Disappointing start to what became a rather excellent massage. I booked my wife in for a one hour pregnancy massage with Nan but I can't confirm if Nan gave the massage or not as no one was wearing a name tag, they didn't introduce themselves and the masseus changed ten minutes into the appointment. It's important to stress that after the first confusing ten minutes or so, the skill, care and quality of the massage was worth the price. The decor and ambience of the place is also very nice but I wouldn't rebook for the following reasons: 1. My wife was ushered into a room with some cushions and told to get ready. She wasn't sure if the pillows were for her stomach or head or legs, as it was her first pregnancy massage. She lay down and waited for instruction from the employee, when they came back into the room. But they didn't say anything. 2. Everything felt rushed. My wife didn't know who she was dealing with, the employee came in and out of the room several times. She started massaging my wife's legs without announcing that things were going to start, it was just a case of suddenly rushing into the room and taking hold of her legs without as much as a, "Ready?" or "Let's begin". Obviously, it's hard to verbalise a feeling but my wife left feeling a little rushed and unwelcome. 3. Again, within the first ten minutes, the employee came into the room and asked, "Can someone else come in for a massage?" It's such an unfair question to ask someone who is feeling rather exposed in the first place, but my wife agreed and another lady entered and began to undress. She shared the room with another member of the public. And that was that! The massage lasted exactly one hour, including the ten minutes of disruption, and before I had the opportunity to rebook, my wife wanted to tell me about how she felt. In summary, beautiful shop, skilled employees but felt quite rushed and disorganised - wouldn't return but happy for most of the experience.

WORST PREGNANCY MASSAGE! I went in for the pregnancy massage, I’m not sure what the therapist was called but she was so unprofessional and ruined my whole experience. I booked here after reading positive reviews and came a long way but was so disappointed. She had no massage technique, was just roughly rubbing me in random areas, she kept looking at her phone and didn’t make me feel relaxed at all. I would have asked her to stop the massage but I had come with my sister who was having her massage next to me (who had an amazing massage therapist) and didn’t want to ruin it for her. I’ve had pregnancy massages before so I know the massage she gave me definitely wasn’t a pregnancy massage, I was completely ripped off . I came out of this one feeling so disappointed and it was a complete waste of £45.

Good Deep tissue massage, nothing special. I would not recommend this place. The 30 mins massage session was expensive (37 pounds) for the service provided. To being with, the room was cold and the candle was not lit (finished) and no effort was made in order to make the room feel cosy or smell nice. When I lied down, I could smell unpleasant smell from underneath and saw a towel left under the massage board! The masseuse did not intorduct herself and I didn't even see her face. She spoke little English and there was no communication. There was noise outside from staff and loud music from close by building. I also heard the phone ringing, which didn't help me relax at all. I'd not visit again. I picked this place based on previous reviews and I thought the place was great.

My partner was in pain with his shoulder and legs, so booked in for a 1hr massage and asked if they could solely focus on those areas. He was told yes and £50 was taken. He then went in to have it, and kept repeating that he couldn’t feel it, they weren’t in the right spot. Kept having to ask for her to go in right places, as kept missing it. To get a response of. “Oh well I’m too tired today”. He then asked for a refund so he could go elsewhere, which they wouldn’t provide. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!! imagine booking in for a massage, Paying and then to be told they were too tired to do it properly!! Highly unprofessional… I suggest use one of the many other places around Manchester instead of wasting your money here!!!

If, like me, you like a strong massage that feels like it's doing you some good, look no further. These women are POWERFUL! I am always a bit nervous when I go for a massage in a new place as I worry I'm going to have to ask them to go harder, but I never have that concern here! If you want a nice relaxing time with plinky-plonky music, I'm sure they can do that for you. But if you want someone to work out all the knots in your neck and shoulders and make you feel like a brand-new person, this is the best!

Lovely thai aromatherapy massage. I booked through treatwell do an hour long oil and Thai massage. The therapist was very thorough and didn’t gloss over any part. The massage involved some assisted stretching, which was new for me but made the whole experience feel like a real treat. There was some confusion with the booking through the treatwell app and I wasn’t sure I’d be taken back until I was briskly escorted into a room. Reception experience could be worked out a bit but the massage was perfect.

Me and my husband went for massage together. Upon arrival feels like you are in Thailand. Staffs are friendly and massage is really good. My husband had a bad back and it seems like it is fixed after massage! Good atmosphere & clean. I am writing this review because this was a really good experience :) and it deserve more than 4.5. One thing that would have make this experience perfect is If they serve hot tea before massage. Will make people more welcomed and relax before massage!

I booked myself and my daughter in for a traditional Thai massage. For her birthday. And it was AMAZING!! I am a hairdresser and my daughter a lash technician, so we both suffer with tight neck, shoulders, and lower back tension. But after our massages wich I must say we're done to the most professional standards by the staff. We both left feeling light as a feather. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend. Its the best my back had felt in years. Thank you.

Great massage, friendly and professional service. At times it was slightly too intense in pressure applied but in retrospect that probably helped get rid of the tenseness. Slight downside a nearby pub started playing loud music which could be heard which slightly disrupted the zenness of the ambience but nothing too disruptive. Would definitely come back.

Came here for a pregnancy massage at 25 weeks. Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Everything was adapted perfectly and it was explained throughout what was being done and why certain things were changed (eg no foot massage, etc). The venue is beautiful and the room was spacious and calming. If you're thinking about getting a massage here, do it!

Came here for a couples massage session with my sister - I had a pregnancy massage (would highly recommend) and my sister had a swedish massage. The couples room was cosy and warm and the girls were so friendly and professional. Considering it's right in town it's very reasonably priced too. Had a pregnancy massage today with the lovely Nan, she was amazing. All of the team are Incredibly professional and kind. Man applied the perfect amount of pressure and managed to pull off a great massage releasing all of my knots and tensions in my back, even with me being pregnant! The place is nice and the head massage was decent but surely for peak times on Saturday they would put a receptionist to unlock the door and pick up the phone? Upon arrival, I was greeted by a peaceful and harmonious energy in the lobby that is beautifully decorated, full of plants and Buddhist features.
