This cafe has a great location with a fully fenced park for the kids to play while having a coffee or a meal. The coffee was nice. The service was disappointing though. We knew we would be in for a wait as it was school holidays there were a lot of people there when we arrived, and we were happy to wait, but 2 hours was way more than we expected. When half of our food finally arrived we were the only people left in the outdoor seating area, and had been the only ones there for 45 mins. One of the kids was left for an extra 20 min waiting for a bowl of chips after all the other food arrived. The kids burgers came out on what looked like a brioche bun and as one of the kids has an egg anaphaylaxis, we asked what the ingredients list was to check of it was ok. Apparently they dont know what is in their own bread, no allegen information at all, so ordered him a bowl of chips tp be safe. We asked for table water, it never arrived, finally when the food arrived we got one of the older kids to go inside and get it. No cups given with the water and had to stop the kids from pouring the water into the dirty cups that hadnt been cleared from our table from the last people that had been there. The kids burgers came with lettuce, despite asking for no lettuce. No big deal, you just take it off. Kind of hard to take off bbq sauce when you specifically asked for tomato sauce though, luckily the kids were so hungry by that point we were able to dump some tomato sauce from a dipping cup and they scoffed it without complaint. The "deluxe" egg and bacon roll was really insubstantial. It had avacado on it, which we asked to not have on it as my friend that ordered is allergic. Luckily there was a lovely burger bun sitting there unused that she was able to put some of the egg and bacon on... the bits that didnt have avacado all over it anyway. All of these mistakes were despite the wait person repeating our order back to us perfectly when we ordered. All up the experience wasnt one we would like to repeat.

Long wait - 45 mins , others were served and finished their meal before us. Asked 3 times about our meal. Was told girl forgot to put our order in. They didnt even apologize Drinks came out 30 mins later and they were wrong, came back out after 10 mins and were wrong again! We asked for 2 cold coffees 1 with cream and 1 without. They kept bringing it out with cream! Didnt hang around for the 3rd attempt! Food came out 45mins later and was the wrong order! Ordered a eggs benny with bacon and what came out was eggs with smashed avo with a drizzle of balsamic. Um ....we ordered eggs benny with bacon! We didnt ask for avo and there was no bacon, we got up and left so not sure if coffee came out for the 3rd time and if it was good. They were not even busy! The manager got defensive and blamed the girl who took our order as if she was in high school...say well it wasnt me it wasnt my fault she took the order what do you want me to do! TRY SAYING SORRY!!!!!!!!!! NOT ONCE DID SHE AS THE MANAGER APOLOGIZE FOR US HAVING TO WAIT 45 MINS AND FOR ORDER TO BE WRONG SEVERAL TIMES! I think we were patient enough waiting so long and then telling them 3 times our meals havnt cone out before they clicked and realised they didnt have our order and after all that with coffees when the came out wrong twice we still were patient and sat there saying oh its okay untill the food came out wrong. The manager couldn't understand why we were upset. REALLY , if you handled it better by apologizing at least once and perhaps saying can i confirm what you ordered and arranged for it to come out quickly it would have been ok. It was so upsetting, as a customer i dont need to hear about your staff problems , fix that behind closed doors and fix my meal.

Great value for money coffee and food served by very friendly staff. Great location. An ideal social hub catering for all ages. We look forward to coming again soon.

Really slow. 15 mins for 2 takeaway coffees. Only a couple of people in the shop and still slow
