If want to reach can walk simply towards Gall face via lotus road and turn to Galle road then you can easily see the place or can get a Moratuwa 100 bus its only Rs. 15 to the Galle Face Bus Stop. It is open from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. This branch of One Galle Face is very famous among usual sarasavi readers and others who loves to read. The special reason is this place have a calm and beautiful leisure reading area. Interior design of this place is attractive because of its colour combination. This branch has the various English books which including local and international publications with fictions, International school books, Higher studies guides and many more. They also have Sinhala book collection with fictions, school curriculum books and oldest to newest Sinhala publications. I have changed my 5 star to 1 star due to staff attitude. Always love visiting sarasavi. However the books selection is outdated and has no new arrivals. I hope you are able to bring down the latest books soon. Furthermore it’s better if you teach your security staff to learn to talk to customers upon entrance. I had a bag with me and I was very rudely asked to leave it behind. I am frequent visitor to OGF as I am a buisness owner at OGF as well but, I have never been spoken to like that before. The particular individuals name was Premachandra ( although he was not pleased to tell me his name ) and because of his attitude I will not be visiting again and I will not be recommending sarasavi OGF to anyone hereafter.

I had a negative experience with a staff member who didn't know how to communicate with customers. I needed assistance reaching a file cover on a shelf and when I asked for help, the employee seemed reluctant. Even though it was in the morning, she acted as if it was a huge favor. She then showed me two file covers that were bent, and when I pointed it out, she responded in a displeased tone, downplaying the issue. To make matters worse, she put the files back on the shelf without arranging them properly, causing them to bend even more. Staff members like her have the potential to drive customers away.

I am looking for six star option. The place is very well organised so you can stand in the mid of shop and quickly find the section you need to go.All variety of books and stationery are avialble. They have computerised inventories system so you can ask for a staff member to quickly check using book title or authors name ( the system covers all Sarasavi branches). Most importantly the staff are very helpful, friendly and book loving. This shop has nice seating places designed so you can have quick look thorough your favourite book. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It gives a great feeling than an ordinary bookshop. A great place to stay and feel the smell of thousands of books. I spend more time when I visit One Galle Face. Never forget to visit this heaven. The staff is friendly and they supports you to go through the books. Sometimes there are discounts for the books too. If you are a book lover, this is a Must Visit place! Highly recommended!!

There are many English titles to choose from. Not as big as the Nugegoda branch but this one has a lovely atmosphere. The staff is very helpful. I thank them for helping me find where I could buy a very rare book I've been looking for. And there's a big model of the Imperial Destroyer ship from Star Wars. And if you're looking for Lord of the Rings books, here's the place

The shop has a nice selection of English books. It's a strange collection but I appreciate it. There is a very large selection of philophy books published by Rutledge next to random Sri Lankan publications. In the English section, they have books by Maya Angelou next to Danielle Steele. I found some great books by Sri Lankan authors.

One of the elegant Sarasavi Book shop located 4th floor of One Galleface Premises. Interiors are really stunning and can find wide variety of books. One drawback I can see is that there stationary sections is small in size. However you can get good experience and one of the highly recommended place if you are book lover.

Located in level 04 of One Galleface Mall. Team is very friendly and helpful. Arrangement of the store is attractive but the books have not categorized properly. Most of the times, you may require the help of the team. Varieties of stationery is limited. Overall, a good place to serve your thurst of reading.

Has a wide variety of books including medical textbooks. Couldn't find the textbook I wanted tho since it was out of stock but the staff tried their best. I did buy two other medical textbooks and they were sold with a discount as they're medical textbooks. Staff was really attentive and helpful too.

Me and my 5 year old didn't want to come out of this amazing place in the OGF Mall. My daughter wanted to roam inside the bookstore that in the bouncing castle. That was a real deal. Nicely stored award winning books in the front which is really nice. Highly recommended for all the bookworms.

This is definitely one of my favourite places in One Galle Face mall and the best Sarasavi I've visited. The range of books are excellent, although they could be improved with a wider variety. The interior is really artistic and pleasing to the eye. Worth paying a visit again!

Their policy is you need a mask to enter the shop.. but once you are in you don't have to wear it... How hypocritical!! At OGF only 10% of the visitors are wearing mask.. even when legally masks are not compulsory, they would rather lose the business..

The staff at one galle face are so unprofessional. A guy literally screamed from far to me and my sister asking us to not to take books or to mess things up and we were wondering when we did so and this experience was so disappointing.

A well maintained book store with a wide collection of books. I came across a lot of books, specially kids books that I couldn't find in any other book shops in Colombo or online. The staff is very supportive and friendly.
