I did not received due process, translator , final disclosure and was hunted by his attorney and judges. Their was even attempt on my life and property and it didn’t matter I was victim of domestic violence and my ex husband had restraining order order . I was order to pay him his attorneys fee $20000 which was a insult . We were kicked out from little townhouse about 900 square feet. I have 100% custody and care for disabled special need child!!! I lost everything I loved and have values and spent about $100 000 for legal fees and I end up in shelter! Stepmom director from CASA put my daughter in mental place where she deteriorating and cut me off totally from her life and destroy my child . She worked for CASA she know judges , testified, served paper and even dismissed even $12000 back child support just abused her power ! She promised car to my daughter so she agreed with change of custody . Stepmom even garnish my IRA to me paid braces for my daughter without even judge order and I had their about only $2500. The judges doesn’t read the motion which is in front of them and believe of hearsay to opposing attorneys even you have all supporting evidence and supeonas ! Be aware !!! I believe this place is hell not “family “court and which will not rule for best of your child !! Run ‍♀️ move out from Bay Area ! Don’t trust attorneys they just take your money and betrays you. Just disgusting painful garbage. Attorney, judges, child evaluators mafia are not welcome in my house. .

This Court house is a Joke. I The father of A 2 year old have Six Court appointed days in witch I fought for in the Stanislaus county courts. The mother was allowed to move to Santa Clara county. She then served me with a restraining order out of Santa Clara county because of a verbal confrontation witch is only a mistamener. The judge in the court did not even listen or look at my evidence and just granted it to her. This order also forced me to sell my guns and took my second amendment right for 2 years. I have no history of violence or abuse this ruleing was wrong.I only want to be in my child's life. As a father unfair courtrooms like this one only do whats in the best interest for the woman. Its in your best interest to get a lawyer it's your only chance at winning or meeting in the middle and doing what's best for the child. Corrupt and unfair courtrooms make it extremely difficult for fathers who want to be in their children's life to do so. The people of Santa Clara County should not allow this and completely reform their courthouse through the steps of petitioning.

Been going to court for years battling to be with my kids...finally have 50/50 and worked hard to get here...I’ve been treated so horribly by this county and things have to change. It is not fair for majority of these fathers...I’ve told the judge and was proven by child protective services that my daughters mother slapped her and made her bleed yet nothing was done in court....today I had court yet again and my son told me his mother spit in his face and threw a soda at him, yet again nothing was done. None of the moms appointed therapy or 16 weeks court classes none started and again nothing was done to her.....I send one angry text concerning my children’s safety and destination since it was my day to have them and the judge grants a 1 year restraining order on me....this court system is so biased it is sickening..... judge Roberta hayashi is unfair and does not listen to fathers pleading that the mother of my children is hurting them and does nothing...no one listens and no one cares...when will this end...when will real justice take place.

All judges who see this must report it to the Commission of Judicial Performance pursuant to Judicial Cannon 3D(1), and they must report the obvious attorney professional misconduct to the CA Bar pursuant to Judicial Cannon 3D(2). Attorneys cannot participate in this kind of conduct (California Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4).

Over ten "service windows" on display and they don't have each one occupied. Employees are the slowest county workers I have ever seen in my life. They take forever with each person and after they are done, they sit and chat chat with their coworker. The wait is always always always long here, does not matter what time of the day it is. Forget about asking a question, you will hear "I don't know." "I can't answer that." Every single time from every single employee. Honestly, might as well have robots working here. They would cost less. And don't get me started on the customer -lack there of- service on the phone. Talk about being rude! After minutes of this lady being rude to me and talking over me, I asked for the number to file a complaint. Which she ignored and kept talking.

I want to warn anyone who is appointed Lori Penn for Court Evaluator. She misuses her power and authority because her husband is an attorney-- Stephen W Penn (divorce attorney). Our tax dollars pay her salary of over $150K a year so that she can give her husband clients that she favors in family court and make nonsense recommendations for the others, her MFT credentials should be revoked. I filed a letter to Superior Court of California via FM1078 document complaint to get a form letter back stating my screening was appropriate. The letter was on stationary from Rebecca Fleming who is the CEO of Superior Court of CA County fo Santa Clara - interesting how Famly Court conducts themselves like a corporation--for profit! FCS will NEVER admit to any wrong doing!

Mother was selling drugs my daughter had rashes to the point she bleed my kids were failing school and behind on shots and I had all documents n proof . And still gave her joint. Then she broke at least 20 of our court orders and I followed all mine and she caught a cps case and they still gave her full custody cause she coached my kids to say I abuse them with no proof just hearsay cause she needed full custody to get into shelter and use my kids to try to get housing . My kids just watch her n her boyfriend fist fight and they wouldn't give me full custody , this system a joke . They rather have my kids in a shelter and the mom has no money then to come back home to a house they been at 5 years where they have food n cloths and toys n beds and family .

This is for the family clerks dept issue: Numbering system is either flawed, or perhaps the clerk/employee does not know how to select the correct number and or perhaps skipped the # and assisted their friend/family member = doing favors. I pick the latter. We've been waiting to be called for our #B1151 however, clerks have called #s out of sequence, one called for lower # and higher #. B1167 was called in window 14, prior to our number and the other people next to us who had other lower # than B1167. I approached the clerk in window 14 as to why he called for B1167 before our # (B1151) and he answered that it is based on the reason on what the individual is here for. WHO is that clerk in window 14 kidding???!!!! Can someone clarify this nonsense?

Hired security is cool, judges are straight trash, not cuz i didn’t get the outcome i wanted, i did, but because they are straight trash. They are all females, you never know when they are in their rag, or what stage of their cycle they on. The wort experience. Understaffed, short hours, unwilling to help. You can tell they don’t want to be there. The hours on their website aren’t even up to date! I live in a different county & trying to file a response has been impossible. I realize that we are experiencing unprecedented times, however the path which the phone maze leads you is cruel and unusual punishment for anyone trying to navigate the system. I spent 20 minutes finally getting to the clerk extension to see if my filing had been recorded. It automatically said to call back later. Thank you for the rude way you lead us around and then dump us.

Everyone but the judge seemed helpful and kind. The people down in the self help office especially made an effort to try and help me bring my boy home. Even the mediator which I believe phones from somewhere in the building seemed to be on my side. But ultimately it's the judge's decision that matters. I came here looking for justice... But there is no justice for fathers.

TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, -1 stars wasn't available... The family court system is incredibly broken and unfair and simply seems to exist to serve itself, feeding itself money on other people's misery. It is terrible and incredibly biased and they do not do a very good job other than scheduling future hearings so they and lawyers can get more money out of you.

Cases get push back by the judges, it's been half a decade since my separation, and I'm still fighting a custody battle. The court wants us to keep coming back. They make it feel like I'm just getting started on a new case every time I enter the courtroom, due to a lack of understanding of how Lawyers and Judges want us to continue fighting custody battles.
