Update: The store was able to find a way to accommodate me. But assured me this was a one-time exception. I will be discussing online ordering parameters with head office in the coming days. The way I see it if the store has stock you should be able to place it online order just like you would any other item(s) if you're paying it should secure the item(s) for you. I've never had a problem with this location in the past. I was the one that suggested online ordering and it has been very beneficial to myself, my friends, colleagues and co-workers. I tried to place an order today and it's telling me I can't do a pickup until July 4th, which is kind of pointless considering it's the long weekend. I called the store and they made it clear to me that they have stock on the item I was looking for. However, under no circumstances will they hold the item for me even though it's an inconvenience for the fact that I can't order online, I'm willing to pay up front and they're just not accommodating. I and my associates will be taking my business elsewhere if this doesn't get resolved amicably. Customer service for lack thereof is a big red flag for me!!!

Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience today with your product. I purchased a 4 chickens box and it was packaged as usual, but when I arrived home ( 15min drive) the back of my car had chicken juice , around 2 cups, and when I opened the bag it also had about 2 1/2 cups of pink nasty water. I have to clean my car thoroughly now and sanitize it, plus let’s consider the weight of the water, it’s considered chicken not water, that’s around 2 pound of water. I bought chicken leg and chicken breast before Easter.when I made stew with legs, bones started getting dark color and inside meat was blackish, and also breast was so soft and full apart when I was cutting them. My husband was washing them said seems not fresh but I was disagree, because it never happened before .chicken breast was reduced,I am glad I didn’t buy two boxes I am shopping over there for many years.I was surprised.

Good place to buy Halal hand slaughtered HMA Certified Chicken in bulk. Their prices are reasonable, Chicken is boxed nicely, shelf life is great. There's always an offer every now and then, so keep checking their website. The staff is great and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Highly recommend this halal certified raw chicken store! The prices are incredibly cheap, especially if you're buying in bulk and can stock up the 5kg box for more than a week. The fast customer service is a definite plus - I've never had to wait long to be helped.

I purchased a box of breast with bone in over $40.00 for 5Kg I received chicken breast with necks and side ribs attached to the breast of chicken. This is not what I expected. Very disappointed. Will not purchase their chicken again!!!

Pathetic customer service. I tried contacting Mississauga location more than 10 time to know of they have stock for leg and thigh but every time they answered they hung up on me with out listening to me.

Great price on chicken. Store is very clean and staff is helpful. The only downside is that the chicken breasts are not of uniform size/grams. I would definitely buy chicken here again in bulk.

It was easy to get there. Fast service. All rates are mentioned on a notice board. Whole chicken or pieces are available in already packed frozen boxes. You have to chop them by yourself.

Our go to place for our chicken. Affordable and the ability to purchase in bulk is amazing. We don't buy chicken at the grocery store anymore and Sargent Farms is the place to go!

Always out of stock, we drive from so far only to discover they are out of stock and that too mid day, they should update their website to save people from driving that far

The lean ground chicken has so much water in it. You can dip your finger in the bag, and you will see water overflowing. Please get quality control on this.
