I used to order from this place all the time because they were open late and everything has always been okay I never had any issues. Yesterday i ordered a large calzone and I was very hungry so I was excited when it finally arrived. I took the first bite to find out that the dough inside the calzone was not cooked all the way. The outside was cooked but inside was completely raw with melted cheese and toppings inside. I called to get it remade and was told it would be 2 hours for delivery. I made that call around 6:30pm and then I waited. At 10:00, I called the store again to find out how long it would be. At first I was told that a delivery driver was on his way to work and that he would bring it when he came as the first order, which didn't make sense to me but okay... then when I called back at 11 to see what's going on, I was told the driver couldn't get to my area or something like that when clearly my address is within the delivery area. I asked for a refund and was told that he could not give me a refund because he couldn't access the card information and I would have to call the owner today. I just got off the phone with said owner and not only did he not know what I was talking about, he's also very rude and unprofessional. He also told me I would have to take time out to come to the restaurant and also bring the raw pizza i threw in the garbage to recieve my refund!!! Like I said, I never had this problem ordering from there before but I definitely won't be giving such a nasty and careless business owner my money anymore and I suggest anyone else not to either.

Extremely underwhelming and disappointing experience. We placed an online order for a couple of regular create your own carry out pizzas with regular cheese, regular sauce and vegan pepperoni as our topping choices. When we picked up the order, our pizzas had been made completely vegan - sauce, cheese & pepperoni - which is not the way we ordered it. Upon going back into the store, the owner tried to tell me that we couldn't choose vegan pepperoni as a topping choice without the entire pizza being made vegan. He also judgmentally asked me why I would want vegan pepperoni with regular cheese...because I want what I want! It's not a requirement that my whole pizza be vegan just because I enjoy the vegan pepperoni. The online ordering system allowed me to order our pizzas exactly how we wanted them and that's how they should have been made, without any fuss. The owner then tried to tell me that he was going to have to upcharge me for the usage of vegan pepperoni on the remade pizzas, despite the ordering system not charging us for that topping. No thank you. Guests shouldn't have to pay for a mistake they didn't make. I was in the pizza restaurant business for 15 years. If we or our system made any mistake with an order, we corrected it without argument and without charging the guest anything extra to adjust the mistake. We've visited other Sarpino's locations. We've never experienced problems ordering or with the quality of our food until visiting this location. If you're considering ordering from here, don't.

They just gave the order to DoorDash who will NOT bring the food to your room as their website clearly states. DoorDash can’t get to the rooms because they can’t access the elevator without a card. I assumed Sarpinos had a special arrangement with the hotel given the wording on their website. This was the only reason we ordered from them. Hey Sarpinos, it seems you have clearly earned your terrible rating on Google. Your pizza was terrible and cold and your breadsticks weren’t edible at all. Very little seasoning and my jaws were sore after attempting to chew them. We just threw them in the trash. And to top it off, it was WAY to expensive. Also, please be ethical and don’t lie on your website via SEO tricks like this. You guys make the whole pizza delivery business look bad. There’s no need to be shady like that.

This is one of the worst places to buy a pizza. The pizza is overprice but the worst part is that the owner has no customer service skills. He has a bad attitude towards you as a customer when you first come in to the restaurant as I've seen in other reviews. We experienced that when he does not fulfill your orders by giving you less of the amount of food he does not take accountability for his mistakes, and blames the customers for his short comings. Also, the online ordering does not match what's on the ticket. We placed an online order for Vegetarian pizza without pineapple or olives but when we picked it up, it included those two items. Also, we placed a double order of 20 wings that was short by 3 wings. But when he was informed of these irregularities, he insisted that his count was correct and that the order was placed incorrectly. He then asked what we wanted. When we told him we would like to have our order completed and better customer, he raised his voice even more, became even angrier and irritated, ask for us to leave the store and begin cursing. Thank God no one had a pineapple allergy! If your thinking about getting a pizza, get the name Sarpino's Pizzeria out of your head!

I have never been more disappointed than at this very moment. I’ve been a customer for over three years and this has always been one of my favorite places to order delivery from. Tonight I ordered two steak sandwiches for me and my friend. We’ve had them several times but tonight when I bit into my sandwich I couldn’t believe anyone would even attempt to serve this to a customer. First of all this is a $9.49 sandwich and all I had was on-the bread was two slithers of meat covered in mayo with onions, mushrooms and diced bell peppers. If you don’t have the product to sell, don’t try to pass less than a mediocre sandwich on to a paying customer. One thing I can’t stand is to not be satisfied when I spend my money. You have lost a loyal customer because on my order before this one it was less meat also on the chicken sandwich. I’ve been buying for years but I won’t anymore. Don’t know what’s going on down there and I’m not ordering again to see. Gone!!!!

The pizza is good but the night shift is terrible. They are always backed up on Door Dash/Uber Eats orders. Employees aren’t sanitary and do not wear PPE such as masks. Whoever worked the shift for 9/6 at 12:57 am picked up the phone, placed me on hold, kept me on hold forever to the point I ended up driving to the store, & found a store full of upset customers. I waited patiently & kept hearing the guy running the register pick up the phone & say they here closed. In addition to that he hung up on several customers as they were complaining. One of the employees wearing red pants on this shift left out of the store to go outside and talk to females. Again the food is good but the customer service is terrible. If they don’t fix this, they won’t be in business long! I watched them turn several UberEats & Door Dash drivers away. I hope the manager pays attention to the reviews!

Pizza took about 35mins from when I ordered it which was quicker than It estimated it would arrive. Ordered a personal pizza about 8 inches it says. To be honest the size was the only thing that I was not happy about but the quality was really good and it wasn't too greasy. They put a lot of toppings on there as well. I will attach a picture. Overall I will order from them again if Im really hungry since I work overnights. 4 stars because I feel the pizza was a little bit too small... Dominos gives you a bigger size for about the same or little less price but usually less toppings. Smh just cant win huh? Oh and they close at 3:30am and deliver pass hours other restaurants don't. I will also see about ordering over the next few weeks to see if the "bad" reviews are true. But again first experience quick. Easy.

Absolutely horrible...do not waste your money. Placed a Web order a little after 7 pm and wasn't delivered until after 9:30. Our estimated delivery was between 8:50 and 9:00. Called at 9:15 just to check on the order because it still said "baking." Young woman who answered made it out as if I was the crazy one for not knowing their pizzas had more than a 2 hour delivery time. My first thought, as we are from out of town, was that this pizza must be good if it has such a wait. NOPE! Cold, too much flavorless dough, and all around craptacular subpar hellofaoverpriced pizza. We ordered a tiramasu for dessert and they sent a slice of cheese cake....can't even tell the difference in their own desserts! Oh...and that was $5 and we don't even like cheese cake.

I haven't received my pizza yet so I'm not reviewing the taste. I'm reviewing the environment...there was an employee or manager (cashier) yelling at the chefs while I was waiting for my pizza...several times. Apparently they didn't make the sauce. I've been waiting for fifteen minutes and was then accused of ordering pepperoni instead of pineapple. I don't even eat pepperoni so I'm sure that was not my mistake. She then told the chefs, "She told me pepperoni but she wants pineapple." Apparently the owner called and said they should be closed because their system is down... Another shouting match between the cashier and people in the back. Very unprofessional and a hostile environment. I won't be returning. Still waiting twenty minutes later.

The owner is very rude!!!! so my cousin eats here atleast 3 times out the day & especially late nights around 2am remind you I never ate here before cause I’m really over pizza but today was my first time trying it & im trying to ask the owner a question because he was the one ordering the pizza he was totally ignoring me even looked at me & im just like being a business owner myself why are you not taking care of your customers with good care it wasn’t like I was having a problem with him or anything this my first time ordering anything from here & you was just completely ignoring me for what?? I will never order from this location again. I never received my order and the driver said that he called me and dropped it off at the door. He never called me. I never had 1 missed call. No one never knocked on my door. The manager placed me on hold forever and had a nonchalant attitude. I’m trying to explain to him that he dropped it off at the wrong door. I never left my living room. Therefore I know if someone knocked on my door or not. I also had my phone right next to me and it didn’t ring not one time. Like come on now. Why would I call you if the driver had delivered my food. You guys need better customer service. Drivers act like they don’t care and just leave food anywhere. I’m so over them. Never again!!!!

Called at 11:30pm. Said to wait between an hour to an hour and 30 minutes. I call at 1:50am for an update (yes I stayed up waiting). Employee says the driver will be here between 5-10 minutes. Eventually I fall asleep because of how late it was and I get a missed call at 2:47 am (long over 10 minutes). Finally I get my food, and they gave me the WRONG ORDER. The driver said he couldn’t go back & get me my right order. Waited hours to just end up going to sleep starving. Additionally, the food that my mom kept (because she was starving as well) ended up being cold AND it tasted awful. Do yourselves a favor and never order from this place. I definitely want a refund

I placed a $33.28 order at 5 pm. I called at 5:45 n asked what time my order will be delivered. I was told that it had been ready since 5:25 n that they were waiting on a delivery driver to come pick it up for delivery. I finally received my order at 7:15. It was cold, cheese was hard, my tenders were cold as well as the wings. I had to put them in the oven to warm them up. I called to complain n they were trying to replace the order or give me $25 credit on my next order. I don't live on this side of town n told them I want a full refund. The manager said he would do that but still haven't seen the charge reversal on my debit card.

I see a review for 1 star due to bad customer service. My experience was very different- Excellent Customer Service! The store was busy and the worker who assisted me handled the situation with grace. Well done. The Sarpino's nearest to me closed due to low volume during covid and this fella found a door dash driver and ate the delivery cost so that we could still have our much needed Sarpino's and decompress after a long day. I even needed time to look for my payment card (I know, right?) and he was polite and patient with me, and fielded a carry-out customer while I located payment. Grateful for the delivery. Thanks.

I have ordered many times during the pandemic after-hours (at least once a week) for a year. Delivery takes longer than what you would usually expect since it seems they are one of the only places open after midnight. Well worth it. They have called if there was a problem, when there was a problem, they went back to the store and fixed it immediately. Only one time was my order wrong and one time they called to tell me they were out of everything... and this time, since we are such regular customers, they fixed something for us and brought it anyway! ✊ Be patient with places that are doing their best!

3 stars for the price value and taste of the food. They loose 2 stars for customer service and professionalism. I called at first, but was put on hold so fast I didn't know what was happening until the phone went silent. One of the pizza makers was very argumentative with a customer because they wanted to change their order. Whether it be the customer's fault or the order taker, it's nothing to get ghetto about. This location has a reputation, but their price point, late hours, multiple delivery options and proximity to GA Tech keeps them alive.

Do not waste your time or money. Wanted to try a new place so I ordered online. Waited 1 1/2 hours. Called to inquire. Was told 30 more minutes. Decided to drive to pickup. Girl at cash station told me there wasn't even a delivery driver working! Understand things happen, but how you take delivery orders without a delivery driver? Lmao. After all that, the food quality was so poor. Overall just a silly and frustrating experience, especially with how many good restaurants are in the area. Skip this one for sure!

We received our order over an hour an a half late. The order was incorrect. The pizza had tomatoes we did not order that. The pizza was cold and the cheese was horrible. The chicken tenders were also cold. We weren’t able to eat any of it and we paid $70 because the man did not have change. This was a horrible experience. It’s one thing to pay for good food, but another when we couldn’t even eat it. We would have brought it back;however, we are from Knoxville and drive back at 7 am. Horrible experience.

Completely unreliable. We ordered one pizza and mozzarella sticks. There was already a long wait(1 hour), which is understandable, but after they were 30 minutes late we decided to call and ask questions. They left us on hold for so long that we needed to hang up and call again. Just to find out that they never made the order. Awful customer service. There were no apologies or anything. Only excuses about how it wasn't their fault. So disrespectful. Terrible business practice and would not recommend.

Pricey for an averagely good pizza. Delivery time was long for the time of night. Saw they offered a special (carry out only) when picking up the pizzas. Could have gotten them for about half the price. Only way to know is if you were there and saw the sign on the counter before ordering. (Usually specials are to attract new business, not the customer ordering at the counter.) No flyers or paper menus to take with me. But the staff was VERY nice, which is always a huge plus.

I wouldn’t even give this establishment half of a star, I ordered an ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza and the chicken looked really old like it had been sitting out. I ordered delivery and they expected me to bring it back for a refund ☹️ terrible pizza. Wish I could’ve caught domino. I don’t recommend the pizza. I'm terribly confused about the negative reviews Sarpino's has received. I've always had an excellent experience with them the past year or so since I first tried them. Each specialty or gourmet pizza that I've tried has been amazing. My only experience with delivery was a pleasurable one as the food arrived earlier than expected. I would recommend this spot to anyone. I don't think I'll ever get tired of eating here. Quality food and service.

Ordered using their online portal and it never came. I waited 3 hours. No call, no cancelation, just a message that my pizza was "baking in the oven". I called, and no one picked up, so I assume they closed. So they took my money, told me they were making my food, and didn't didn't even bother to let me know it wasn't coming. Will have to call for a refund. Don't order from these guys at night and expect them to actually come through.

Calling all Black people and people of color, do not go to this place! This owner is rude and racist!!!! He told me and my friend, based of our questioning him about a mistake on our charge. He said, "if you can't read you need to go back to school." I responded that we are PH.D students and will NEVER cross this stores threshold again. Please, please reconsider going to this place! Excellent service, excellent pizza. I was told it would be 1.25 hours to 1.5 hours which seems long, but at least I was aware of the timing. They even got the dips right!! (2 ranch and a garlic butter). After waiting for a pizza that never showed up from an unnamed chain (ok, it was Papa John’s - and they couldn’t care less about our plight) it was refreshing to get exactly what you asked for from Sarpino’s!! Bravo!!

Sarpino's always has my back when I'm in the city late at night and need some good food. The pizza is hot, fresh, and robust and the pasta bowls are just as good. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Do not waste your money! I ordered plain wings, and instead, received hot flavored wings. Whats worse, they appeared to be frozen wings cooked in the oven with oven-burnt, scorched sauce, throughout the bottom of the alumminum container. To add, this nightmare of an order cost $9.99. Doesn't include anything. What a high price for poor quality food and inaccurate order. They lost a customer. Avoid this restaurant!

I ordered a thin crust and they send the wrong style and when I called in to get this corrected the woman was rude and didn’t any suggestion to fix their mistake. Also the cheese cake is pictured with strawberry sauce but I never received that. They also forgot my cheese cake. The pizza sauce was good, so it’s too bad I’ll never taste it again, because the attention to detail and customer service is off.

I paid 25 dollars for a medium Italian ( supreme pizza. There was a younger light skinned guy making pizzas before now there is an older man he eears gloves that’s a plus but he put 1 slice of a mushroom on the whole pizza and the pepperoni was on top of the sauce snd under the cheese he did not give much it was a green and red bell pepper pizza. The gas station pizza was better than this one.

The food here is honestly terrible and so overpriced. Their alfredo pasta tasted like straight up string cheese and everything was stuck together in one piece. Pizza was OK, not good but edible. Overall, I just can’t believe the prices they charge for such low quality food. Honestly feels like a scam. Would recommend trying another place for good Italian food.

I really wanted to like this place. I kept seeing it on DoorDash. It was terrible. You're better off with Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Domino's or any other big box pizza joint. The mozzarella sticks were beyond terrible. Do not order from here. I am giving it two stars because it was on time delivery. But I would've given it 1 star if the delivery wasn't on par.

So I've always liked this place even when they were on Piedmont Rd. This time it was just ok. My pizza didn't taste as fresh and hot as usual. But I think it was just this day because every other time it has always been a hit. Good fresh ingredients! Try a pepperoni, beef, and jalapeño small pizza. That's my favorite! And they always have a special!

Never even got the pizza that I paid for. The delivery driver was incompetent …the manager on duty was slow. I got two 8” pizzas delivered. The crust and tomato sauce were both great, but it cost more than it was worth (could have gotten better pizza for less elsewhere). They give you a thing of dipping sauce which is great for the thick crust. The delivery took a little longer than they said.

AWFUL. The toppings are around $3 a piece and they literally put three little specks of basil on my pizza?!?! You have to be kidding me! And the breadsticks are paper thin and near impossible to eat because they are so tough!

In town for work and found a great spot for a late night pie. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. The 8" pie was delicious and perfect for one person. 10/10 would recommend!

The pizza is decent but its not pan as it states. The cheese bread is more like cheese crust. The food reminds me of Little Ceasers which I dislike. LC has good cheese bread though.
