Very unpleasant experience. The restroom was on par with a bad gas station. My French dip panini came with a container of au jus that wasn't big enough to dip in, as well had about a table spoon or two of au jus. When I asked for more au jus a supervisor of some sort acted very put out and was symbolizing a small amount to the worker that got more for me. Upon biting into the sandwich I found out that the roast beef was so dried out and overcooked that it tasted somewhat close to what I imagine shoe leather would taste like. Being prior service member and able to eat very bad food the sandwich was still so bad that I was unable to power through it. When I requested to get something else instead seeing as I was unable to choke the French dip sandwich down the worker gave off the impression at first that this was a hassle and they wouldn't be able to accommodate this request. Ended up getting the Cheese panini which was mediocre at best. While eating was being dive bombed by fruit flies the whole time, this may have been in part due to the lemons that were left out for the tea and water being uncovered and almost looking close to a state of being moldy. Even amidst all this still almost got a cookie as dessert but was unable to find any workers around to assist in getting any from the case and ringing me up, they had been off the floor and out of line of site for half of my sandwich and about three minutes of waiting around the display case. While not as unpleasant as my food my companions sandwich was not that great, it was able to be choked down at least though. Please save your time and money for a place that may be better, which would be any fast food restaurant around, there is a Sonic about a block away.

I am a regular customer at Savannah & food and service typically great. Unfortunately my Thanksgiving meal order was a bit of a fail. The pre-rdered meal was to include gravy & green bean casserole. Initially picked up order & once home discovered both gravy and green bean casserole missing. Called Savannah & informed they miscalculated on amount of gravy & were out. 2ond trip picked up what thought was green bean casserole...another disappointment in that no casserole only bunch of canned green beans. Called again & informed this year the man making side decided no casserole but casserole on meal menu. When I asked if all customers recvd only canned beans, was told some had casserole. This leaves me shaking my head at this level of customer service. Only positive was a courtesy potato casserole provided due to gravy problem. I tipped the cafe at time of first pickup. So very disappointed in what was previously one of my favorite places. Definitely rethinking recommending for holiday meal.

Always a great place to eat. Tasty sandwiches, soups and salads. They also have a few warm dishes. Excellent baked goods as well. This trip, I got potato salad, egg salad, pasta salad and cranberry chicken salad to go. Often I eat in-house. They make a great chicken velvet soup, and I love their cranberry chicken salad sandwich. My husband loves their BLT. And the olives, carrot slices and mini gingerbread muffins are a nice touch with each sandwich plate. No matter what you order, whether take out or dine in, you won't be disappointed. I wish they were open on Sundays...hint, hint. They also have a point system for discounts, ask them for details. I definitely recommend Savannah Bakery.

This was my first visit. Nice clean environment, great service, and delicious food. I ordered a chicken salad, a chicken pesto panini, both with potato salad and a Italian cream cakes. The chicken salad was the best I've had in a while. It didn't have fruit or nuts, just chicken and a little tiny bit of celery. Not sure it was part of the order or was put in my bag by mistake, but the potato soup was especially tasty. There wasn't big chunks of potato, it was more of a creamy potato soup with nice chunky lil bits of bacon. It was all so good. The panini was amazing and my daughter ate all of it, she doesn't usually eat all her food (picky eater). I would definitely go back and refer anyone looking for pastry treats or a good sandwich.

We have been coming here since they opened this location and have frequently visited the Fairmont location. Our most recent visit was very disappointing. The overall condition of the dining area was filthy, we struggled to find a clean table and there were only two other parties dining at the time. The gentleman behind the counter had difficulty taking our order with any accuracy and one of our meals was not prepared and we had to wait for it to be prepared after our other three meals had already been brought to the table. The case where the desserts are kept looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the roof was also leaking. We will continue to frequent the Fairmont location but we will not be back here.

I brought my grandmother here for a birthday lunch. While my grandmother enjoyed her French Dip sandwich with potato salad very much, I was not impressed with the $10 turkey sandwich on a croissant I ordered. I am not joking when I say the sandwich had 1 slice of turkey on it less than 1 cm in thickness, and the piece didn't cover the whole croissant. The "velvet chicken" soup was incredibly bland and the cashier never mentioned to me that it was almost a $3.00 upcharge for it, either. Just casually "what do you want for a side?" then spouted off 6 options one being the soup of the day that I picked. Incredibly disappointing experience, and quite frankly, a rip off. Won't be returning.

Thank you to Savannah bakery for taking my order even though it was so last minute! I called them Friday for a weekend order, and they thankfully obliged! Ordered an 8” vanilla round w/raspberry filling & white buttercream. My daughters theme was Frozen. I asked if they could do that decoration; they were very clear about what they could and couldn’t do. They said they couldn’t do the characters, but they would stick to the color and theme for frosting choices. I added this cake topper. Flavor was great; cake was subtly sweet, and everyone loved it. I kept the fridge cold and took it out an hour before serving. Will def order from here again.

I hate to rate one of my most favorite places to eat when I visit Webster but the few times I have been the food was really not good. Today my husband got his usual Reuben sandwich combo and unfortunately ended up throwing it away, it looked like they put the sandwich in the panini maker and just smashed it till the bread was as thin as the meat, we use to love the potatoe salad but it’s terrible, definitely not the same as it was when we very first visited. I could not finish my quiche it was so soggy in side I felt like I was eating raw eggs. This is so sad. What happened?

I'm am terribly unhappy with my experience here. My cake was made earily, no phone call or anything. I will never come back here, if I could I would give this place NO STARS. Very disappointed with this place, I expected higher quality and no an insult of, "I can only offer a small discount" after I already paied for it and she knew it. I will not call any names because I will not stupe to their level. Just a tip, call before you decide to make a decision to ruin a event, and also do not lie about the size. I do not know what kind of scam you are running here but I hope you stop. Just a word to the wise.

The food was great, the staff were great. But there is something to be said about them calling one of their dishes PLANTATION and all the history that goes with connotations related to US genocide of BIPOC. All of their staff? BIPOC and very hard working and courteous. I would return just for the staff to have jobs and tips. The owner should reconsider their menu dish names though.

I bought a "discounted" strawberry cake and took a bite and immediately noticed it tasted strange and foul. The whole bottom of the cake was filled with MOLD. I immediately called Savannah to complain and she asked if I wanted a refund that's all no apology or anything. So I drove all the way back with the cake to get a refund and first thing the Manager or cashier whoever she was asks is Do You Have Your Receipt? REALLY??? I said no I don't and she goes into her own purse and takes out money and shoved it at my face. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER and I'm not a picky person!!! Unbelievable

Savannah Cafe is my new favorite lunch spot!!! Perfect little deli and bakery for a nice lunch or dinner. Maddie is great at recommending good new meal choices. Very clean, spacious, and relaxing dining area. Even great prices considering everything else is getting more expensive... definitely highly recommended if you haven't tried it yet!

The food is delicious but the service has gone down hill. My last 2 visits have been pretty terrible. They forgot to put Avocado on 2 of my salads and when I asked them for my Avocado they came to the table with 3 thin slices like that was going to cover 2 large salads, I felt insulted. Like the guy was saying here's you're damn Avocado. Also they need to learn how to make sweet tea. You can't achieve that down south feel without a good glass of sweet tea. And please go back to the music you used to play. The place is called Savannah so why am I listening to POP COUNTRY?

I’m newly pregnant and learning what foods I’m allowed/not allowed to eat. I ordered my food and learned after the fact I shouldn’t be eating pre-made poultry salads (ie chicken salad). Well the sweet girl at the front was so helpful and knowledgeable and took my food back, and when I ordered something I could eat she went above and beyond to be sure my food was fully cooked. My husband and I have always enjoyed coming here and this experience solidified our trust in this restaurant. 10/10 recommend. Delicious food, yummy desserts and friendly staff.

I normally go in there once a week and the younger girls behind the counter are super sweet and I always tip them really good. But yesterday I went in and an older lady was behind the counter. She wouldnt take my order and pretended to put together a Togo order. Then when two people got behind me she decided to take my order and was extremely rude the whole time. I will not be going back in there again. Horrible experience. She had something personal against me for whatever reason.

A bright and serene atmosphere with friendly service. I came with a voucher Saturday ,was welcome with familiarity and kindness . The chicken pesto sandwich was pretty good. I'll be back for their snickerdoodle cookies.

Yum! A group of us had lunch here last Friday, and it was so good! I got a large Caesar salad, and it was so big that I only ate half and saved the rest for later. Other coworkers got sandwiches and chicken pot pies, and the consensus was that this was a great place for lunch! I have came to this location twice, and both times have absolutely loved it. The girls at the counter are so sweet! My friend and I split a sandwich and when I went up before we got our order to ask for a second plate so we could spilt it, they brought out our sandwiches out and set it up like it was an individual sandwich. I am so thankful that our other friend suggested to go here for lunch. Will definitely come back here.

Very dissatisfied!! I trusted this place to make my son's FIRST BIRTHDAY cake on Saturday. It was supposed to be strawberry & the cake tasted nothing like it. It tasted like straight up cornbread. Wasn't even pink to say it looked like a strawberry cake. The embarrassment to my guests did it over the top for me! If I could get a refund on my $60, I definetley would! Literally no one ate the cake. Just very disappointing!!

Very cute place, was a little disappointed in the sweets though. The chocolate chip cookies seemed a bit underdone, my daughter said they needed maybe just a few more minutes baking. I get being moist but these were close to just being raw cookie dough. We also got a slice of a Coca Cola cake, it was completely dry and really didn’t have flavor.

We had a baby shower here, and the waitress that helped up set up the baby shower before the guests arrived was very helpful, as she catered to our needs and helped us move the tables around to where the layout would be as we desired. It was a bit noisy during the baby shower, as there is no way to filter out the noise from the rest of the restaurant, but overall had a great time and experience.

Savannah’s Bakery just keeps getting worse and worse. They have such an opportunity to serve delicious and unique homemade dishes. Instead they serve soggy, disgusting sandwiches slathered with too much mayonnaise and weirdly sliced dill pickles. The desserts also continue to decline with most of them being too dry or too sweet or both. Do yourself a favor and make your own sandwich at home .

I ordered a customized cheesecake for my birthday about a week before the big day. when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and I had to wait for them to prepare it. because of that, she gave me a discount on it. they seemed understaffed that day. the cheesecake was delicious. all of my friends loved it and it fed around 12 people. even my one friend who doesn’t like cheesecake liked it

I am a sales guy and frequently stop and buy cookies for my customers. Even when I stop at lunch time I am out quickly meaning the service is great. I can tell by the crowd at lunch that the food must be great. I will have to try it. I will say the cookies I buy are extraordinary. My customers love them and they are priced well. The Cowboy cookies just knock my socks off.

Not very welcoming of a place. I stood at the register for over 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to acknowledge me. Got some cookies and a piece of chocolate cake. The cake was bland. Walmart and Kroger has a better cake unfortunately. The cookies were nice, but a bit underwhelming. The only other thing they were serving was pie. I was expecting more from a bakery.

I volunteered on a project yesterday and they catered from this place. They had leftovers so I grabbed a box when I left. I put mustard on the bread real quick, then for some reason I decided to open it again. I am glad I did because, I found a DEAD FLY. I could not believe that they could be so careless. I would never come to this place after this experience.

This is the perfect place to sit down and have a nice long chat with someone. It's got a lot of seating and it's decently quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got the chicken salad sandwich and it is very, very good. I also got a piece of pie, I wish they had warmed it up but that doesn't affect my rating. Definitely coming back here. :)

My friend and I ate lunch and we both had the Harvest Salad. The salad was fresh, tasty, and the service was perfect. Would recommend! I went back for lunch today and the salad was not anywhere near the quality as before. I might go back, but I wouldn't get the salad!

Will not be going back. I tried to take my 1-year-old and 2-year-old sons there for lunch, but they did not have any high chairs available for us to use. The staff was not helpful when I asked for assistance, so my family left and had to find somewhere else to eat. This is not the first time we've had issues with customer service there.

It's a little on the pricier side, but the food is always amazing!! I love taking the chicken pesto panini home! Their food also comes with A REALLY YUMMY GINGERBREAD/PUMPKIN SPICE MINI MUFFIN! (To be honest idk what it is but its amazing!!) Potato salad is a little bland and needs a bit of salt. Their baked goods are also to die for!!

Cute little bakery with some gluten/keto friendly stuff. Had a blueberry muffin today and bought a loaf of gluten free bread. Very good.

Clean and friendly. However the menu is not flexible. If you dont eat pork, your options are limited. I suggest that they add fresh basil to their four cheese panini; it only has basil mayonnaise. I tried to get them to put fresh basil, which is the way I like to eat cheese and tomatoes panini, they were not flexible with that.

Took my son for an impromptu lunch. I didn't wanna cook! He loved the sandwich. The cheesecake was phenomenal! They added strawberries and it was mouth watering. It was meant to be 'to go' well, it ended being a victim of my stomach cause I couldn't stop eating it.

We had a family luncheon to cater and although one bit of the order was confused the manager quickly stepped in and corrected it. Everything arrived on time and was delicious! Nice presentation and be sure and try their tea by the gallon and the deviled eggs!!

The staff are very friendly, and the food is quite delicious. I especially recommend the Savannah plate which consists of three finger sandwiches (quite a few flavor choices of these...), a cup of soup, small fruit portion and a really cute tiny tiny muffin!

This place is wonderful. Always consistent with the great quality. The tuna sandwich is out of this world. Same with the potato salad. I really crave the food at this cute bistro.

Great food. The only down side is that around lunch time every ancient fart within a 10 mile radius flocks here to feed. Expect the parking lot to be an obstacle course of poorly parked cars and old ladies with walkers.

My wife and I have been coming to this place for years. The desserts are great, but the cheesecake alone is worth the visit! On top of that, the service and politeness of the employees is amazing! Highly recommended!

The food and service are always decent but never consistent. Their beacon hill cookies are my favorite but sometimes they make really good batches with cookies that are thick and other times they are thin and flat.

I got a cup of chicken noodle soup, one snicker doodle cookie, one oatmeal pecan cookie. My dad got a harvest salad. We drank tea.

It was clean, yummy, and the staff was friendly. We always enjoy meals and treats here.

Always good food. Tried The Ruben this time. Hot & fresh with melty cheese. So good.

I enjoy their sandwiches and baked goods. Nice little place to stop in.

Saturday brunch crumb blueberry muffin and a coffee. Opens at 1000 am.
