STAY AWAY FROM SASOL MOZART, PAUL KRUGER ROAD, JOHANNESBURG!! First, let me put this in context for you. I stop at the Sasol garage almost every single day, always fill up my cars tank there and was always a loyal customer (by the way, this means nothing to them). Today I took my car to the car wash and paid for a pre-wash, wash, dry, vacuum and cleaning of the inside of the car (dash, etc). After waiting in the queue in the blazing sun for about half an hour, they finally started cleaning my car (or so I thought). They started washing my car rims. At this point it is necessary to note that there is a long line of cars in the queue all waiting and cars in front of me. Three guys were standing around and only one started working on my car (rims). The other two were just standing around waiting for better days. A true reflection of African Time. Slowly, our cars inched forward to the main wash bay. They sprayed my car with foam and then my car just stood there. Bear in mind that now the soap was drying on my car in the sun. When I got to the main wash bay, they sprayed my car with water and then “washed” my car with soap. They then sprayed my car with water to rinse off the soap. It is at this point that you are supposed to move your car into the drying bay where they dry your car, vacuum the inside and wipe down the inside of the car. After my car was finished in the wash bay, I sat waiting to move it into the drying bay. Needless to say this never happened. My car stood in one place for so long while the staff in the drying bay were enjoying their holiday and talking to each other, that the water dried on my car and this left marks all over my car so they might as well not even have bothered to wash it at all. Bear in mind that one of the cars in the drying bay was clean and ready to go yet this customer decided to strike up a conversation with the other workers, never mind the queue of cars waiting to get into the wash bay. Eventually after exhausting all my patience, I left the garage as I wasn’t going to wait around for another three hours for them to start working again. When I got home I had to rewash the car, dry it and clean it on the inside. This after paying them to do, I had no choice but to do it myself. There was no sense of urgency. I was a case of “we will do things when we feel like doing it”. They are very happy to take your money and then do nothing. While cleaning my car inside and outside (which Sasol) was supposed to do for which they were paid, I was disgusted to find that the towel used to clean the car had black marks all over it. So much for Sasol washing the car. My advice to everyone out there, if you want to have your car cleaned, take it to another car wash that will appreciate your hard-earned money and will actually do what they claim to do! It’s shocking, they are willing to take your money and not give you the service for which you have just paid. Avoid Sasol Mozart at all costs!!!

Very poor service from petrol attendant Osis. He is supposedly the supervisor on the floor yet he does not know how to speak to customers or how to get customers to park properly or explain things to customers. All the attendants are interested in is screaming and talking to each other instead of focusing on the customers. I asked for R500 and they filled up my tank. What if I did not have enough money to pay ? And I had no time to stop and argue as I was on my way to the airport. Very disappointing service. And then when he gets angry with me he bangs my petrol flap on the car. This is apathetic poor service. Amazingly as well after this happened to me I find out that the exact same thing happened to my wife recently at the very same garage. So it seems like it is a trend with the staff and the owner actually doesn't care. This will be reported to Sasol Head Office.

most horrible service. if u cam even call it that. we waited at the petrol station for 10 minutes having to throw in petrol for an emergency drive. the guys working decided not to give any attention us and rather shout accross the garage to their friends who doesn't even work there. finally after deciding to climb out and ask if anyone will please help us some guy who works there told us that there's no petrol and immediately continued with his conversation with his buddy... talking to the manager at first, he said that they had petrol but then changed the story to that there is no petrol in some of the spaces. Needless to say he at least listened to us and calmed us down and was prominent to look into our situation. decent management but absolutely HORRIBLE staff. will never ever go back to this garage and our friends and family will boycott this pathetic garage

I fill up here very often since its literally 1km away from me. Very conveniently located and easy to get in and out of the petrol station. The staff are very friendly and come up to you quite quickly when you arrive. The garage is quite busy so there are times you might have to wait. When there are any issues, its handled professionally and efficiently. The shop is quite well stocked. Nice promos from time to time. They have 2 ATMs so also concenient.

Poor service.they do not have enough speed points to pay. they don't even ask for my rewards card and when I provident the speed point can't even do the rewards and they needed the manager to do it manually. at this point I don't even trust that I will get my rewards in the 24hour windows. Update: after the 24 hours I still don't have my reward allocated to my card.

The car wash at this Sasol rocks. It's quick and they do a really great job. The staff is very friendly and they do a fantastic job with processing all the cars coming in. I found out that I could use my Sasol Reward points to buy a token for the car wash. I look forward to saving all my points when I fill up and using them at the car wash now.

Petrol Attendant so busy talking to other people I could not get a word in. I said automatic stop and he kept filling. This is not the first time. I don't like it when the attendant is distracted when busy with my car, especially when checking tyre pressure etc. He also walked away before I could give him a tip or ask about the car wash.

If I can give no star it would be to much.The car wash is pathetic.Lets call a spoon a spoon.The ladies who clean the the interior can just as well not.Waisting time and company money.The manager (I will not publish names) has no respect or have no urge to assist the problem.Strongly advise not to waist your money on them.

4 petrol attendants standing and talking, 1 running to an African man that just stopped there but ignored us and laughed at us for wanting to be helped. Racism breaks my heart. I’ll fill up gas elsewhere and I won’t ever be back. Please fix the standards of this place, no one deserves to feel like I do now.

Tellers are a bit slow to service but are friendly and knowledgeable. Car wash is thorough but if you wash a bakkie make sure they dry the back if it is closed, as they don't check. Nice seated area to sit and wait under umbrellas. Spar and fast food places close by to do a 2 in 1 go for busy moms.

Horrible service at the carwash. Would not recommend. Edited to add: took 2 hours to get my car washed and cleaned on the inside and they weren't particularly busy. The staff inside the shop refuse to speak to customers unless asked a direct question repeatedly. Really awful experience.

I hardly shop or put petrol/diesel or even a car wash. 8/10 times I visit the station. The petrol attendant always spot that one of the tyres is pricked by a nail. The question is, if they deliberately put nails to prick tyres and they charge us R50 to fix or it's coincidence

This morning I bought Magwinya ,Dragon , 1.5 lite stone ginger beer and betway voucher, The lady counter didn't give me slip and my voucher, I realized when Iam far away and I won't go back because I was rushing to go to work Iam not happy with their service

One of the best services stations I have ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff. I live in Kempton park but work in Roodepoort and I still would rather use Mozart as my fill up station. Well done to who ever runs that sasol.

Terrible service overall, I have driven off 4 times this year, after waiting for service, despite it being during the day when its not that busy. Even waving at attendants don't work... just get ignored.

This garage does not offer paywave, paypass, snapscan or zapper as payment methods. The staff are usually quite friendly though and the cafe usually has nice snacks.

Very convenient local petrol station. Also has a car wash and small shop. It's part of a larger mall, which has a Spar, a pharmacy and a couple of restaurants.

We called and arranged to hire a trailer at 5am, and now no one is available to assist us. Staff were very unhelpfull, and we were very disappointed.

Went for car wash today, the service was very poor. The inside of the car was still dirty. Don't waste your time and money going there.
