Very very rude receptionist. Called to try and get into see a doctor and was treated like a criminal because I had never attended the clinic before. The tone of the lady I spoke to as soon as she was aware I would be a NEW patient changed

Have been to see Dr Botrous and Dr Griss numerous times over the last 5 years and now mostly see Dr Griss. Both Doctors have been excellent and the reception staff very helpful and pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS MEDICAL PRACTICE.
Generally busy so I'd recommend you book, definitely worth it as all the Doctors are pleasent and helpful and Dr Griss is simply the best and most caring GP i've ever encountered.
Great practice, great doctors, can get busy but that's because the doctors care. You know they are concerned for you not just getting numbers through the door.
I have been seeing Dr Botrous for years now as well as other members of his team such as Dr Griss and Dr Malaka, no issues from my end very happy patient.
Me personally had a very short wait time , staff were nice . in and out in no time at all . Will definitely be using this medical facility again
Every visit to this clinic has been over a 40 minute wait …
