10 stars for service and appreciation: excellent result and everybody did his/her best to make my visit comfortable. Very capable hairdressser! I am a European lady who was in town to visit my son last week. I found this beauty salon and contacted them by chat. Got an answer in English within 2 seconds. Very transparent communication about service and prices. As you can imagine i didn't know what to expect and feared the worst. But the result was better than what my hairdressor can do at home. So delighted. When i arrived there a friendly lady at the desk took care of my needs. I wanted the roots of my hair dyed (get rid of the grey)- they chose me the perfect color. The nails were done with great speed and efficency. A polish was put on and varnish, matching my outfit. My hair was all dried out so they suggested a hair mask. This was carried out with great care. They communicated the price of the extra's transparently and correctly. The picture i showed of the haircut i wanted was perfectly executed. After blowdrying and brushing, my hair stayed styled and in shape for many days. I looked like a classy lady! Exactly like i wanted it! With a string the hairs between my eyes and moustache were done swiftly. Rose water was applied afterwards to take care of my skin. The person who took care of me was very friendly. I can recommend this salon to any european who urgently needs a haircut. You are in good hands. If i even come back to Cairo, this is for sure the place where i want my hair to be taken care of. Mind you- take some time out for this treatment. Self care is quality time. I spent 3.5 hours in the salon but felt very comfortable. I have NO complaints whatsoever!

Excellent experience, everyone is very nice and professional. The Salon is clean and their prices are decent. Simone did my nails she’s a welcoming and friendly person, and most importantly she made sure her station was clean and sanitary while working on my nails. Definitely a five star place
