa but disappointed with the quality then we replaced it with the masala dhosa. Belive me they are exectly the same with very poor quality. I am also uploading the pics. My friend order Rasam idely but Rasam is same as regular Sambhar with different price. When we shared our experience with the manager then they told us that we served this type of food only. I think they are destroying the reputation of brand Sankalp.

Not suitable for families. Worst experience of Sankalp at this place. Unmanaged outlet and pathetic service standards of this franchise. Rude and unprofessional manager/owner. Third class management of this franchise. Sankalp should not malign its reputation by insulting the guests on its franchises. Manager/owner was insulting families with his behavior. Better to go "Khichdi" nearby outlet.

Great food. Definitely the choice for dinner at Gallups plaza. We went for Paper Sada Dosa, Idli Sambhar, Upma and Tomato Corn Uttapam. Everything was really good. I particularly liked the Uttapam of all. Idli was good but not served in a way we thought it would be. It was small bite size idlis which you can basically have in spoon and dip it in sambhar. Upma was great as well. Service was good overall. Good experience.

Best South Indian food on Ahmedabad Rajkot highway and quick service as well. Well maintained cleanliness and dining area is also good. Huge parking space and separate changing rooms are also available at this mall.

We came here for the first time and we are very satisfied with the taste, quantity and quality. Sambhar and chutney very good in taste. Cheese corn dosa and Masala Idli were very nice. Will definitely visit again.

@Gallops mall Limbdi didnot match sankalp brand standard, as per their other outlets.

Best place for South Indian on Ahmedabad Bhavnagar highway. Very good taste of Sambhar and all the chutneys. It was served fast and fresh! :) Highly recommended. Polite staff too. Will definitely visit again.

I had medu wada in morning today at this restaurant. Medu Wada was served piping hot and tasted perfect. Quality is maintained. Service was quick too. Thumbs up

The Dosa, Uttapam, Sambhar, Green Chutney, are really awesome with sense and smell of southern taste.

Hygiene was an issue and the sambhar was not the iconic sambhar of sankalp. The service too is OK.
