NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE ! I came in for a spa day thinking that this would be like every other boring spa I have been to . I was pleased to see that I was completely wrong ! Upon my arrival a was greedy by a very friendly/ customer services oriented receptionist, as I got moved into the treatment area I was AMAZED to the beautiful decor . It was as if I was somewhere other than busy city! I had an amazing massage by Sophia , follow by a fantastic microdermabration facial . I was pleased with all my services and the profesional/ knowledgeable staff . I left leaving Sapphire spa feeling like a brand new woman ! Everyone must have a Spa day at Sapphire Spa

I am so overly happy with the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage By Josie Rushing that i got done by Margarita. This massage was out of this world, i felt instantly lighter, relaxed and my body shown crazy results after just one session. I will definelty keep coming back for Brazilian Lymphatic Massage and 100% recommend it. The employees and massage therapist made me feel so welcomed. The customer service was out of this world. I have enjoyed my visits to Sapphire Spa in the last couple of months. Margarita and her team are very welcoming and listen to your concerns. They really want to help you feel better! I have had massages by Margarita and Zeba and they are both excellent! The massage helps with my tight muscles and posture issues. The lymphatic massage by Margarita felt amazing and was energizing! I felt very comfortable in their beautiful, clean and relaxing massage rooms.

I have had back problems for years and this has caused extremely tight muscles in my lower back as well as some other areas in my thighs. I have had a huge benefit from the massage therapy that both Margarita and Zeba have done on me. They are very good at what they do. I would highly recommend a visit to Sapphire Spa if you have back issues. I am making great headway after just a few treatments. The PBM therapy is also a real plus.

I highly recommend Sapphire Spa! All the staff were lovely, but I had the special honours of having Margarita as my esthetician. She gave me an amazing massage followed by a nice, relaxing facial that had my skin glowing! This is something I will have to add into my routine moving forward. That massage was everything. I got a facial at Sapphire Spa and I loved it so much! Margarita did microdermabrasion as well as hydrofacial. Just loved my skin after. She recommended a serum as well as a sun screen, and I have to say those are the only two products I use. Its light on the skin and super hydrating! I would recommend this spa to anyone looking for a deep and revitalising facial cleanse.

Every experience has been fantastic, the attendants are always pleasant, friendly, courteous, very professional and never in a rush. The place is kept immaculately clean and tidy, there are not many places like this in Hamilton or surrounding areas. I strongly recommend sapphire you will leave extremely happy and keep coming back.

Amazing service! Last minute inquiry for an appointment and the staff did all they could to accommodate. Very friendly and lovely staff as well. The place smells a little cigarette due to the bar upstairs but you can't hear them and the smell of essential oils covers it all. Atmosphere is relaxing.

I visited sapphire spa for the first today and immediately felt welcomed. Margarita and her staff are the nicest most professional women. I absolutely loved my service and will definitely be recommending to my family and friends. Women supporting women! Definitely go pay them a visit!
