I wanted to share my experience of purchasing a car through Sansa London. When I started looking for a car at the begining of August 2023 I found the process of looking through ads and calling up showrooms very difficult. The cars were too old or too expensive or the mileague wasn't genuine. I was getting so fed up with the whole process that I considered buying the same car that I had with the same year that I had bought my original car. There were a few times when I thought I found the right car but then I found out by using app like carvertical that the mileague was not genuine and I had to go back to square one. Just as I was about to give up I walked into Sansa London showroom which is based in Hounslow. From the moment I walked in and spoke to the staff I knew that I was dealing with professionals. Aqib the owner helped me in so many ways. He listened to my requirements and what my budget was for the car. What was exception was that Aqib took the time and efford to find a car that surpassed my expectations. His knowledge of the motor industry is impressive. He knows which cars are reliable and which cars which will make you money go much further. So instead of buying the same type of car I had previously I got a much better car at a price that I could not believe. How do you know if you have found the right car? Well you start taking pictures of it the showroom. You ring Aqib up and say do not sell that car until I have reached the showroom. I have found the car that I always wanted and it is thanks to Sansa London. I would encourage you to go and visit Sansa - if your like me you will walk out of there with the car of your dreams.

I bought a black vauxhall astra on 26/09 and although the purchase process was smooth, they did not give me the warranty that they said they would. I called them multiple times to get this sorted and til the date of writing, I am yet to receive this warranty. Quite disappointing if I do say so myself. Although I purchased myself, I can not confidently recommend this dealership to others. Integrity by your word is important.

If you are looking for trustworthy car dealership. This is the place to go. Was looking for a reliable daily car to use for work. Found a car, which was in stock at Sansa London. Gave a call and few days later visited to view the car. Had to buy the car that day. As it was described like it was advertised. Travelled from Midlands to view this car. Will definitely be back if I need another car in the future.

The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I bought a small family SUV for my growing family and couldn't be happier. Everything from start to finish was great. I'd happily recommend and go back in future when I need another car.

Brought a car from here, wasn't told this has had front end damage before I brought it, also the CRASH BAR is missing this is DANGEROUS.. Wanted to get some bodywork done for myself and the guy in the body shop told me otherwise I wouldn't of known!!
