Worst experience ever and the branch manager Victoria Gadd has treated me very badly and she was also very rude. I am a business customer there for more than 7 years I think I do not deserver this. I will raise of course an official complaint.

Closed all day yesterday, closed all day today. Shortened hours if they do open, sign om the door says go to Sidcup or Eltham, should say change to Natwest or Barclays, just close the branch so customers can move to other banks. There used

Too much encouragement to use machines..not all of us find this easy...more staff needed in the desks at the back of the branch.. especially as other local branches are being closed When you get to see staff they are usually helpful

Staff is incompetent and lacks training and basic knowledge... Totally disappointed with service. Management should seriously look into this. Avoid Santander's!!!

Whilst they offer a good service, i think closing a 3pm every day is a big downside.
