I feel like throwing my self in the floor of how this petrol station made my day be… I had a very bad service. Yoh please don’t go to that petrol station if you have to only pour less amount like your R100, R200 R300…no respect at all. The manager did not even consider that the my amount went off in my account and I telling him that his agent was busy pressing cancel throughout the transaction and this cause for no slip to come out.I went out without petrol shame while my money is showing that it went off.. The manager literally told me to leave and the money will come back in my account.. asked them to pour the petrol for me cause the money is out.. they said no go Mam and that was my last money, had to go back to work to borrow money so I pour petrol and go back home.. I’m still waiting for the money even now.. staff a not even trained they leave u talking and assist other people.. yoh this garage is very nice with no sense of humour.. The manager does not even care about his customersNkosi yami.. life is hard but getting bad service make life miserable

I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I received during my visit to the Sasol Garage located at [Sasol Rosebank] on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at approximately 05:10 AM. I had a flat tire and asked one of the petrol attendants to assist me. However, the staff member showed me the machine to do it myself while he was busy with his colleague, and I was not given any assistance. I was going to put petrol as well, but the attitude I received from the staff member was unacceptable. I asked another attendant who was standing there to show me how to operate the machine, but they had an attitude and did not want to. Very disappointed, people they must just stay at home if they don’t want to work.

Hi there! I passby sasol garage rosebank to fill in my car i ask the attendant by names of Neo put for me R600 of 95 petrol and i also asked him to help me clean my windscreen, eish he was like am disturbing him he just poured water on to my windscreen and wipe it off so right now my windscreen is full of white dirty marks.

I have a video of how unprofessional the manager and stuff was to me. The swearing words were said, out of incompetence from the stuff and manager. I would like to forsee this resolved with training the stuff and manager. I will release the video.

The shop is quite impressive. I almost thought for a minute that I was in a 1st world country when going in to shop.

This is the best Sasol garage I've ever seen. Staff very friendly and patient as well.

This place is amazing. From breads, fresh veg, coffee, etc. .

Excellent food, great variety of food and drinks.
