"Very disappointed,unfortunetly ,from outside window ,shop closed to enter,no problem,but taking my bucks,and have to asked and asked,for the slip that I know change due is for me,and give 40 bucks,2x20 notes,and bucks want for airtime while got my sufficient amount already,not leka like that,give another 20 I did,, insist on the slip and after quit some time,very slow and unwilling give it,some 50 cents change outstanding was,take that I did,and now wane give me my 20 note back ,sorry,keep it to collect tomorrow morning me rather at the owner of manager"

Had the unfortunate experience of an attendant who did what he pleases and put the wrong grade petrol in my car. When speaking to the manager he wanted me to leave me car there and go back to work while he gets his mechanic to drain the fuel out my car....Terrible customer service from the manager, he has no clue how to deal with upset customers...looks like he believes he is never wrong.
The staff have no idea how to treat the customer. I just wanted the restroom for my son but they sent you up and down my son wet him self in the end then they laughed at my son. Have been going there for years but this was my last time
