We had a lot of issues with this place, and I wouldn't recommend this at all. First, the location is absolutely garbage, up until you enter the place(it still looks bad when you just enter). I paid around ₹40k for 2 nights, and it was so disappointing that we left after the first night, with no refund or even any effort from the staff or the management to address our feedback.. The 20k/night room has a bathtub in the room as a gimmick, but no place to hang towels, put down a mat, or anything. The faucets attached to the tub leaked, and didn't have proper flow of water. The area in front of the bathroom and the tub had a depressed section on the floor, with sharp edges — a nightmare for accessibility. The bed was the one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on, ever. Apart from the mattress, the bed frame was unfinished with visible plywood edges. The overall decor and furnishing of the room was tacky and gaudy. The tv was a 32 inch lcd, so far from the bed that there is no way of watching it comfortably. There is one desk, one armchair, and one pouffe to keep your feet. If you order in-room dining, there is no place to keep or eat the food. The pool was okay, but the overflow drain across the pool and the area around it looked unfinished and dirty. There was no way to turn the lights on near the pool without calling the front desk. The light switches are capacitive touch "smart" switches, but even switches with the same label do different things. Using a switch twice has no guarantee that the same thing will happen. The food we ordered was okay, but the breakfast was a disaster. The milk in the coffee dispenser had gone bad, and he scrambled eggs were overcooked and watery. The bread and the cereal seemed okay. Simply the worst experience in a hotel/resort in my life. EDIT: The 5 star reviews seem to be from so called 'vloggers', youtube reviewers, travel bloggers, content creators and so on. These are extremely unreliable reviews. P.S. : We were told that this is a 5 year old property. Some of these issues can be ignored for a property which is new, and is still working on finishing stuff. For a 5 year old property, this seems more like a front for something else, rather than a resort they're planning on maintaining.

I had booked this place for valentine's day and my experience was very very bad. Firstly i had booked the sky dining and once when we reached there they did not even had the bookings confirmed wherein i had paid full advance payment.Then somehow they were able to find my booking. I was booked for the slot of 8.30 to 9.30 but then they themselves changed the slot to 7.30 without even asking. Once you go up there they served us with dabeli nd one starter along with soft drink. The starter which they served was pathetic.After the sky dining i had booked a personal table for which they had charged me extra and they did mention that it would be a personal table but then to my surprise there was nothing personal as such,they had this planned for valentine with common decoration nd a six course meal was included. So i had thought of surprising my partner with this special decoration but then that too was a flop. Coming to their so called 6 course meal,there was no taste at all,the soup they served was prawn soup and trust me there was this stale taste which was coming from the soup. Not a single dish was even worth tasting. My overall experience was tooo bad for this place and i would never recommend anyone to visit this place. Also there is this co ordinator from their side whose name is Mr Neel Panchal,he had promised us big big things that there would be live music,couple games,dj but trust me there was none of these events.The entire place was too sad.They make you pay full payment in advance and then they stop taking cals and just fool people around.

Overrated, Over-hyped, Not Value for money property - As frequent travelers, we always wanted to explore this hotel due to its online hype. First impression, the hotel is at too much remote location of bhiwandi. No doubt the hotel is too huge, but poorly maintained. The glass windows at the reception area had too much stains. The rooms are good and big but with queen beds. So if you want to stretch a leg and sleep comfortably would be a little problem. We stayed at 2nd floor of the hotel having silver rooms with the pool view and had a good balcony. The rooms do not have a telephone but need to use toilet phone if you need to call up house keeping or reception. The AC vents are too open and too much noisy, we couldn't get a good sleep due to the constant noise. When we went to pool around 7 pm they had already turned off the lights and no attendant to turn them on. Had to wait for nearly 30 mins for someone to come and attend us. They had diverted the lights from pool sections to ongoing function at the banquet hall. They have huge gym with great equipment but again no attendant, no water bottles, no guidance, no phone to call someone to attend us to turn on AC and lights. I have never seen such a said 4 star property with such poor services. Except carom, chess, badminton and TT all other games are paid (over). The breakfast is very limited. Other services like buggy, valet are only services felt good at hotel. I think its not worth and value for the money we pay for this hotel.

Great place for weekend getaways with family. We did not expect this to be so good looking at the actual reviews on google. Its worth visiting this resort. The swimming pool is very clean and there is a bar inside swimming pool (currently closed). There are some fabulous lightings that makes the resort look very beautiful. The resort is designed based on Chinese theme. I have added some of my clicks below. Kindly check them out. Food is very tasty, the quality and quantity is good. Buffet lunch/dinner costs around Rs. 750 per head however, à la carte might cost around Rs. 1800 for 4 people. Breakfast cost is 450 per head. It's always better to watch out for online bookings option where breakfast is also included in the package. The restaurant service is a bit slow as they serve freshly cooked food. Loved the 'Gucchi Pulav' as it has Gucchi Mashroom in it (Mashroom lovers must try). The clubhouse is very spaceous and has carrom, chess and table tennis as complementary games whereas pool, snooker, foosball and VR games are chargeable. There are some outdoor games like football (turf), basketball, cricket and badminton. Clubhouse and the Gym are well maintained! We can also get cycles on rent (Rs 100 for 30mins). Also, there is a Banquet available for corporate events and weddings. The room service is a little bit slow but the staff is very good and well - trained. Keep up the good work! But as soon as we checked it there was AC failure for 4hrs straight without any resolution we were shifted to another rooms at 6pm after lot of hussle. We got to know from some staff members that some rooms have faulty acs. Still we were allocated those rooms. Was very problematic with lil kids travelling with us. The resort realised the issue & apologized to us. They also sent a cake to all our rooms. I booked a plunge pool room. The room was very nice- especially the bathtub & the pool. The bed was also very comfy & the linens were clean. Service - The room service from restaurant was substandard on the other hand the room service was very prompt. The staff was generally kind. Restaurant- The food was good. We opted for buffets as well as ala carte. The meals were very satisfactory. Activities- The resort/club has 2 pools but unfortunately 1 was closed. We had a very good time in their main pool. It was well maintained. The activity center for kids & adults is fantastic. We enjoyed the 4d games & indoor sports. Overall - A very nice place near mumbai. Needs proper management & front of house staff. Can be a big hit if things are done rightly. Would i visit again - Yes i can give it one more chance as its near to Mumbai

If i could give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS RATING HERE. The courtesy to reply from the hotel is pathetic, stayed here one night. Booked a private pool suite room to celebrate Birthday. The TV cable was not working, inspite of complainting at 1 o clock the issue was resolved at 8 in the evening, where nearly 8-9 times the service guys come and go again come and go and say whatever complaint you have u go to counter and say them . Complete WASTE OF TIME AND PRIVACY. THE BATHTUB has very chilled water, on asking for hot water they say have some problem with the geysers and Say we care about your skin so only room temperature water with very less hot water will come . I was not even able to use the bathtub. On complaint, they offer me 200 ruppes discount on the same and say me this is the best we can make. For paying nearly 18,000 ruppes per room . It has been nearly 3 months I have stayed . They do not even have the courtesy to check with the guest what went wrong and the trouble. The management assured me action will taken and we will call you again. I think they are going to call maybe next year ? Just making a big fool out of this .

If you want to have the worst experience then do visit saya grand. I had the worst experience at Saya Grand Resort. The staff was incredibly weird and rude, and the property was infested with mosquitoes. They were unsupportive and uncooperative, providing no proper service whatsoever. I would never visit this resort again. To add insult to injury, they refused to provide water bottles, asking guests to buy them at an outrageous price of 125 rupees each, when a Bisleri bottle costs just 20 rupees. The staff lacked basic respect for guests, ignoring calls and failing to provide services to rooms. We had to wait for two hours before any service was rendered. We hosted our wedding at the resort and booked all 176 rooms with bungalows and banquets. They refused to provide the rooms until we made the full payment. It was clear that they treated guests like fools. Never do any big functions here Overall, my experience at Saya Grand Resort was terrible. The staff was terrible, and the rooms were not clean. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

If you are looking for a two star experience while you pay for a five star price, then you must visit. 1. To start, without prior intimation staff decides to give you a different room with a reason that it's under renovation. Then when you argue you get the same room. Which means they are clearly lying. 2. You get your room one hour late from the actual check in time 3. Locks Dont function, then when you call for help no one is available at the hotel lobby to support 4. The resort is dead silent on Saturday night which speaks volumes 5. Cockroaches when you are having breakfast 6. Lost is long l, they're okay to give you late check in but when you want to check out late they behave as if they're doing favour on us 7. Don't go by what is given ok Website . Just one restaurant is available which serves Indian cuisine. And nothing else at all. No activities nothing. The staff is least interested to attend guests... I visited the place as a part of corporate party. The property is very huge and spacious and they tried their level best to keep it maintained if we consider the covid dip in their business and related loss. Rooms are very spacious neat and well maintained. Draw back is their food.I cannot give a single star for their food.I had buffet lunch, tea,dinner and a breakfast. As I convered all their menu items I can say that no food in this resort is having even a normal taste . These guys never use salt in their food.Tea and coffe is pathetic. Chicken soup is having no traces or taste of chicken.Mutton gravy main course was having plenty of water added after the buffet is started. I recently visited Saya Grand and overall it was a pretty much luxurious experience but with few drawbacks. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay, offers a luxurious retreat with great amenities like a Golf Court, VR, indoor/outdoor games, a pool etc. And the resort's proximity to Thane and Mumbai is a definite plus. One standout feature was the Buggy service, which made navigating the expansive resort easy, especially for senior citizens. The melodious chirping of parrot Macaw Birds added a soothing touch to the surroundings, enhancing the overall ambiance While the food, albeit expensive, delivered an above-average taste, there were some drawbacks and contrasts with some uncooperative rude staff behavior. The front desk and service execution need improvement. The slow pace of service and reservations can be frustrating, the resort could significantly enhance its guest experience by addressing these personnel issues.

It's a huge resort. Spread across a huge area of about 20 acres with 2 large swimming pools. The rooms feel lavish with a bathtub in the room and is ideal for couples. The bathtub area is technically separated by just a curtain so be mindful of that if you are travelling with children. The rooms on higher floors have a large balcony too with seating. It has a bunch of VR games in the gaming zone along with badminton court and cricket turf. They also have a bunch of caged exotic birds. For the commute, be prepared to spend an awful lot of time in the traffic. But our return from there to Mumbai was smooth. The Thane flamingo sanctuary is a 30 minutes drive away to take your kids to. The food overall was good with quick service. Cons - the pools need more maintenance.

So I visited this amazing resort located in thane. I had my best time there overall. Their hospitality was just overwhelming. They have a very luxury villi cart at your service. They have variety of amenities in there like infinity pool with bar in centre of the pool, gym, spa, a very upgraded and modern arcade games and an outdoor games too. Their rooms are also likewise it’s pretty big with all modern amenities in there. They have a villas too. Their property is quite big which can accommodate a large number of people and it’s an perfect place for an event celebration. They follow all the safety norms to maintain hygiene. Speaking about the food it has a very authentic taste, perfect blending and presentation of food is done. They even serve welcome drinks along with some delicious snacks at high tea. I would like to rate my overall experience 10/10⭐️

Well please enquire if there is wedding taking place before booking a room there. The stay was nightmare coz the loud music in the noon and at the night didn’t let us sleep peacefully. Every time we requested something they had this same reason that the staff was busy catering to weddings. We asked for three pin or adapter as we use iphones in the afternoon and only got it late night after following up multiple times. Our digital lock stopped working and we were made to wait to get into the room coz maintenance team couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They gave us a normal key as fixing lock could have taken time. Do not order chinese there as it is terrible. Indian cuisine is good and the staff at Aquatic restaurant was the only good part of this stay. The service is substandard as the focus is only on weddings as they pay big bucks.

Over all below average experience. The place is unmaintained. The food is average for vegetarians. The buggy system is slow. The amenities are barely working. The game room is a joke.

A must visit place for every Mumbaikar. The resort is spread in 16 acres with a huge swimming pool, inside bar, live music. They have huge party lawns n banquets to manage 3 weddings together. The game zone is really nice but it doesn't suits on everyone budget as it is expensive. The gym is really good The restaurant is really nice, though the service is little slow as they really serve fresh cooked food which is really mouth watering for which I would like to give them a big hats off. The staff is very polite, friendly, cooperative. They even have a big screen in open area of restro for IPL Lovers. They have 4 category in rooms and all are uniquely designed for the comfortable stay.

The premium room with bath tub and awesome amenities is worth the money. The location is perfect if looking for a quick get away from the city hustle. The staff is very courteous and humble. We were little disappointed with the service as it was very slow. Most of the times when we called for some service it would take half n hour or more for them to attend. Also they have kept these beautiful exotic birds in a cage there which is not required. Its a request to the Saya management you guys already have good amenities and other attractions so you dont really need to keep these innocent birds in a cage. The resort is beautiful and the food is good and they have good variety of dishes. Overall had an awesome experience.

Good weekend option for Mumbaikars looking out for a peaceful & lavish stay nearby Mumbai. Ample space & exquisite rooms and villas. Ideal spot for destination wedding but for the people having minimum budget on an average of 30lacs & above as it is over priced destination as compared to Della resort or any other near igatpuri. Many facilities are upcoming but ultimate place for corporate & high end clients. Few rooms has pvt pool and jacuzzi too. All rooms are amazing with all the modern n high tech amenities.

Resort is 4 star property and service is good. They have variety of food. Recently they have started SkyDining in their resort vicinity. In SkyDining one will have a very unique experience Very adventurous and also they have taken care of safety of each person. They have 4 slots for SkyDining 1. Breakfast 2. Lunch 3. Hi-Tea with Sunset 4. Dinner Various vareity of food eating at 120ft is a super experience. I have visited with my family. At a time 22 people can dine in one slot One should give it a try. It is easily accessible for people of Mumbai and Thane.

An amazing place to skip all the hassle and have a mini vacation which is not much far from mumbai nor too near. A beautiful and a lavish property with all the essential amenities and services one requires to really enjoy a whole day. They have pick and drop service from your room to restaurant which is great again. The restaurants there have a lavish ambience and delicious food, so they got us covered by all the selectively prepared dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinner which was again a beautiful candle light dinner. They even have pool, some crazy sports and VR games to enjoy if you get bored in the meantime All in all it was an amazing experience away from hassle of mumbai

So i happened to visit the hotel during monsoon recently. Have to tell you it was the best experience away closest from Mumbai but yet gave the feel of away from Mumbai. They have two large swimming pool, gaming arcade, lush green areas along with a football/cricket Turf. The highlight was the quality and taste of food and the great hospitality received while dining. Staff was super considerate to take in few customisation requests. Normally hotel food is average but here the food was fantastic across cuisines. Would love to visit again!

Never visiting here again.Staff is very rude and not a tall supportive.They say no to everything also doesn't provide water bottles in any rooms and when asked to provide they say buy it. Every bottle cost here is 125 rs (which is 20rs Vala normal Bisleri water bottle) Also when u sit in lobby they turn off the Ac saying they can't keep it on all day .No good room service if u order something now you will get it after 2 hours. It's an amazing place , you can arrange meetings, party and any event they'll had organised for you , you can enjoy the weekend/holidays in here .The staff is really good . The Pool Suit Room is very good. And very important that i loved here is the cleanliness and hygiene in terms of healthy stay. The staff is very polite and helpfull especially Gajanan. I would like to thank Gajanan for assisting us with the bath tub. And making my kid smile. Thankyou for making our stay soo much comfortable and making us feel like we are at home.

Amazing hidden gem in Thane dist. Perfect gateway from Mumbai. Rooms are spacious staff is courteous. Service is bit slow but acceptable. Food is expensive and taste is just average. Amenities are superb. Pool, VR games, indoor and outdoor games and golf court. Buggy cart is available at your service for roaming in the resort. You can find many birds chirping right from parrots Macau sunbirds and others. Pack your bags and go for it.

Beautiful resort very close to Thane/Mumbai Good Food and Service. We enjoyed very much. The Maini (Buggy) system to move around the resort was very helpful for senior citizens. The working staff is very good. Reception staff is little slow and was confused with our booking details. Should improve on that. Reservation executives are also not very cooperative. Somehow there is no coordination with Andheri booking office and the resort Overall 5 stars to the resort but have rated 4 so that they improve on reservation/reception services.

Even when marriage events are successful, they made every attempt to harass the guests and left no stone unturned to destroy them. Banquets are promised but given w/out AC and providing AC is chargeable. In the midst of the event, the hotel mgmt and AIM Saya Decor LLP guys came and told that they will switch off the electricity if we don’t pay additional money. Even many times there was no water in bathroom and washroom and even after paying for extra beds, they were not put in the room adequately.

I had terrible experience with management. I was charged 3000 rs extra (same transaction twice). When I first used my card, amount got deducted and they said it will be reverted as they didn't receive it. Next transaction was asked to be done through UPI which was successful. It has beenmore than 20 days now, I wrote multiple emails yet no response from the team. Really terrible service from them. Its not about amount of transaction, but they are not being accountable for the issue.

Off beat resort in Thane heard about this place on Curly Tales and decided to check it out and boy we were in for a treat. Huge property with lots of greenery and nature. Well maintained property with extremely courteous and diligent staff and very helpful and informative. The room are spacious with well kept and neat spaces. The pool is open but spa is not which was a disappointment but then leaves open for a next visit. We loved this place and definitely return back is on cards. The night ✨setting with light up is equally beautiful.

Fantastic experience yet again. Have been here quite a few times around 2017-18 but that was before the resort was fully built. We visited just last week and now its a huge property with the best of facilities. Amazing rooms, finger licking food, very good service, VR & other games, huge public pool. We had stayed at the villa which has 4 bedrooms and a private pool and the best choice for a family outing. Its a luxury resort, hence the pricing and so the quality.

Worst housekeeping, visited for a wedding. The AC's in this hotel were not functional for most of the rooms. Calling reception is like making noise nobody will attend unless you will call them like 15-20 times. They turned off the AC at 4 in the morning. My child woke up crying due to it. You call for cleaning or any form of room service nobody attends. The rooms are descent but the service is horrible. Or we can say there is no service at all!! Never visiting again for personal stay!!

I visited this place recently for a family wedding. Firstly Check-in was Hassel, ward boys were unaware which bags to be given in which bags. We even got our bags after 2 hours of waiting. Lifts were not working. Water was stopped to get extra money. Room service was slow. We got extra beds at 3a.m. even when we have been calling from 10 p.m. There were mice at expensive suites. Worst Experience, they just want to loot you.

Booked deluxe room for 1 night for my wedding anniversary. Resort is beautiful. Staff is courteous. They gave us complimentary Jacuzzi & extra bedding. Battery car service provided by Sardarji was really good, he was very helpful & polite. Overall enjoyed our stay here. Restaurant staff (specially at dinner time) was good. Only con is the overpriced food. They should reduce the prices other than that everything was perfect.

The resort which is almost 30 min drive Thane city. Is built on huge piece of land that means everything is spacious, has ling walkways, huge lawns, the basic rooms are also huge comparatively. Food was decent, I would rate 7.5/10. They have good variety though, cocktails and house cocktails wont disappoint you! This is a great place for staycation, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They have some great exotic species of parrots on the property ; caged though :(

Really Amazing and very well maintained resort. Loved our stay here. We stayed at the pool suite room. It’s really top notch. The staff is very friendly and the food and the restaurant is really very good. Pricing of certain things in my opinions was a little steep ( a bottle of Bisleri for ₹100! ) The VR is definitely a highlight and overall all the amenities are of high quality and makes the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended for a weekend gateway near mumbai.

Inefficient management , lazy staff, power failures, elevator failures, unethical extra payment demands in between the events by stoping power supply switching off airconditioners. Long story short total failure under the name of Club & spa on that their audacity to ask for payments more than agreed . Although rooms and stay was good but the checkout timing was not communicated to us and manager was rude and did not accomodate us. Bath tub water was leaking. Spa was not functioning and even this was not informed to us. It's very difficult to reach reception. Also virtual games section was not functioning. Pool is huge and they have birds and fish which kids can enjoy. Lot of improvement required

Very well maintained place. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is yummy, you can order anything from menu and the service is quick. This place is nice for family stay, kids play area, friends can play badminton, basketball, swimming pool is clean. Kids pool area is available. Resort is very huge, you can get buggy from reception lobby to move around places in this resort. Spa is well planned and ambiance is very calm & peaceful. I highly recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. You cannot expect anything better. The private pool for 3 rooms or 4 rooms gives you a feeling of your own private property. Go take your own stuff to Drink & eat. Super location for a destination wedding just 40 kms from Mumbai. Room size large lawn & pool well maintained. Good food with a big ball room. Staff good & courteous. Perfect for a wedding as a not faraway location from Mumbai. If traveling from Mumbai donot follow goggle maps ask locals for directions( Donot enter pipeline instead take a u turn in case u miss the right turn below the flyover)

One of the best resort ever visited. They have everything, you name it they got it. The property is so big that you need a buggy to go from one place to another which they have it WORTH EVERY PENNY. I visited this resort with 3 of my friends. And we stayed at the pool suite. I have to admit it was one of the most beautiful stays, I have carried home precious memories for life. The rooms scream luxury especially the jacuzzi IN-ROOM. Just an hour from Mumbai, Saya Grand is a perfect getaway from the city.

The only worst thing I encountered during my checkout that I started getting continuous calls from 11am for leaving the room and the person said we will be charged extra. I mean this is not the 1st time I have been in a resort not I was interested in settling there. One call accepted, continuous calls-highly disappointing.

Enjoyed the stay in this resort, location and ambience is very good. It is a huge and we'll maintained property. Pool and surroundings were awesome. Food was also very good and tasty. They need to improve little bit on service speed and be more prompt, rest all is great.

3 stars for the Venue but the Management is worst. Outsiders are harassed and deceived for money. Even on booking the whole resort for your function on visiting the venue on your booking day, you'll be surprised to know that inspite of booking the whole venue you'll have to share it with 2 other clients since the management took 2 more bookings for the same day.

Had a great pool party. We friends went here to celebrate get together pool party. Thanks to the whole staff managed well and showed very Good hospitality. Bar set up was outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Imran for their support. Highly recommended.

One of the best resort every seen. With rides including for all age peoples. Staff is very good. Ambience is awesome with swimming pool facing room. Also the food quality and quantity is very impressive. Small farmhouses available with sperate swimming pools. Make sure to carry some stuff to avoid mosquito at night in lawn and other open areas.

Very beautiful built resort which is just mins away from thane city. i have been there for many weddings and engagements, they host the event in very professional manner and decorations are very beautiful. I would suggest to spend a weekend over here as it has multiple activities also to do

We stayed in saya grand for 3 days. Calm and peaceful environment Food was really good, staff behaviour and service is not something i liked. They have a swimming pool but pool bar was not open. It is away from mumbai city so you cam spend peacful time with your family and friends.

Excellent property, beautiful and spacious rooms. But hospitality lacks somewhere. Not appropriate number of staffs in proportion to size of resort. If u work on hospitality, I think it could be marvelloua experience for tourist and wedding events.

Will not recommend this resort to anyone. Writing this review while sitting in the room at midnight With no AirConditioner working since afternoon. Had called 4 times, yet no one has come to check. Will post complete experience in morning.
