Nice employees but so slow and they are so far behind in the paperwork. I came in to put in a change of address on Thursday but had to leave because they were on strike :C so I came back the next day and spent a good 2 hours doing paperwork. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience just really really slow and time consuming.

I scheduled w/ online communication a 45min. Apmt. W/ recorders department to view document(s). Smooth & quick. Quiet due flow of peeps in& out of building. On the 3x occasions we were at the office for our marriage license & certificate, the staff were exceptionally friendly and patient! There were minimal lines on weekday mornings (before noon), we waited for 10mins maximum. There were plenty of seats in the waiting area too!
